I cant tell you how happy I am to find this place. From start to finish my experience has been incredible. Normally I would take my car to the dealership to get it fixed or serviced, but would always come away feeling like I just shelled out a ton of $ and was just another bmw owner. I was able to make an appointment within a handful of days of calling & they turned around a fairly substantial amount of work quickly (dropped the car off Fri am & picked up Monday afternoon). There were a few issues that cropped up during repairs and they charged me only the cost of the additional parts - class act! This team will be my go to indy BMW mechanic moving forward.

I just recently purchased an older but very clean BMW. I wanted to take it in to a place that I felt like I could trust since this is my first experience owning a BMW and all I’ve ever heard is watch out for the repairs watch out for the repairs. I have been a Lexus owner for 20 years and after buying this car for a second vehicle I can see how the BMW driving experience is so much different so I will take my chances on the repairs. Jeremy did a diagnostic and basically just did a once over to make sure I was up to speed on everything. There were a couple of belts that were screeching, brakes that needed to be repaired, back latch. He did a once over and it felt good to know that the car is in great shape. Although I put a few thousand dollars in it I felt like it was worth it knowing that it will be safe and not be making noises. I was worried when I picked the car up that the owner Jeremy and his wife who works the front desk were not going to be there since they are who I had worked with before. It didn’t take long to be out at ease as an additional mechanic went through everything then spend some time in the car with me going through some of the features of the BMW and settings that I had not yet figured out. Great customer service and knowledgeable.From the front desk, to the communication every step of the way on the diagnostics, to picking the car up and feeling like I wasn’t being scammed, it felt great. This will be the only place I take my car. A wealth of experience of people that work there. Highly recommend using this place.

Been looking for a reliable, trustworthy BMW shop and finally found one, I can trust to work on my car and do reliable work and finish on time and actually care about you and your car, 10/10 work and customer service.

I took my z4 in for trunk latch issues and when I got it back it was fixed better than I couldve imagined. I know it sounds like an odd thing to say but, how bad it was compared to how smoothly the key turned and how well the latch released... it felt new! The quality of the work is phenomenal and done very professionally. True car care and not just repair.I am confident I found my mechanic of choice from here on out!

I went by Google reviews to find someone to repair my 2013 X5 and came across Wasatch Motor Werks. Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. He gave us his time and undivided attention to speak with us thoroughly about the repair and answered any questions we had. He also had to play middle man in working with a dealership to go forward with the repair and payment- very much appreciated. When we picked up our car, we forgot to mention that we were missing an underneath shield and he told us that he had an extra one in his shop that he put on. How nice! We didnt even ask, he just noticed it and did it, complimentary. Jeremy and his shop are top notch! (so is his very nice and accommodating front desk gal). Really- trust all the great reviews!!

The owner will explain in all the detail you want as to what is wrong with your BMW. I believe they have fair prices but we are talking BMW so keep that in mind. Just down the street from the dealership and well worth the trip.

I went in to get my computer reprogrammed and didnt have a appointment. They were busy but reprogrammed my computer reset all my engine lights topped off fluids and filled my tires. First time customer will definitely be back.

All the reviews are true. Jermy was the only one in SLC who had the parts I needed. Got me in the day I called. Performed major suspension work for half what the dealership had quoted and got me out the next day. Saving me three days of car rental, which by the way is easy as he has a great shop rate at the Enterprise next door. Wasatch Motor Werks are the best.

You know when you own a BMW - the warranty expires and repairs are going to cost a fortune. Do you decide to keep it or dump it for something newer? Well hang on to it and take to Jeremy and his shop. I only needed an oil change for the X3 diesel this time, but now I know I can keep the x3 because I found a shop to trust. I brought my car there in August/September for them to replace my rear differential input shaft seal. I was worried that the bearing might be bad so I asked TWO different people to check that while everything was apart — they assured me they would. When I picked up my car, one of them told me “oh I forgot to check, but I think it’ll be fine”. Turns out it’s not fine — the bearing that I had thoroughly asked them to check was bad, but I was out almost $500 of service just because they didn’t check it.They’re VERY nice there, but that doesn’t make up for the money I wasted on them. Very disappointed. I wanted to trust that they had my interest at heart, but instead they left a bad taste in my mouth.

