Simply horrible. From homeowners policy to vehicle and company policy, everything is a problem. Was told I have aluminum siding bc they looked at my house from google maps...Im not joking!Rates go up EVERY chance they can legally do so.Bought a new vehicle, Its been 4 months and I still have temp tags bc the agency hasnt done anything with my policy!!!!These are just 3 problems from a list of.Allstate isnt bad but this agency is one of the worst run places I have ever dealt with.

Poor customer service. Two times (for different cases) I e-mailed them and no answer at all! Can’t believe e-mails communication don’t work at these times with them! Something very simple to do, it’s too complicated. I will return to my old insurance, it doesn’t matter my rates are higher with them, but the customer service with my old company is great. Not sure if in this All state office, should hire more people or what’s the problem for them not to provide a good customer service.

By far the worst service Ive ever had. Does everything they can to get your business then they jack up the rates on you. Got told I was covered by Juan only to find out after an accident I wasnt covered properly. Now Im out $7,000 due to them not knowing what theyre doing

Not too happy overall. Between not being able to get homeowners insurance on the account, to major mess ups with a recent auto accident, I wont be going with Allstate in the future. Hell, they arent even open on the weekends except by appointment only. Really? What, are we in 1986 again? *smh*
