After continuously calling and putting in work orders. Different Maintenance men coming in and temporary fixing the problem. I really appreciate the diligent work Will came in and did. It gave me great relief to know my apartment was up to my standards along with compliant with the regulation needed for an apartment. Will was very professional and proficient in his work.He was prompt and straight forward on getting the job done to my liking. Will was very knowledgeable on my request, gave me great insight on why things weren’t working and what I could also do on my end to upkeep things. I would highly recommend Will for all your maintenance needs.

The apartment is beautiful, the office staff are super friendly and helpful. But Sam the maintainace supervisor went above and beyond. We had some small blemishes on my garage floor and walls and he had his crew power washed & repaint the whole garage(both floor & walls). Therefore making it a perfect play-den for my girls....

Definitely the worst experience looking for apartments stood on the porch for WHOLE HOUR 3 women came out and said they would be with us. Took care of 4 group of people we had to call they said they would be with us in another 15-20 mins. Very poor customer service. Never coming back. & definitely will let everybody know about my experience and to never go there.

Richie Cordova came to fix my refrigerator in a timely matter & also fixed my ice Machine that hasn’t worked since I moved in! Very professional & friendly! Need more onsite maintenance people like him 👍

The staff is very pleasant - If there has ever been an issue they take care of it very quickly. The neighbors are very friendly as well. When the amenities are open (when Covid doesnt interfere - they too were very nice. My son LOVED going to Library and the events they used to have. The playground is also very handy

The neighborhood is SO warm and welcoming, and there is always beautiful scenery and cheerful people to walk by! I have never felt so at home here. and I couldn’t be happier with the service I receive from the staff, particularly miss Amanda!!!! She is such a delight and always quick to solve the problem and help.

My experience here at Homecoming at Creekside has been great thus far. I want to give a huge shout out to Mariah and Layla who works there!! When I had minor issues they’ve been there for my family along the way and getting the issues solve in a timely manner. They are great! This place is also great!

I moved into these apartment complexes in July of 2019. I like many of you read the reviews and saw how the most common gripe was the fact you didn’t get your deposit back. Well, I wish I’d listened. I kept the place SPOTLESS and upon move out cleaned the ENTIRE apt top to bottom. I cleaned all the baseboards, vacuumed the carpet, cleaned behind the fridge, the oven, mopped the floors, cleaned the toilets and scrubbed down both showers. Out of a $1400 deposit, I only received $65 back. I’m warning you, do not make the same mistake I did.

Homecoming at Creekside has gone so far down in the maintenance department in 2020! My daughter has been trying to get several things repaired for at least 3 months. Now shes going to the laundry mat when she has a washer dryer but the dryer wont dry! Ridiculous!!! Id think twice about moving in!!

Recently, I moved back to Homecoming and the service they provided me was amazing. The move-in process was smooth and direct. In addition, the walk-through with Mariah was very thorough and the attention of detail was precise and helpful. Overall, a great move-in experience.

I absolutely love this place! So pretty and well kept, the staff is amazing, especially Amanda Rankin, she went above and beyond to help us with everything we need!!

This place used to be good. Recently their attitude towards maintenance and communication seems to have shifted. Let me give you an examples that illustrates both points.We had a fire alarm start beeping in the middle of the night 3 nights ago. When the guy came and fixed it we were told that these alarms have a 10 year life expectancy and are currently dying throughout the complex. Like after us he was going to fix some other apartments. We asked management why it wasnt taken care of proactively since this was an expected problem. They didnt respond. Then we had another fire alarm go off the next night. We contacted them. They didnt respond. Then we had another fire alarm break the third night. We contacted them. The didnt respond.Now lets talk about the gate. Something like 2 years ago they were going to switch from a badge system to a garage opener to open the gate. They distributed garage door openers (with 3 buttons) but couldnt make it work. A year went by. They contacted residents again. They were finally going to make the garage door openers work but they dont have records of who has which badges and garage door openers because apparently their records suck. They make everyone fill out forms. A month later they say the garage door openers are going to work next week. That week comes and goes. They make the badges harder to use but our garage door openers dont seem to work. Everyone I see go through the gate still uses badges. I assume they once again failed to convert them and didnt communicate anything because that seems to be par for the course. Finally my roommate reads the resident portal. While it wasnt in any of the emails, turns out the garage door openers work if you push both the smaller buttons at once. I would be surprised if 10% of the complex knows this. Their communication sucks.

