Terrible experience. I used to work at this management company and Mr. Alex Chebotar had a bone to pick with me. Im glad I had this experience and it shows some idiots cannot grow up. Wow first public review and its for a former company I used to work for. Pains me, but Im glad they treated me terribly. On-site manager seemed nice and pleasant to deal with.

Be careful when applying here. Terrible communication with management and I feel like I was scammed for my application fee. When I toured the apartment, I was told 2 units were available. Applied the next day and was told BOTH units just got taken, but that someone put in a 30-day notice that day. Following week, decided to call for an update and sounded like they just got around to looking at my file at that moment. Another week passes and was told there’s a chance the apartment may need an additional week to be ready. At the end of that week I received confirmation my background check was cleared. Waited the following Monday to call and was told “uhm yeah we got your background check but we’re not sure if we have an apartment ready because our tenant is not cooperating with us”. At this point, I gave up and applied elsewhere. The following day though I received an email saying my application was denied because I needed 6 months at my new job (despite proof of a stable salary for 4 years). I just graduated from medical school and was moving to sac to start my residency training. Anyway, I’m glad I will not be moving there as this treatment surely would’ve continued after I’d signed the lease. The management is sketchy and will string you along. They are very difficult to contact through phone or email even during their designated business hours. Save your time and money and apply elsewhere.

I have lived there for about a year now and really have no issues. My unit gets hot in the summer due to the position of the apt. Parking does suck but that is not a shocker. But over all I really dont have issues. No wild parties, no loud people.

Probably the best complex in the area, very well maintained and great neighbors

I was driving and decided that I liked the place and I will rent an apartment, The manager was (the young man) was talkingt with a lady and he dint pay attention, I waited more than half an hour but he did not try to help did not know what the reason, but later on I knew then that (subject of racial).

I dont recommend it.
