Absolutely incredible service!! I showed up for my emissions test appointment right on time, and I kid you not..I was there for a total of 8 MINUTES. I couldnt believe how fast the service was. They were polite and took care of my needs right away, and for half the cost of the other places I was considering. Definitely give them a visit!

I bought a Groupon for $30.00 for an emission test. I scheduled the appointment as required for September 17th, 2021 (Friday). My wife went to the appointment and let them know that she had a Groupon. Later, on September 22nd, 2021 we realized that we had been charged $45.00 for an emission test, which was the Groupon that we had bought. My wife went there and explained the situation. According to the manager - who was not there the day the service was made - all employees check if it is a Groupon before charging customers. She said that the only option would be requesting a refund from Groupon since we do not need another emission test for 2021. Very disappointed with the customer service provided at this place since they didnt demonstrate any empathy to help us to fix this issue. According to her, all employees do not make mistakes and it was my wife’s fault for not showing the Group, which she did!

Super quick and friendly service! I made an appointment there for emissions and I was their first priority which is awesome! Gunder helped me and he was really sweet and friendly. I also used a coupon on their website and it made my emissions super cheap. Overall great experience - I’ll definitely go here from now on!

I needed to renew my registration, I am no fan of Jiffy Lube. So I thought I would give these guys a try. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of service. My car was in and out of the bay in less than 20 minutes. Gunder, the gentleman that helped me, was polite and professional. He got everything processed in a timely manner, and I was on my way. Im glad I chose Emission Time over Jiffy Lube, and will bring my vehicle back to them for renewal next year.

Well, on the bright side, it only took 11 minutes from start to finish to have our emissions taken care of which was rather impressive and convenient. If it weren’t for having to deal with the overly unpleasant office manager, Rosa, I would have given 5 stars. I walked in 20 minutes before close when they had zero customers giving them plenty of time to get me done before their shift was over. She looked so irritated and sounded even more irritated as she ask the necessary questions needed to complete the transaction. After she “helped” me, she went out to move my car where my husband and kids were and told them “get out of the car” when she got in. Not even a “please.” The rest of the process had the same customer service so needless to say, we will never be back.

Had a scheduled appointment and when I got there they’re was a u haul parked in front of the bay and they wouldn’t get it removed and couldn’t take me at my scheduled appointment time. I’d have at least liked to have had a call to cancel so I could find someone to actually help

Stopped by without an appointment to get my emissions tested and new tags. Gunder was able to squeeze me in and I relaxed under the high flow AC while he popped out to the service bay and took care of everything. Id be surprised if 15 minutes passed before I was back on the road...why cant all places be like this!

After waiting 45 mins to get my emissions test, the 1st thing that I say to the tech...( no name tag, so no idea who he is) I ask is it possible to split payments between 2 cards. He says yes, and tested my vehicle. When I went to pay he said I had to use 1 card to pay. If he doesnt know his job he shouldnt be doing it.

Everything is fine, but don’t mess with my seat position next time. The girl pulled my car from one of the 7 parking spots they have into the garage, maybe 10 seconds driving time total, no need to mess with my seat.

If you are running a special keep your word. I was only overcharged a little but after getting totally screwed by Glens tires the day prior and letting them know.They still went ahead and overcharged me so I am going to contact proper channels since I record all conversations on the phone! They did not give me the special and it is my first but last visit!You knew I was coming back to pay you more on Wednesday so shame on you and I will share this on my channel since I discuss bad business practices!If you like being lied to continue to go to this place! If not go to precision tune! Cheaper and price has always been what they said and they are on State street and much quicker because I must admit they were half the speed as even Glens tires but the whole reason I had to come to this place is Glen tires only did 2 out of the 3 things so much bigger rip off so this place is not as bad but still dishonest!!!

Discounts usually available on their website, but be sure to mention it when you check your car in (lost the discount once because I didnt do this, but still a loyal customer).

Quick and hassle free. Charges $35 for 96 and newer cars and $45 for earlier. Still wondering what happened to the $25 emissions test when the safety inspection used to be required. At least this is less than Davis County rates and convenient to get to.

They have the cheapest emmision check+ sticker if you get their Groupon. Usually around $25 for the whole deal. Service is quick and fair.

