How Dissappointing!!!!! After having State Farm for over 30 years with Allen Meyer, today ended that relationship with a culmination of poor customer service and failure to accept responsibility for a multitude of mistakes on their behalf. Apparently, the owner is no longer involved in the business and he only cares about payments from his customers. The after hours national call center and local offices dont speak or communicate, the local office can mess up several issues on my account, then have the audacity to tell me I am over reacting. Good bye to poor customer service.
This office has the worst service I have ever experienced. There office has made a complete mess of a simple insurace process. I would NEVER recommend them.
I wish I could give this office zero stars. Terrible excuses is all they offered. Total waste of time and money. Please shop elsewhere for insurance.
