Only place I take my two vehicles. More than one occasion have gone in thinking the worst case scenario, and these guys got me right! Honest, and the best work.

CAUTION: PREDATORY TOWING COMPANY!!! Daughters car was parked in a lot for a business that was outside business hours. The lot was FULL of cars and they only towed a few select ones. probably the nicest ones they think they can scam money from.

This business will lie to you to get you to use their service. I was told I could call to release my vehicle to the auto body shop yet when I did that they changed their story saying I had to come down in person just trying to get it in their custody longer to rack up storage fees. They said they allow over the phone release for someone that got injured only. Considering the technology we have today and knowing people that just got in an accident dont have transportation Id say their service is awful. What a way to add more stress to an already stressful situation! Plus the last on the phone was rude as hell!

I blew a tire on my trailer on I80. I called five places before calling AMR and none of them would come out or had the equipment to change my tire. Gary came out within 30 minutes, he didnt have the right part so he went and bought one, came back and changed the tire. Great customer service, fixed my trailer right up and cant beat the price. Definitely recommend!

Gary found my sisters car on Friday evening, over the phone with us after she broke down while visiting from out of town. He got to the car before the city towed it and was able to get it to a very good mechanic who got them back on the road, quickly the next day. He was extremely professional and responsive to our calls as we worked to figure out where she had left it. His invoice was very reasonable and we are so thankful for his quick response! They towed my f550 to there so on Friday to fix an electrical issue and by Monday morning it was stolen from there shop.. they offered no help and wont share there insurance info even to our own insurance company.. while walking the neighborhood to find video or witnesses one of there drivers threatened me to leave the neighborhood and quit lookin for my truck.. so far they refuse to take any responsibility

I was quoted $130 and one hour wait to change a serpentine belt. I decided to do it myself, and all it took was $26 and fifteen minutes. I would recommend shopping around before choosing these mechanics.

Honestly a great company! They make sure they enforce the parking in my small community so that first responders can get through when needed and are not blocked by cars parked illegally. Very respectful and awesome customer service!

Really good experience with these guys! My car died in a parking garage with low ceilings. After calling almost a dozen other companies that said they couldnt fit, these guys said that yes, they could help us.Gary was very professional and personable. He let us ride in the tow truck with him, saving us from having to get an Uber. Not only that, he gave us a ride home from the mechanics place where we dropped the car off. He also offered to help us carry a few things from our car that we needed to keep with us.They might have been a bit more pricey than some of the others we called, but those other companies couldnt help us so we are happy.

If I could give them zero stars I would! Both of the men that work here are incredibly unprofessional and are down right bullies! They booted my car and did not provide a business card or any type of identification. They left a flyer on my window with only their number stating that if I didnt call soon to get the boot off, I would be towed. I called immediately, and a man answered and told me he was there. I looked over to see 2 men without any type of uniform or identification get out of a white van with a handicap plate and handicap tag. One had an orange vest on, however neither had a company name or any type of identification. When I tried to pay the $80 boot removal fee with my card, they told me they would only take cash and if I didnt pay soon, the tow truck was on the way and it would cost $350 to get out. After I got cash from the atm they would not provide me a receipt. I only found out who they were by looking up the phone number from they flyer. Thankfully I called the number and had it saved in my call log. I didnt notice at the time, but these slease bags took the flyer with them when they removed the boot. Upon looking into Utah law I discovered that they are only allowed to charge $75 for a boot removal and they must take cards. Also a tow can not exceed $150. Watch out for these vultures and know your rights!

I had a wonderful experience with this company, my car broke down, rick was on arrival within 20min fast and professional service, I would recommend rick to tow my car anytime,he even offered me a ride to my destination, thank you amr auto and towing!!

This is an honest review. There service was poor and overpriced. Reps complained the whole time about weather, timing, difficultyness, and would not put my item where I asked, and in the end, they damaged my item! It was a shed. It was functional and nice before they picked it up. 30 minutes later they dropped it off and damaged the bottom, side, and door. Regret ever using them. They costed more than the item I purchased, and now I have to pay to have it repaired. The price they charged me in the end was much more >$125 than what they quoted in the beginning. These guys are dishonest.

Shane and his crew at Action Mobile Repairs always go above and beyond in any repairs myself or family have needed done. Been going to him for 15+ years and will continue to use Him because of his fair prices and honest/professional work.

They were there when we needed them. Took are truck home so we could stay at the camp.

My car broke down on a Sunday while I was on the road. Called the shop and the owner came in to do the repair. Very Knowledgeable and fixed the car quickly so we could get back on the road. Very nice person.

The place is pretty old in the old barn their window that had an air conditioner in it had the biggest cob web or spider web that took up a good corner of the window.

Fast friendly service Amr auto and towing I definitely recommend rick the tow driver he was friendly professional and clean my 2007 Nissan Maxima broke down I called for a tow he was there in 15-20 min flat I even had my dog with me he let my dog ride in the tow truck with me to my drop off location I had a fabulous experience even though my vehicle needed fixing took stress off me letting me know it was just my alternator thank you rick!!!!

So 11 oclock at night my radiator blew. Last tow service to call should of been the first. Only other answer yes i got was to b towed in the morning. Towed me 10 mi after a prompt pick up was only 100. Dude knows subarus! The owner is a kind man from my short expirience with him. Wouldnt hesitate to continue business. But utah is a far drive for a mechanic

These guys are awesome I had to get my car off private property before the place closed and I was at work and couldnt be there and they helped coordinate everything with me and took my card over the phone a day in advance but didnt charge til after the job was done. They were also the cheapest and least pushy out of all the other towing services I called..

Needed a jump and they helped me out.

Extremely slow service, full of excuses as to why small jobs take twice as long as what they had quoted me. They left the interior of the car full of mud, on the seats, floor, and windows. The interior also smells like gasoline after spending time here.The manager also lied and said that he was giving me an additional part for free, no, that part was on the estimate and bill. I was also charged twice as much for what I was told the tow would cost. Whatever, I just wanted to get out of that place. I would not reccomend this place and will not return.

I have never met a more cruel, rotten human being in my life than an employee at this shop. Extremely unprofessional. I cant believe that a good company would have someone like that working for them. Another man who helped us was decent so I will give it one star otherwise it would be zero.

I paid in advance and I wasn’t able to be at the dealership with them to get the car. I told the driver that he had to go to the service department to get the keys. It was all setup with the dealership too. The driver couldnt understand what the service department was. Ended up that they took my money and never towed my car. Never use these guys, straight up crooks.

Sleezy, low life employees! Parked in a Carls Jr parking, walked up to the door of the restaurant and they had just closed. Walked back to the car to find a man putting a boot in the tire. Tried to reason with him and told him we were gone for like 3 min but he couldnt care. He advised the other car parked in the parking lot was his car and he could show me his badge when I asked if he was a police officer he said he was just going to tow my car because I had an attitude. Then said he was an agent whatever that means. They turn the towing sign towards the road so you cant see it. Hope you feel good about the sleezy 80 dollars you made tonight.

Was offered to cut us a break on the fees for my Fathers car tow (he has been out of town for about a month & his car was towed due to exp tags-he got confused & renewed his Drivers License, which wasnt due until his birthday in a few months, intead of his car registration-thus the discounted offer) but we not only ended up getting charging full price but also they werent even at the office at 430pm when we told them we were on our way so had to call & then wait for them to show up.