Very pricey and loud (right next to the airport, freeway, and all day construction). Old appliances in apartment. I would not recommend anyone to live here.

I lived at these apartments for 2 years and really loved living here. The landscaping is always neat and spotless, great for people with dogs. There are always events going on, and I never had any problems with maintenance. I really liked the staff/management, they were always so friendly to me and my dog. The apartments are close by a large bike trail as well. Also, I got almost all of my deposit back within just a couple weeks.

I love this community. The staff is extremely friendly and has a level of customer service I wish more had. They have responded to all my requests within 24 hours. And I love the fact that security actively patrols the community at night. Keep up the great level of service Creekside. You all are great!!

I have been living here since 1 year and I love this place. Quiet, neatly kept and the most awesome administration ever! They are really nice people in the office that go out of their way to help you. The facilities are good and well kept. There are manu engaging activities too. The park is right behind us which is a big plus.

I have lived here for a year and a half. The apartments and complex are very clean and well maintained. They cleaned our carpets for free when we renewed our lease. They respond to any maintenance requests usually within that same day. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. They have good amenities such as a business center with fax machines, movie rentals, two pools, and a gym with a sauna. I have been very pleased so far with our experience here.

I don’t even know where to start. This place does not care and is never able to attend to problems that need to be assessed. There have been multiple times I have seen teenage kids that do not live there hop the fence and vandalize the playground equipment along with smoking, drinking and being a problem. I have kids and feel totally uncomfortable to let them play or walk around in the same area when these teens are present being a nuisance. Also the maintenance crew is inattentive and unprofessional. I have seen them smoking and drinking on the job and acting totally unprofessional. I’ve about had enough of this place. The office is hardly ever able to return calls, maybe due to the size of the property and number of residents. This is an example of having to much on your plate, there are to many units to properly maintain and on top of that they’re adding more. Greed at its finest.

I have lived at Homecoming for a year and a half and have loved it. The grounds are always clean, the staff and maintenance are friendly, always saying hi when passing by. If there is anything that needs attention in the apartment itself it is always taken care of very promptly. Tons of activities, great gym, close to parks, very nice place to live

This place is the complete package. I have been looking for a great place to stay for a long time and I have done my research. This place has all the little details that make a place worthy of being called home. Check them out if you are looking for a place to call home, and make them the first on your list. I promise you, you wont even look any further after you see this place!

I dont know where to start either... The main issue we have is with the maintentance around here. You have to put in multiple requests for something to get done. The biggest thing for us was with how the whole management handled an issue: We put in a request because our garage was opening and closing sporadically at all hours of the day/night. They said they reset it, but the issue persisted. 3 maintence requests later (one by the night manager, Max, who saw the garage open and shut) the garage closed on our van while my husband was backing into the garage. The whole door was busted and there is damage to our van. The crew that came in right away also witnessed the garage continue to sporadically open and shut itself, even while damaged. We followed instructions and did an insurance report only to have our insurance agent say that LMC (company that owns Homecoming at Creekside) is saying we backed into a parked car. The damage is on the top of our van, not the kind of damage from backing into anything. We clarified to our insurance and now LMC is saying we backed into our garage when it was closed. They are refusing to take responsibility and its so shady. This is somehow our fault? We followed procedure and put in maitnenace requests to fix this issue! We have called the LMC insurance agent and left messages, we emailed the main manager (an email address given to us by the night manager) about sending our insurance an incident report (so we can have our van fixed) and guess what.. no reply. They wont take responsibility for the fact that they damaged our vehicle by failing to fix the issue we kept reporting. This was back in November, and we still havent had this resolved.We had to put in 4 requests to get our dishwasher changed because it leaked all over our floor, the maintence worker told us to spin the propeller before starting the machine (like that was going to help). We had to make videos to prove to them that the machine was faulty. The appliances here are really old. The apartment was also dirty upon move in, they had to fix the bathrooms and reclean things. We had to have the carpets cleaned after moving in, lots of spots. The floorplan we have doesnt even match the website. The people here are so unprofessional, you dont expect this from a place they advertise as resort-style living within a gated neighborhood.I read the recent reviews here about teenagers breaking in and its true, those kids keep vandalizing and stealing and somehow never get caught. They stole property from our garage and were pending an insurance/police investigation on that. So dont accidentally leave your garage open, the gates wont protect you.The amenities are great here, but I still dont recommend living here because the poor quality appliances, terrible maintence, and shady employees. They arent worth the price theyre charging.