First time here, service was very quick and easy, unlike a jiffy lube. Waiting room was okay, nothing to brag about. Woman at the desk was nice enough, but didnt seem to really care. Coupon policy is a little weird that you have to print them out, but I was given the discount anyways. Overall, okay place.

These guys used to be quick and efficient. The last time I went, however, they kept giving me the run around with what my vehicle needed to pass emissions. They finally said I needed a $300 part fixed and then it should pass, I had them fix it and it still didnt pass. The kept telling me to go and drive it a certain # of miles, at a certain speed and then come back for a re-test. I was in and out of there over 5 times before they finally passed it. Very time consuming and it seemed like they didnt know what they were doing. I do not recommend this place. Ive started going to Midas. Even though theyre pricier, they give it to me straight and dont waste my time.

I have had my inspection and renewal done here for years. They are reasonably priced and QUICK. And now they have a play table for little children!!! Thank you to whoever made that happen!

Granted, my car is a hybrid. It sips fuel like its an unoaked Chardonnay it doesnt like but wants to be polite about, and it emits less effluvia than your proper great aunt who would be horrified if she thought anyone believed she ever walked into a toilet.Still, emissions inspections are not fun work. But these guys? They finished mine in less time than it took me to sit down in their waiting room and open Country Living.

If youre going in for emissions/dmv renewal use the groupon. I saw a coupon on their website for emissions that was the same price and assumed it was the same but it is not. Without the groupon the emissions test is $29.99 but the renewal is an extra $10 on top of the dmv taxes/fee. The groupon includes this renewal without the $10 extra charge.On the plus side they are super quick and have good safety precautions in place for covid.

Scheduled an appointment with the front desk girl. She didn’t ask for my name so I assumed it didn’t matter. Showed up and they asked for who had an appointment and me another individual spoke up. They completely ignored me and took the guy who was written down. They also took another girl who just happened to get in the door before me. I said I had an appointment and she just wrote it off like I wasn’t even talking and just wanted to put me down after these other people. Super unprofessional

I came to see them because my speedometer wasn’t working and they initially told me that they would have to order a new instrument cluster and it would take 2 days to get here and cost a couple hundred, but upon further inspection they found that it had a faulty connection and got it fixed that same day for just $40. Great service and honest people.

Really great service! The ladies working were both super nice, Sandy offered to clean and realign my headlights for a reduced price, but when she wasn’t able to get them fixed to her satisfaction (though I thought they looked great) she said she wouldn’t charge me for it at all! The service was super fast, very fairly priced, and the shop itself was clean and nice. Highly recommended!

My SO and I were sent here from the Sandy location to get our vehicle finished for emissions due to the mechanic being out for the day. Upon arriving, the receptionist was talking on the phone, which sounded like a friend and seemed extremely irritated to be bothered, which I was confused by because the shop was empty. Anyways, the woman turned to us and said in a grouchy tone with attitude “what do you need?” We told her we were sent here from the Sandy location to get the rest of our vehicle fixed so it can pass emissions. Before we could finish, she interrupted us saying she couldn’t help us. When we asked why, she said unless we wanted to pay for our emissions all over again, then she could not help us out. I am extremely disappointed by the horrible customer service we received. There is no excuse for the attitude she had. Emissions Time, please look in to finding a better receptionist who actually likes their job and treats customers with kindness. The Sandy location has the most kind, friendly and hard working employees which is what keeps bringing me back. Take tips.

Incredible service two years in a row! Would highly recommend. The staff was friendly, explained everything in a clear and concise manner and got me taken care of very quickly and efficiently. The first impression of the place isnt really that impressive, but other than that I was treated very well by the employees, and they were super fast to help me with what I needed, so it overall was not a very long visit. Their prices seem fair, and the employees helped me through the process to make sure I knew what I was paying for. Really fair and honest, and Id highly recommend it.

Inconsistent service. Bad Management or no management. Came on time, wasted my time because they were too lazy to take their business to the end of the day. Bad experience last year too. Used to be much better and faster with a desire to make sure you got your emmissions done. Ten minutes and out. Time to find another place. They will upsell the oil change now. If I wanted to go to Jiffy Lube I would have gone to that rip off palace. Time to find a new place.

James is a great guy, he absolutely takes care of his customers in a timely manner and with a positive attitude. The prices are great and theyre honest. I highly recommend this shop!
