Dropped my car off in good condition but I went to pick up my car and got home, I noticed the driver side front bumper has a huge dent and has a quite a few scraps on the bummer also. The owner nor employees notified me it the incident that occurred at their shop🤬.

Oh my goodness! What a bunch of awesome young men. I took my car to them, it didnt pass the 1st time so the young men that helped me out gave me detailed instructions on what to do to have it pass emissions. I came back the next morning right as they opened up, and I was welcomed, with them greeting me, with a smile. These wonderful young men treated me like I should be treated like as a woman, not railroading me cause Im female. I highly recommend these awesome, wonderful young men. I would like to say that I am happy with my service but it has turned out to be expensive mistake to bring them my car. I brought my Subaru to them to have the clutch repaired, which they did and it wasnt right the first time ($1000+). I brought it back and when they finally got around to fixing it the the second time after a week and a half it was another $400. After about three weeks the problem I originally brought it in for was back. I finally brought it to the dealer and they said a number of things were not installed right, there were bolt missing, and that I need a new clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, throw out bearing and fork. So Im paying again for what they should have fixed right the first two times.

I found this auto shop 4 years ago and have been coming ever since! Quick on the spot registration! Fast friendly and honest service! I have been here many many times and always treated well. I even got to recommendations for glass repair and body damage from J&S as well and it’s worked out great!5 star no question. I take both my cars here and highly recommend them to all my friends!!! I have been going here for an oil change since 2017...and sometimes i take my own oil and filter sometimes i just let them change it with theirs. But yesterday, i had my mom take my car there for an oil change, she comes back with a receipt of 89$ for an oil change! I couldn’t believe it. The most i would pay would be 32. She said, that what she was told AFTER it was done that since it was a newer car they used synthetic oil and that’s why it cost that much tho mom never mentioned anything about synthetic oil 🤦🏽‍♀️ I never requested synthetic oil before (tho i do know it is good) but i think they were trying yo rip my mom off since she is older and don’t really know much about it. Very disappointing

Abraham is really honest, he did alot of good work for me! I had a hard situation with my engine breaking down on the way to the airport, and had to be in contact with J & S over the phone for several weeks- i truly felt they had my best interests at heart and gave me several options to reduce my costs, which were very reduced when compared to a Mazda dealer quote. There are several reviews saying they are hard to communicate with, but every time I got them on the phone they were very honest and helpful, especially if you are in a tough financial spot they will help you.

They put in a new alternator I didn’t ask for. I went in to change a fuel pump. The alternator fried my new battery so I bought another new one. They should’ve replaced it themselves since they messed it up. They cut up my wires and my headlights don’t work unless my radio is off. I’m now stuck on the side of the freeway with another brand new battery dead. Paid them a grand to get my truck ready for the winter and it’s dead. Sick job

Dubious work takes a long time in between fixing cars wants to grab all cars and gets saturated apart from everything.

I took my car here to get fixed and instead they broke it more. It took almost 3 weeks to change 1 thing, and they kept saying other things were breaking. Then I get the call that the motor is broken, how this happens, I dont know. The issue I took the car for in the first place didnt even get solved, instead theyre making me pay 1000+ dollars for breaking my car. Please dont spend your money here, Its not worth it.

WARNING! Horrible service! The mechanic told me a price range which he stated will not be more than that price and that price range will guarantee my car pass emissions. Than they dont even call you, you have to be calling them to check on it for them to tell me than it would be a lot more money than what they promised it would cost me. Than they promised me it will be ready either by the end of the day or next day. Than they tell me it will be ready till next week. You cant trust these people! Its really sad, you cant ever find an honest mechanic.

I took my truck for exhaust system, they did a really bad job, not only their welding skills suck but they didnt even bother to align the flow musters. I took them 2 days when they said it was only gonna take a couple hours, then I take my truck home and my transmission starts acting up I dont know if they took it for a ride or did something to it but my transmission is broken . Wont recommended to anyone.

WATCH OUT! Terrible service! The mechanic gave me a price range where I guarantee that it did not exceed that price and emissions did. From there they do not even call you to tell you about the status of your car, when I call they tell me that it will be more than what they had promised me it would be. From there they had told me that I was going to be ready for the end of the day or the next day, but to my surprise from there they tell me that until next week. You cannot trust these people! It is very sad, you can never find an honest mechanic!

Whenever I go they treat me well the service is fast, they are always happy sometimes they have Botana, they speak English and Spanish