Great housing and community with all the amenities that you need. There is a pool, gym, and sauna, and the housing is always having different community events and contests. Last night, my house just won at a Pizza & Trivia night! Also, the rooms are great and they are always willing to help fix any problems there are at the house. The complex is also really close to Safeway and, wait for it... IN N OUT! Overall, the people are great here and are always happy to see you.

We have lived here for about 3 months and I honestly have nothing negative to say about it. The townhouse itself is really nice and my two minor maintenance requests were taking care of promptly. The staff is very friendly and helpful.It is a GREAT area for families. We have two kids and I feel like it is a very safe area. The complex has two playgrounds which are fun, and we are within walking distance to 4 additional parks that I know of as well as a splash pad, library, grocery store, bank, basically anything that I have needed (I am home without a car during the day).The pool is clean and never too busy. Same goes for the fitness center.Its a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for!

Homecoming is a fantastic place to live! The amenities are incredible. Free food and activities like, poker night, bunco and trivia night. It’s a great way to get to know and have fun with your neighbors. The entire staff at Homecoming are friendly and extremely helpful. Homecoming has night security and is a really safe place to live. The gym is big with excellent equipment and its open 24/7/365. There are two pools and both of them are nice and well kept. Homecoming is in a great location, with two shopping areas and many places to get food, within a half mile. Homecoming has everything you need, including attached garages!

I have been a resident of Homecoming at Creekside since September of last year. My experience here this far has been quite amazing. The staff here is incredibly kind and not to mention helpful! I very rarely have concerns, but if I ever do the staff always makes it a priority to address them.The amenities are spectacular and perfect for friends and family. Whenever we have guests over we cant resist but to give them a tour of this stellar community. I absolutely love my home here!

I just moved in and Im already extremely pleased with my experience living here thus far. Our home is large, new, and beautifully kept for a very reasonable price - I was so excited to find that we had a garage, washer and dryer, and dishwasher in the unit too! The staff is very friendly and helpful, whenever Ive had an issue they resolved it promptly and courteously. The amenities are incredibly amazing! We have a massage therapist on site, a full-sized 24 hour gym (I /mean/ full-sized, it is not small) a movie theater, two pools and a spa, a rentable event space and conference room, bicycles you can check out for free, a DVD library...I could go on. Definitely the nicest rental place Ive ever lived at.

Homecoming is a great place to live. Nice clean area with surrounding schools, parks, and restaurants.Safeway is right down the street as well as a few banks and other businesses. The staff is really great and friendly. Lots of events for residents to get to know each other, and a ton of amenities which include swimming pool, gym (24 hrs), theater, yoga, bike and movie rentals and so much more.

My family and I have been residents of Homecoming at Creekside since 08/2012. We had to do all our move-in documents and steps on the road from another state and the staff was very helpful in making it all happen. The staff has remained the same friendly and helpful way even throughout some staff changes. The amenities such as gym, business center, theater room and play areas for all ages help make this a great place to live. Oh and the outside features including the grills and pool areas are wonderful for the Sacramento weather. Coming from a single family house I wasnt sure how a townhouse would work for us but it has been great. Any questions or concerns that I ever have there is no problem with going into the office or calling and asking questions. Yes the monthly rent is higher for some but Im in a townhouse and they are truly hard to find in the area. I have no regrets in my Homecoming at Creekside experience.

