Sandy Garza is very unprofessional. When dealing with upset customers she finds it okay to argue and chuckle at them. When you ask for her supervisor she will give you the runaround. I left my number for the supervisor to call me and doubt very seriously that will ever happen. I will be cancelling my insurance today due to her lack of professionalism
