I always have problems with the app never being updated with my payments, I end up having to go online to see an accurate statements. And my bill is always changing! Sometime a little cheaper but mostly 50-200 more expensive then have to call the office for them to not really give me a reason why it changed but fixing it and charging me correctly. Its been non stop problem I usually get in contact with the agency every other month for an issue like this.

Damien was absolutely fantastic! Had no issue sitting and talking with me through multiple variations of my insurance to make sure I was getting the best bang for my buck whereas Ive had other agents at various companies get annoyed. I cant recommend this location highly enough. Truly the best!

Pleasantly SurprisedI called to speak with Damien, but he was engaged in another call with some clients so Chris took my call. Chris was insightful, patient and polite. He aswered all my questions and provided the info I needed as well as setup a callback for Damien to call me about a quote. Damien called me back as promised, and we spoke in great detail about what is now my first policy with State Farm. All my questions and concerns were addressed professionally, thoroughly and accurately. It was a great conversation! My insurance coverages are all equal to or greater than that of my previous policy (no state minimums). Additionally my deductibles for comprehensive and collision went from $250/$250 respectively to $0/$250, and I maintained the highest rental car coverage to ensure Ill be covered for the cost of a large/full size SUV (as I drive a full size SUV myself). Basically, I got very good coverages with which Im fully satisfied. Lastly, I got all of it while decreasing my premium by 49.3% and gaining a dedicated insurance agent of my own. I highly recommend this office and its staff and State Farm...where you can maximize your coverage while minimizing your price!

Truly impressed. Highly recommended.I came to State Farm after having a bad experience with Allstate,. We called Marks office and Damien answered. He was courteous, respectful and on top of it. We were super impressed with his quote, not only did we save over $1000 between all of our insurance, we are getting better coverage. We had no idea that our Allstate plan didnt cover uninsured drivers but Damien included it...it was really eye opening. Also they are open late and he was a pleasure to speak with on the phone.

Very thankful to my friend for referring me. Mark was very thorough in going over life insurance options. Especially compared to my current group insurance through my employer of 12 years. Cannot say enough good things about Rick Drew and the help he gave us. We have just moved to Texas from Massachusetts and purchased a truck from Bluebonnet Dodge last Friday evening. Because we’d just come here from out of state we could not easily move this new vehicle onto an existing policy. Our salesman contacted Rick long after working hours; he was pleasant and ready to help. And so...in his car...on a laptop...through a hotspot...he worked with us for over an hour...always patient, always pleasant. Ive been with Geico for 4 years paying 175 bucks for full coverage on my SUV. Damien Garcia from State Farm gives me a call and says he can give me my Full Coverage and my renters insurance for my home for a monthly payment of 126 bucks a month! I was paying about 200 for the both of them together with Geico, but State Farm was the one that saved me a bunch of money by switching my car insurance company!