When you are looking for a new apartment they are all good, welcoming staff. Once yo are in, different story. Ants everywhere had to call twice to get this problem resolved, did I said rats, yes rats 2 different occasions. First occasion we saw a rat upstairs couldnt catch it, call office took them 2 days to send someone to just get we couldnt find it and just put a bite under kitchen sink. Days later I catch 1, guess there were 2, 2nd rat days later my mom saw rat drops inside dishwasher but nothing, my mom was gonna put her shoes and sure found one there. But yeah maintenance couldnt find anything and we were just imagining. This year, once again rats upstairs. Call them and I was told 3 days for someone to show up. I couldnt believe that so went to the office and talk to some manager and I told her that now it was a health issue and she said ok imma get someone asap and she was gonna call me to let me know what time. Never received that call till next day that they were not gonna show up till 2 days. Same story as last time, couldnt find anything. Sure I got the rat with a trap myself. With that deci8to move out gave my month and half notice and started to get emails every day at 1am to force me to send the nal or walk was told we will show up 8am on Saturday and noone show up, I call and was told service guys were off, but then they were the ones who schedule and never call me and was waiting all day long. Was told they were gonna show up first next morning and again noone show up, had to call and waited till afternoon. Before moving out I needed my apartment ledger in order to get new apartment somewhere else, one day I was told yes you can get it, next day I go and get it was told by general manager to talk to receptionist, i go to receptionist and was told NO cuz general manager said I had to wait till I turn in the apartment, i had to explain like explaining to a kid that I needed that ledger in order to get my new apartment since they couldnt give it to my new apartment office.partment was always clean, at time of moving I beyond clean the apartment beyond clean the carpet and dang u leave and they take ur deposit away even tho u turn in the apartment super clean.

Ive been living at Homecoming at Creekside for a year and a half now and it has been nothing but great living here.. The staff here are so helpful and pleasant to converse with, and the community. I was even granted a free pizza one day by the staff one day and four tickets to a motor cross performance at the sleep train arena once.

Me and my family have been living in Vallejo California for over 21 years years this year our daughter has graduated from high school so after that we knew we were looking for something totally different Vallejo was not it a friend of mine had told me something about North Natomas as I typed this in homecoming kept popping up and I felt like that was a sign so we call the office the people were pleasant they made everything very easy for us since weve been here it has not been that long feel more comfortable here then I did in Vallejo we have 2 kids are eight year old son he loves it he already met a lot of friends his age homecoming just feels like a family community and thats something that we need

Ive lived in the Homecoming at Creekside community for 2 years now. No complaints! Great service. Office assistance is always right away, maintenance request are done within 24 hours, and there are so many activities. Overnight, security rides around to make sure everything is up to par. Every Monday is landscaping day and they keep this whole neighborhood looking fantastic. They offer a gym, spa, massage service, zumba classes, kids club, lounge to play pool, movie theater, computer room, conference room and so much more! There are different kind of food and activity nights. Overall great place to live!

Love living here! Its like being at a resort with all the great amenities. Beautiful landscaping and great staff too. Going on 2nd year - will definitely be staying for as long as possible.

Management and leasing staff are absolutely terrible at responding. Customer service is about a zero. Good luck getting a call back about an issue in a timely manner if at all. Im glad I didnt renew my lease here. Nobody seems to care about anything in the office.

Very poor management. When Annet was there, it was much better, and she was so responsive to the tenant requests, but the new manager just does not care if there is any issue.The worst maintenance services that we have ever experienced, mean while the most expensive apartment complex. A very simple and basic maintenance request took typically 7 to 10 days to be taken care of. and when you move out they charge you for every normal wear and tear. they took half of our deposit, despite the fact that we cleaned the unit and gave it back almost in the same condition that we moved in. When I called in and asked about it, and asked to talk to manager, I was told that she will call me back, and it is almost two weeks and have not heard back from them.The only thing that they care is finding a way to just charge you, and take away your money.Not recommended to any one. the two stars is only for the time that Annet was there, otherwise for the rude and not responsive staff I would have given zero star.

This place just makes sense!! Moved into Homecoming because (1) was coming home from a deployment and the name just sounded welcoming, (2) It has all the amenities I needed (gym, spa, sauna, activities, etc.). It was the same price I was paying for at my last place but, saved $100 when I dropped my gym membership and the place is a gated community so I didnt need my security cameras anymore. The location is perfect if you need a back way from traffic. You can take I-5, I-80 or Elkhorn Blvd depending on which way you coming or going. Additionally, they have weekly activities you can go to for free with free food and hang out with friends and meet neighbors without the fuss.

