Tom Hotaling has been the agent for my elderly mother for a number of years. He and his assistant Kim have been excellent. They have been able to provide appropriate and affordable coverage. As an extra bonus, we have always received kind and friendly service, and most recently compassion upon my mothers passing. This is a great insurance office!!

Tom and Kimberly have been serving us for business/commercial insurance for over 25 years. They have always been right there with us on all our needs: fire, auto, liability, workers comp etc. If they dont have the answer they make sure to find out and give us our best choice on coverage. Beyond that Tom and Kim are always cheerful and genuinely happy to hear from us whenever we have a questions. Insurance is not a fun topic but they make it very easy to take care of.

I HATE INSURANCE! I hate looking for it, dealing with it & trying to figure it out. Tom Hotaling has been my agent for many, many years. He always tries to get us the best policies with the best prices whenever our renewals come up but more importantly, I dont have to think about it too much. Really the only thought I have to put into it is to how word my questions to him & when I do I always get an immediate reply that I can understand.

Total Ripoffs.. Their policy rates are ridicolous..Horrible Service... They only talk good to you on the phone just to get you to sign up for Policy. Tom Hotaling Insurance is a total sham.. Before you even buy any policy or product from them, make sure you shop around.. There are plenty of places around who can possibly give you better service and much better rate.. Stay Away From These Jokers!!!! This Insurance Agency is a Joke.. I I had to give them 1 Star, because there was no option for ZERO......

Tom is the MAN! Very knowledgeable, very professional! As Hurricane Harvey was approaching Rockport, where we have a home, Tom filed my claim even before the storm made landfall! I had adjusters at my home 72 hours after the storm! I had all my insurance with USAA for 25 years, moved everything over to Tom, and have never looked back!

Insurance Experience at its best! I recently changed all my insurance over and I cant believe it took me so long. Customer service and personal attention is a rare thing in this day and age but its alive and well at Tom Hotaling Insurance. Soon after I switched I had a hail claim. The adjuster was prompt and courteous and handled the issue quickly. I highly recommend working with Tom for all your insurance needs.I cant add a new review but I wanted to update my review with a recent experience with Tom Hotaling Insurance on 8/20/2014:Customer service has died in so many ways but today I was totally surprised by some WOW customer service from Tom Hotaling Insurance Agency. My car died at the Alon HEB and for liability reasons they are not allowed to jump anyones car. Sheeesh...I miss the good ole days. Then I remembered my car insurance has road side assistance. I had recently taken everything out of my car for a car repair but found a copy of an old insurance card with the phone number to the office. Who answers the phone at 5:17pm? Tom himself. After a short conversation and providing me the phone number to the company he said look...youre about 10 minutes away and Ive got jumper cables...let me just come by and see if that fixes it. I was NOT looking forward to sweating outside in the Texas heat for roadside assistance to get there, in who knows how long in 5 oclock traffic, so I GRATEFULLY accepted. He was there in a jiffy and it took about 5 minutes to get everything working. I had been longing for the good ole days of customer service and BAM Tom Hotaling delivered! I had used another agent for probably 25 years and Ive had more contact from this agency in the last few years than I did the entire 25 years with my former agent AND he saved me money. Thanks Tom for being someone who delivers great service all the time, great rates and that over and above WOW customer service when I really needed it.
