These guys are AMAZING! He had our car towed here after they closed. Julio was in the shop and saw us pull up and promptly came outside and helped us to check the car in. They were so honest with us and seemed that they truly wanted what was best for us, not just what was best for them. They were prompt with communication and they did a great fix on our car. When we went to pick up the car and pay, they did a great job with explaining everything they did. I highly recommend these guys. We live about 30 min away from MBR, but we definitely plan on taking our cars here any time we need a fix because they were so great with customer service and fulfilling our needs.

Julio and his team are awesome! My car’s CV joints broke when I was visiting Salt Lake. He was able to keep the costs low and tried to get my car back on the road as quick as possible. I wish Julio was in my hometown. I would never go to anyone else. He was great at explaining things and was very honest about my car. I highly recommend MBR!!! Julio and his team at MBR Auto should be seen as miracle workers. They give good advice, even sometimes to the detriment of his shop. (Such as a case where dealership warranty was still in effect.)Ive taken 3 of my 4 vehicles to his shop. While MBR is not the cheapest labor, its damn good work. Technicians take the time to check torque specifications, they take pictures of items they find that should be fixed, give clear and Acura quotes, the most impressive of all is their ability to articulate a complex problem into a way that a customer can understand. Julio Quispe at MBR Auto saved us today! We were at the airport and the latch on our hood broke. We needed to get back to Tooele safely and needed help. We found MBR and they immediately jumped into help. They lubed the cables and secured the hood in under 5 min. Then he wouldn’t even let us pay!! Exceptional service and kindness on top of that. I would choose them at my auto shop in a heart beat.

Great service! i had a bad oil leak, thought it was a gasket when i took it in, turns out it was a cracked oil filter. they only charged me the inspection, no labor. truck was back in standing order for a lot less than anticipated. also, their inspection reporting is very thorough, they take video of everything they find, good or bad.

THE best mechanic shop I have ever delt with! I have been taking my truck her for almost 2 years now! I had issues with oil problems and Julio has help me out from day one! He has done things from oil changes, oil pump, fluid flushes, water pump, or any electronic issues. Him and his crew does amazing work! I will definitely keep bringing my truck and my car to them! Would HIGHLY recommend them! They are trustworthy and will work with you to figure out any problem that you have and fix it! What ever issue I come to them with, they have fixed!
