Used the service center here for a warranty repair. Less than 6 hours after pickup, the car already has multiple engine codes related to the repair they supposedly did. They seemed more interested in charging me to diagnose issues unrelated to the issue at hand than to actually fix my problem.This was an unacceptable experience.

We decided to replace one of our cars. We picked one out off of the website. Landon Cook showed us the car, and within 4 hours we were the proud owners of our new Q5. We came back on Thursday to pick it up. Landon spent 1.5 hours teaching us all the bells and whistles of this very cool car. He is the very BEST! We highly recommend him!!!

Have had my car for 3 days. ToChange a fuse and install a dip stick. No communication from my service advisor. IHave had to Personally drive to the dealership twice because no phone calls or emails wereBeing answered.very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

I Witnessed a service advisor, Corey I believe, acting very rude towards another female employee before calling her a good girl. She was obviously very upset and the situation made me feel very uncomfortable. This shouldnt be tolerated in a professional environment, especially within earshot of customers.