Just moved in and I already love it. They have a movie theater, library, business center, game rooms, as well as many other great amenities. The location is great also. Safeway, BOA, and other businesses are literally across the street and the Kings stadium isnt too far either. When I moved in the ladies in the office had everything ready for us and even the maintenance man was ready to do our walk through right away. The whole staff is really nice and they even gave us a bag of household products upon moving in. I thought that was really nice. These apartments are a bit more expensive than other ones located in Sacramento but you really cant beat the location and environment here.

I have lived here for over 1 year and I have no complaints with the staff or amenities. My townhouse style apartment was spotless when I moved in, and they offered a free carpet cleaning when I renewed my lease. Any maintenance issues Ive had have been small and the work has been completed right away.I rarely ever hear my neighbors and havent had any issues community-wise. The location in North Natomas is great because you can actually walk to get coffee, lunch, groceries, and just plain old physical exercise! They also offer free Zumba, boot camp, and yoga classes to residents, and movie night which actually features a new movie. They also have this event where they hand out a sack breakfast early in the morning a couple of times a year. Its just a nice gesture that can really start your work day off right!In the office, Lindsey always offers a friendly greeting and is eager to help in any way she can. Max the night manager is always available and professional when I need something after hours.I would highly recommend living here!

I have lived here for a little less than a year. I feel that there is so much space for the price that we pay for rent. The complex is always clean, there are mini playgrounds available for children. The amenities can not be beat, there is of course a pool, spa, movie theatre room, ping pong table, pool table and a gym. Not to mention they have up to date DVD movies available to borrow, I say borrow because they do not charge you to check them out. The Staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is also prime as we are near a numerous restaurants, a grocery store and right near the freeway. Cant say enough positive things about this place.

I moved here from Chicago for a job never seeing this place in person, just on the internet. I made the initial contact and was impressed with how the staff took into consideration I was calling blind, of course I had multiple questions they could only answer from physically being here. Great staff, since Ive been here they know their guests and make sure you very comfortable. Before moving we had multiple conversations and I did my homework on the web looking at areas close. North Natomas is where youd want to be to raise a family, great schools, neighborhoods, safe, clean and convenient to shopping and amenities. the complex is well maintained and has AMPLE amenities for your convenience. Im very please with my choice after looking online and then moving here blind. Highly recommend this place. Jason

I have a list of staff problems I want to address with corporate because management at Homecoming does not care to know or want to address them.How do I know they dont care? I told the person in charge of lease renewals that I have to reconsider the lease renewal because Ive experienced a lot of negativity from the staff at Homecoming for the past few months. I dont really know if I want to continue living there anymore. Her response was pretty much Okay, well, when do you think youll know by?I thought it was common sense to at least pretend to care by asking What happened? or How can we resolve this to change your opinion?

LOVE living here! The apartments and townhomes are beautiful and the staff is amazing! Super dog friendly and the clubhouse has SO MANY amenities. Super fun resident events and yoga and Zumba too! Not to mention an amazing gym open 24 hours and pool area with BBQs!

Im surprised no one has mentioned the roach infestation from 2 years ago, when I lived there...Multiple buildings, not just my unit/building. They were still renting out units with full knowledge of the situation, maybe with no disclosure to the new tenants. I mean would you move into a luxury townhome knowing there was an on going pest infestation???...and Im not talking about ants or spiders here, but disease carrying roaches. I took my family out of there! And yes they tried to send me to collections because they didnt communicate with there HQ office, properly. Before I broke my lease with them, I tried to resolve the issue and thought perhaps they could fumagate the entire building or put us/tenants in another building...I think the manager I spoke with, who I think quit recently, even laughed at me for trying to negotiate some sort of recourse.... Yes, I was protecting my family and felt very concerned about the health hazards associated with cock roaches, and for that I was treated as if cock roaches are just a normal thing in Sacramento and I should get over it. I have lived in Sacramento for over 35 years and I have never in my life lived with cock roaches. Complete negligence and stupidity on managements part!