I had a 2016 M235i repaired by Murray BMW approx. 2 weeks ago to repair a bad front strut. They recommended only fixing the one strut at the time and took a week to get it done. Afterwards there was a lot of rattling and clunking from the suspension over bumps and I decided to take it by Wasatch Motor Werks for a second look. Jeremy was great, looked it over the same day and let me know that the BMW shop never replaced the strut brace and it was bad (should have been changed at the same time as the strut). He also noted that the left front strut was bad and recommended changing it as well. Less than two days later I picked it up and the car drives great and the suspension is completely dialed in.Im really impressed with the work they do at this shop and they do it fast. I highly recommend them. Thank you for a job well done!

Went in for subframe reinforcement plates on my 2001 E46 330CI with 127k miles on it. I did research on the procedure before hand and the labor price they gave me was on the low-middle end of what I anticipated so that was nice. Had them take care of a couple other things while down there (rear trailing arm bushings replaced with polyurethane and shift shaft seal leak in manual transmission. Took exactly one week. Friendly staff and addressed all my concerns

They could have easily charged me to do some work that was covered under an extended warranty that I didnt know about, instead they called the BMW dealer to find out if it was still covered; it was, so he sent me to them saving me a bunch of money. Took my 335D in for diagnostics, and had to be told some terrible news. That’s always hard for mechanics, especially in a case like this. But I had a general idea of what to expect already, so not too bad. They were friendly, told me exactly what’s going on and my best options moving forward with the car. Wasatch Motor Werks has worked on my BMW 3 times now - 2 times for an oil change, and 1 time for new brakes. Every time, Im so impressed with how on time and professional they have been. On the last visit, I mentioned that I would be driving to Seattle at the end of the week. When I picked up my car, they had done an all-over check to make sure my car was road-ready for the trip - checking the brakes, tire pressure, etc....and NO charge!! I live in Heber and I am MORE than happy to make the drive to have WMW service my car - theyre awesome!

My 1988 BMW M6 would not start to save my life. I took it to Bimmer Motor Werks and they couldnt figure it out. They referred me to Car Concepts and they had it for two months and couldnt figure it out. I called Woffords and they wouldnt touch the car. They referred me to Utah Imports who said they would call me back and never did. I thought Id never get the damn car running. I read a bunch of reviews and found Jeremy at Wasatch Motor Werks and he got the car running in three hours. Wasnt at his shop a week before I was able to drive the car home. Jeremy and his wife are very professional, honest, and knowledgable. It only took him three hours to do what multiple shops and multiple specialists couldnt do all summer. The price was fair, the service was fast, and the car runs great. They have my loyalty and utmost respect. I wont take my BMWs anywhere else.

Brought in my 135i because my radiator fan wouldn’t come on. They fixed it in a day were very nice to deal with. I usually do all my own car maintenance but could not figure out this electrical problem. I don’t like taking cars to the shop but these guys were awesome. Overall great experience!

Jeremy diagnosed the issue with my aging BMW and got it running again within a day. I opted to not do any major repair and just get my car running for the next few months while I shop for a new one. These guys are awesome. I called them from the side of the road asking if they had time and room for my vehicle to show up on a flat bed. They said yes. Within a few hours they called with an estimate and the next morning they called to say my vehicle was fixed and ready for pickup. Less than 24 hours!! I own a 1999 BMW Z3. It has low, low miles and I garage it during the winter. I contacted Jeremy about getting my fluids flushed and having him check the overall health of my car. His honesty was so refreshing. He checked my car over and found it to be in excellent health. He could have told me I needed an air filter or other small parts, but was completely honest in saying it needed nothing. His shop was crazy clean and I love that a mechanic covered in grease was not getting in and out of my car. I compared the price he quoted me with the local BMW shop and he was $100 less. So, not only did I get great service, but great value. This was a great find and I will be using Jeremy for all future service on my Z3. I HIGHLY recommend Jeremy to anyone looking for BMW service.

