Ive lived in this complex two separate times, both have been a great experience. Staff is very responsive, and professional. This is a great place to call home. The units are well maintained and cared for.

Incompetent. Drove an hour for a scheduled tour, and theres nobody on site and apparently theyre not even supposed to be giving tours in the first place. Theyve had a YEAR to figure out protocols and demo/model tours and still cant get it right.

I moved here a few years ago and have never regretted it. Between, clean and well updated apartments, amazing amenities, beautiful landscape, and the wonderful staff that make you feel like family, you really cant go wrong with this apartment complex. The year round pool as hot tub, the 24/7 gym and media center and the occasional resident party help make this complex unique from any other place Ive lived. I feel safe letting my child play outside, where she plays with many of the children living here. There is a beautiful park near by. And the bus stop for a great school district is right at the park. All within walking distance. Overall I really love it here.

I have lived in many apartments in California and i can say for a fact this is one of the best experiences i have ever had. The apartments are modern and well taken care off. The grounds, pool area, gym and public areas are all well taken care of, the staff are very friendly and always eager to help. Jasmine and Mike run a tight operations and it shows. We were sad to leave! Thanks!

Avanti Apartment Homes is a wonderful place to live. The staff is remarkable and provide the best customer service experience. The resort style pool and spa area is great to enjoy alone or with your family and friends! The fitness center is accommodating with state of the art equipment. The beautiful grounds and variety of floor plans makes Avanti the place you want to call home.

We moved in here over 2 years ago and it was great until the complex was sold to a new owner. The new owners have since increased our rent by $125, and hiked our water/sewer/garbage bill up adding all sorts of charges for community amenities that we never agreed to pay in our lease and never paid with the prior owners. Our W/S/G bill went from $57 with the last owners to over $73 per month with the new owners (we rent a 1-bedroom apt). They claim the higher fees will cover upgrades to the community, but so far there have been no upgrades done. A couple weeks ago our washing machine broke in the middle of a cycle. I called to have it fixed and they said theyd get to it as soon as possible which was a week later, so be prepared to take your laundry to a laundromat.They also now charge pet rent at $25 per pet per month (including cats and small breed dogs) in addition to a pet deposit. They provide no special amenities for pets.They also now require tenants to purchase renters insurance.Since the new owners took over, our cost to live in the same apt. weve been living in for 2 years increased by ~$160 and it just keeps going up every time we get a new W/S/G bill.We plan on moving out ASAP!

Ive lived at Avanti 6 months now and have very few complaints. The complex was called Medici when I first moved in and has since been bought out and renamed. Overall the transition didnt affect my pricing. Ive seen a few complaints on other review sites about utilities going up with the transition, but Ive seen none of that for my place. Only complaint was a neighbor below me who claimed I was too loud. This tenant called security on me about 5 times for noise. These complaints were always placed well before 8PM and was surprised whenever security came to my doors since I usually was just walking around my place. Called the office and voiced my concerns with my neighbor. Things seem to be fine now. Overall Im happy with my stay. The apartment was in good shape when I moved in. The tub is my only complaint. It looks like it may have been a pink color before and was painted over white. The paint is peeling back and looks like pink mold all over the tub. Not the biggest deal in the world though. Good place to live with reasonable rates for the area.

Loved, Loved, Loved this place! Best value in North Natomas! There are only 2 complexes in the area that can compete with Avanti in the areas of safety, cleanliness, convenience, and modern style. Both of which are more expensive and one has a major parking issues. Customer Service at Avanti is A+! Even when the property management company changed, Avanti still maintained excellent maintenance and management of the property (probably because they kept the same staff). My only complaint...I wanted a consistent number of dumpsters in each of the garbage areas. Considering that there were three garbage areas within a stones throw of my apartment; my complaint had little basis.Id still live at Avanti, but I had to move out-of-state for a job. If youre considering North Natomas THIS should be your first stop.

My daughter, a school teacher, moved into an apt here a month ago and it has been nothing but PROBLEMS since she did. There are cockroaches, and she has had to have the night maintenance men out 5 times because of a refrigerator leak that floods her kitchen. The different maintenance people tell her different things, they finally replaced the fridge with an even older one that had no back panel on it and ALSO leaks. Part of her living room ceiling was painted with the WRONG COLOR paint before she moved in, and has still not been corrected - it looks weird. Management talks a good game but does not perform. Do NOT rent here!!!

I love this place! Every singe staff member is AMAZING. They are always willing to help and really seem to care.

Honestly, the complex wasnt that bad. I lived here in 2015 and had to move before the year lease was up due to the military -- that went off without a hitch. But overall this place wasnt bad. Only downsides were maintenance men came in and didnt leave the place as it was when they arrived. I was told I could have a security system through comcast put in and got charged for holes being put in the wall for the camera and key pad. And honestly that was it.Its 1 minute from the freeway, 7 min from the airport, 3 minutes from shopping food/clothes/etc. I had a commute to EG everyday and it didnt take long to get there at all. The cost was great for what I was getting. I lived on the 3rd story with a fireplace so I cant attest to hearing people overhead. However, I never heard my neighbors, ever. Only when they were in the hall did I hear them. When I finally got overseas I was informed of some charges that were expected from me spray painting on the balcony some furniture, a candle that fell over and the holes from the security system in the wall. I anticipated these charges though so it wasnt an issue aside from the security system.This is a nice complex. Convenient. Id recommend and move back if I ever needed to.

I have been living in the apartment for several years. The good thing I like about my apartment is that it is on the front building of the complex, it is spacious, has a good view, and is bright with shades from trees near the balcony.The major problem with the apartment complex is the bad construction. I didnt realize this until I moved into the apartment. As any other apartment, the walls are super thin and you can feel the whole apartment shake when someone walks in the apt above yours. But thats the least of the construction problems. The doors and windows dont align with the locking mechanism. So you cannot properly lock your doors or windows AND the AC will let the air out or in so your electricity charge will be way up. The air filter does not align with the air circulating mechanism, which means the air is not filtered and you can see dust settling on everything within a day. The metal on the shower and the curtain rod are rusty, probably due to the fact that the shower head does not screw properly with the water pipe and sprays water across the shower, not through. There are enough cabinets in the apt but the metal fixture is so bad that you may not even be able to close them. The electrical and phone outlets may or may no work throughout the apt, which cannot be rewired after you move in. You can also see bad construction in the rest of the complex like pathways, mailboxes, garages, pool, gym, and other common areas. The complex also has pest control problems and I had to report twice to fumigate my apt. Sometimes you could see insects crawling out of the bath or the sink drainage.No matter how recently the apartment complex was built, a bad design and construction cannot be fixed after the fact. The reason I stayed for this long was due to the low rent that made me put up with the oddities just within my apartment. Recently though, a new management has taken over and increased the rent from 15% with lease to 25% without lease. There is no reason to stay in this apartment complex when there are a ton of better apartments all around this neighborhood.

I absolutely loved living in this apartment complex!!! The staff at Avanti are beyond amazing, as are all the accommodations!

Friendly staff, nice updated complex with beautiful resort style pool. I have moved here for about 2 months and so far its been a wonderful experience.

If you want to live here dont . there is roach problems the people are inconsiderate and the office management is careless and does not check up on things that you continuously have to complain about.

I was the maintenance supervisor there for 7 years! They really let the place go down hill! #shouldstillbemedici
