I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and I find that each year their customer service is sub-par. I’ve asked for a refund for an error that was made by the office and I was advised that no monies would be refunded. The policy would be updated moving forward and that was final. I also, contacted the office regarding my earthquake insurance policy and advised that the payment would be made in full as I have done so for the past 3 years. I was advised that the payment was received late and my policy was canceled but no attempt was made in providing to have it reinstated or to have a new policy created. In the same email I requested to receive a quote for an event cancellation policy. The agent asked for additional information and advised that a quote would be emailed. It has now been a week now and I still haven’t received a quote. I was emailed by the branch manager and asked for a good date/time to receive a phone call to discuss my concerns and yet, I still have not been contacted. I am disappointed with the service I have received. Even though I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years I am treated as another. In the new year I will look to transfer my policies.

I want to thanks Jazmin Aguayo for helping me understand and save the most on my insurance with all this extra hidden fees other insurances dont tell you,,even by raising my deductible to $1,000 instead of $500,,im saving like $20 plus a month is alot for me to save ,,blessed !