Excellent BMW service! Jeremy had taken in my car on short notice and got what needed to be done in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner. Nina in the front office was a pleasure to speak with in getting my car done as well. The pricing was extremely fair, especially regarding the quality of work. Jeremy had shown me some additional issues with my 5 series that other places hadnt noticed. I appreciated this because other places just say hey you need this done, here is an invoice, bye, but Wasatch Motor Werks had taken the time to be concise and detailed in a simple manner. My input there regarding what I wanted with my car didnt fall onto deaf ears at all. Overall, it was a great experience especially in contrast to other nearby BMW specialists. They met and exceeded any expectations I had.

They were flexible with me on cost for a really big, unforeseen repair - repairs that would have probably cost a third more at the dealer. Car runs great. I plan to do upcoming further repairs with them soon.

Full disclosure; I worked with Jeremy quite a while ago when he was at a BMW dealership. It has been over a decade since weve seen each other. Needless to say I was excited and greatly relieved to see he is running his own independent shop. BMWs are amazing cars but it takes a level of commitment to keep them up and this can be costly. Theres a difference between price and value. at WMW you will get the absolute best value. I decided to buy a 2008 E60 after Jeremy did an extensive PPI. Since then I have been back to get it in tip top shape. Nina and Jeremy compliment each other very well and are a super-star team.

Jeremy over at Wasatch Motor Werks (WMW) was amazing. I really came to him with a concern and after a pretty quick diagnosis of the car, he was able to pin down the issues and offer great advice on what to do next. Very pleased that he did not try to sell me with a BS story and that I needed to do $$$$$$ amount of work right then or my car would explode. He spent a good amount of time explaining the issues (not making me feel dumb for even coming in) and I left feeling a lot better. Good dude, good company. Will be a life long customer for sure.

Just had my car repaired by WMW. I went to them for a second opinion on some pretty significant repairs and they beat the competition by 25%. In addition to the great price, the service was very impressive. They helped me understand the source of the problems and gave me a thorough explanation of what needed to happen. Im new to Utah and a BMW forum friend recommended Wasatch Motor Werks. My entire experience—from Ninas cheerful reply to my initial email, to picking up my car and talking with Jeremy about the completed repairs, and everything in between—was exceptional and exactly what a car enthusiast hopes for. Its so reassuring and confidence-inspiring to get to meet and work with people who are super knowledgeable, who listen and care, who enjoy what they do and who do it with such excellence.

Of course you will always want to take your car to a BMW dealership and think they will do it there perfectly since it is a BMW shop and leave you with piece of mind, but... if you want that with a matching reasonable price then you should go here, this guy worked at a dealership and just not a regular mechanic over there, he knows what he is doing and service your car as if you are in a dealership, he has the right software and everything. I drove 70 miles just to have my car serviced by him and will go back again..

Service and overall experience was top notch. I brought in my new (to me) car with issues related to a bad repair job from the previous owner related to an oil leak and a belt that went bad. Turns out there was belt debris in the oil pan that was never cleaned out from the previous repair at a different shop. Jeremy was able to get the debris cleaned out and the job done 1-2 days ahead of schedule. Hes very knowledgeable and highly recommended.

Excellent service! This is my first BMW and Jeremy went ahead to show me all the in and outs of the car. Dont let the M series and the Ferrari intimidate you into thinking this place is overpriced, they have better prices than other nearby shops. With the knowledge and service I gained, I dont know if I could go anywhere else!

I own a BMW because of the quality. Jeremy is at the same level.If you own a BMW you know its expensive, but thats no reason to pay extra for the dealers overhead.I like to do things myself but when things are over my head or just not enough time, this is where my cars come.

Jeremy Robinson has his own Place now and I couldnt be Happier! I always waited for him to be available as a Master Tech down at the BMW store. My friends wouldnt let anyone else touch their BMWs. His Shop is easy to get to right north of Cruise America on State Street and No One knows the Werks like Jeremy. Jeremy is a very considerate and open mechanic. I had a diagnostic run for some wheel and alignment problems. He showed me where the problems were and gave me a variety of options for repair including how to take care of it if I wanted to do the repairs myself.Something extra that he shared which I appreciated was information on how BMW would treat the type of damage/repair at one of their shops. If some parts were potentially damaged they would have been replaced even if the damage wasnt visible. So I should keep an eye out for potential problems there in the future.
