The service was great and my agent was awesome. She got me the insurance i needed in under 10 minutes. The amount Im paying for is way cheaper then other insurance companies and theres an Amtex almost everywhere now. Im glad I went with this company.

I received poor customer service from the beginning. The representative was on a personal call when I walked in & assisted me while on the phone. After wasting an hour of my time sitting there, waiting for her to figure passwords out for my quote, I called another insurance & got quoted within minutes so I left. I tried being patient but was irritated by their lack of professionalism. Needles to say, AMTEX is unorganized & needs to properly train their employees. You lost my business.

Policy was canceled by insurance because it wasnt properly done, went to see what was going on and they fixed it. Month later policy was canceled by insurance again for no payment after I paid it on time?? I am done with that going else where.
