Low rates with great customer service

Mr Gonzales I did this about a month ago. I complained that at my age 86 and driving a short distance each month that the premium should be lowered on my same policy. No comment from you . Melvin my husband passed away November 16 2019. And I called and changed the name on my policy right away. They want to give me another policy which I don’t want. My husband and I had Allstate for over 65 years. You are always offering new customers a lower price. I do not want to change my policy. I also said on my previous note that I called two or three times and they said you would call back.,that didn’t happen. Someone else called. I think me and my husband are some of the ones that kept you in business. Am I right.

For over 20 years I had both homeowner and auto insurance with virtually no claims. When a hailstorm hit we suddenly had home damage and significant damage to two cars. Allstate was great at assisting us, super organized at appraising hundreds of cars (whole community hit) and our experience with Allstate was as easy or easier than any I heard about! House was appraised same day and both claims were settled quickly and fairly. Now my “crisis” is a teen driver, and all claims have been settled quickly, fairly, with courtesy and empathy. I am an Allstate customer for life!

As many as 4 agents, Mr. Gonzalez has given us a lot of info on what we needed to know...Auto&Home Took personnel care on a problem, Home issue ,we had .. Now with the virus less driving giving us back some money great ,who would of thought lets give some money back yes sir great company...

If I could rate ZERO stars, I would–I DO NOT RECOMMEND ALLSTATE. They will add drivers to your policy without your authorization and then expect you to jump through hoops to get your policy and rates back down.

Pretty good insurance group.

Havent had many claims over the last 20 years with Allstate, other than a a couple of minor fender benders. But I had a more serious auto and homeowners claim in the last year and they were taken care of pronto.
