He always returns our calls right away whether its pertaining to our current policy, making changes, or filing claims for our home or vehicles. For the past four years weve had major fires so Im checking our policy annually making sure were inline with rebuilding costs, mandatory evacuations, etc. Michael is also very honest with make makes since for our coverage and if its worth increasing any of our policys or backing off.
