They are the best mechanics you will ever find, can fix just about anything on any make and model, and are honest, so you dont have to worry about being overcharged or having frivolous repair suggestions so they can make more money like they do at the dealership. I recently moved to a different state and wish I had a place like Accuracy out here. Nic explained everything to me with respect. (Past places being a woman I have been talked too like a kid.) he gave me details on parts I needed with the cost and time if would take. I purchased a vehicle from this shop a year ago. After putting only 10,000 miles on the vehicle in that year the motor spun a bearing. After inspecting the car the guys at Accuracy told me that it would cost over $4,000 to rebuild the motor. Seeing as I had purchased the car for only $6,000 and being a poor college student, I decided it would be best to sell the car. Accuracy made me an offer for $1,000, but told me that I could list the car in the classifieds and try to get more. While I was in the process of showing the car to potential borrowers, the front desk guy at the shop was very friendly and even let me use the jumper box to start the car. I eventually found a buyer for the vehicle that offered a little more than the shop. After finishing all of our business he told me that he had spoken with the guys at Accuracy and found out what offer they had made me for the broken car. He used that information to get a lower price out of me. Pros: Very friendly, knowledgeable staff with competitive prices. Cons: Somewhat deceptive salespeople. Questionable inventory with vague description and details. Make sure to give any car purchased from this lot an extremely thorough inspection.

I went to accuracy for all my cars (subaru) needs. They let me know in great detail about everything that needed be done or could wait and never pushed any service on you. Their services are priced well and I completely trust them.

These guys are awesome! I recently purchased a car from them and they were fantastic. They werent pushy or sales-y at all, the were just nice, answered any questions and made sure the car was in impeccable shape. There were a few things I asked if they could do on the car before I bought it, and they fixed everything up without hesitation. Another dealer that I looked at the day before simply asked if I was a do-it-yourself kinda guy, because they werent willing to put any work into the car. The difference between Accuracy Auto and everyone else that I went to is amazing! I will definitely be back when I need work done or need another car.

Great service and honest employees. Prior to moving to Florida we frequented Accuracy whenever we had car problems. During our cross country move, accuracy helped out to properly diagnose why weve been having problems starting my 2004 Actual RL. This was misdiagnosed twice at Firestone. Ever since the repair with accuracy, no problems starting the car.

I finally found a great shop to have my Audi A6 fixed in lieu of taking it to an Audi Dealer. Their service has been excellent and a real pleasure working with Customer Service Agent, Daniel. These guys didnt actually do any work on my car, but they did inspect it and tell me everything that was up with it, as well as installed a new cup holder - all for free! You can tell they know whats up.**updateThese guys have done a ton of service on my 05 TL, they are professional and will work with you on price as well. If you want it done right, go to these guys...I will most likely be taking my 96 chevy into them for a tuneup as well :)

Have had service on my Acura at the dealer and Accuracy. These guys give dealer service plus. They ensure quality parts and great service. Its hard to find a good repair shop, these guys wont let you down.

I recently went to Accuracy Auto to look at a Honda Pilot they had for sale, in the office while waiting for the salesman, I asked a customer who was there waiting if she had good experiences here and she enthusiastically said that she brought all her work to them and felt well taken care of. I decided to buy the Pilot and literally the next day, after signing all the as is paperwork, its check engine light came on and the starter started acting up. Naturally, I called them, hoping they would help but half expecting them to throw some kind of band-aid on the problems to put me off. But they took good care of me thoroughly fixing the intake problem which was causing it to throw a code, they also replaced the starter with a used one. While I would have loved to have gotten a new starter, getting it replaced with one that worked felt fair. My general impression was that they genuinely want to do the right thing, I think they know what theyre doing, take pride in their quality of work and overall integrity. I would comfortably buy another car from them and if I lived closer Id use them for their repair and maintenance services.

The Chris are amazing to deal with and talk layman terms to people that dont understand cars. I so appreciate these folks!

Beware when coming here took a car to these guys to inspected for me before buying it they told me all this stuff was wrong with it that really wasnt I then took the car to the dealer and really nothing was actually wrong with it they act like they know everything not professional at all will never take my business again here be careful people. If I can give them no stars I would.

I believe the name of the gentlement that helped us was Kris; he was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Overall our experience was a pleasant one and we are very grateful we ended up at this lot!
