I came in to the Fulton Avenue office last week for car insurance and I was promptly greeted by Kristina Endres and The other ladies in the office. I think both of their names are Lisa not sure. Although I was actually being helped by Kristina I greatly appreciated the greetings I got form the two other ladies in the office I specifically waited for Kristina because a co-worker of mine referred me to her. I waited until the customer before me was done which by the way was not long at all and as I sat down at Kristina’s desk I was happily greeted again by Kristina with a smile. She inquired about my day and my need for coming in to the office. Kristina did very well in explaining the details of my policy and clearly answered any and every question I had regarding my needs. Kristina then asked me if I needed any renters insurance or roadside assistance unfortunately I had to decline. Although I didn’t need any of those extra services, the way Kristina explained them to me I was about to and cancel my coverage with the other companies. Kristina did so well in thoroughly explaining everything to me, that that alone would make me want to switch everything over to acceptance insurance. I have recommended ALL of my friends to go see Kristina at acceptance I always assure them they won’t be disappointed. I mean who isn’t big on customer service and satisfaction? Judging by Kristina’s attitudead very professional conduct, I can tell she really enjoys her job. You did your company a solid by hiring Kristina because she embodies customer service excellence. I get the best customer service from the agents on Fulton ave. I call Kristina if I have any problems with either my boat, auto or home policy. I like the fact that I am not just a client making payments or getting a policy, I get asked how my day is going, my work and my family. I know when I call they will answer the phone with an upbeat tone willing to help me.

I went into the Fulton ave office to make a few changes to my policy and the staff James and Kristina were amazing they helped me find the best covarage for the best rate, because my old policy was outdated and not the best. I highly recommend this location and the agents, they truly have A+ customer service.