I had a Terrible experience here , over charged for everything, nothing but problems with the community, I would steer clear of this place. I honestly wish I was the owner because they are takers here forsure and I know profits are extremely high. Charged us for new carpets when I cleaned the whole place really well. I also did a final walk through and they told me the couple small nail holes and small scuffs on the wall would be basic touch up paint jobs. $687.00 for touch up paint. Im serious, do not rent here!!! Go buy a home you could get a big beautiful one for the same price you will pay here

I have been in Real estate and property management for a long time and considered moving in Homecoming for one reason only and that was due to Ashleys professionalism. I went to apply for an apartment and Ashley was gone and it was a disaster from there. No communication from one girl to the next. No one had a clue what they are doing and to top it off the most unprofessional and stuck up manager I had ever seen. Unwilling to be graceful nor helpful. I would never recommend this place for anyone. I wonder how they stay in business?

Corporate is driven by greed. Took them forever to set up direct deposit and didnt notify me till after the due date that my payment didnt go thru. Now they are going to charge me not only for being late (because they waited till after the due date to notify me), but they are also going to charge extra for the payment not going thru. I do not recommend it here.

We have been here going on two months now and im completely happy we choose this place ! i do not have one negative thing to say! highly recommend this place.

I lived in the Homecoming at Creekside Natomas complex for 18 months. My experience was a very positive one.Customer service –Their demeanor was friendly and professional even when busy. I was impressed with their complaint resolution – it was prompt, friendly and professional. Additionally they always gave me a quick response card to evaluate their work. Regarding communication, I had no surprises with these folks. They communicated very well with me face to face, via email, handouts and signage. Anytime I needed to get with them I was able to do so.Amenities – There were many amenities. The following are what I experienced: nice club house plenty of lounging areas, a movie theater, a pool table in its own room, a ping pong table and other game activities, and a banquet area. The Events Coordinator planned activities which were monthly in a calendar. The activities I attended were well planned and executed. Both swimming pools and hot tubs were well kept. I daily saw attendants cleaning up the pools and verifying what I assumed was the pool waters PH. My apartment’s garage was connected to my apartment allowing for access from inside my apartment – this was a great feature.Facility Upkeep – Maintenance was always conducted regularly and was mostly unobtrusive. The grounds always appeared professional and appealing to me. I prefer more trees, but the landscaping and buildings were well done and maintained.Privacy – Single apartments (mostly adult) appear to be on one side of the complex and multiple bedroom apartments (families with kids) on the other side. Each side had its own pool and hot tub. With respect to my apartment, I rarely heard noise from the neighboring apartments. Since garages where a part of the apartment building, I did hear garage doors opening/closing.Security – The community was gated minimizing drive through traffic and offering a modicum of protection. After hours the facilities were monitored by the night manager making rounds. One feature that is not present but should be considered by the complex is strategically placed inconspicuous security cameras with multiple day history. This would be a nice security feature.Parking – As you would expect, parking on the inside was limited but functional. Residents parking and temporary pass parking were available in addition to garage parking assigned to the apartment. It appeared that some folks parked along streets adjacent to their apartment as well. I got temp parking passes for my visitors as needed (sometimes all that was needed was a call to the night manager when the visitor arrived after office hours). I was careful to communicate as my needs arose. What I experienced was that they worked with me every time.I would recommend this complex to others and would seriously consider moving back if the need arose.

My wife and I moved in on 5/19/2014. My journey started off very complicated. I was due to move to West Sacramento for a job change, we were being pro-active in scouting out places to live. After finding out about Homecoming At Creekside, we wanted to take a tour of the place so we traveled an hour and half from Pleasanton,CA. We immediately like what we saw and filled out the application. Low and behold a few days later, I was informed that I would be located in El Segundo rather than West Sacramento. So we found out there was a Lewis Apartment community in Chino,CA after talking to the management at Creekside (Joann) they were helpful in helping us get a place there, no additional application fees or other hoops to go through. So after making the deposit to secure the place, my company changed their minds again and said the West Sacramento would be the last and final decision for my location of work. No problem Lewis Apartment Communities between West Sacramento and Chino worked in unison to make the confusion less of a burden and headache. We were again able to move into the complex at the West Sacramento location.Unlike a car salesperson who knows everything about you until you purchase and drive the car off the lot, the staff at Homecoming At Creekside are very tenant friendly and aware of who you are. Always speaking and happy to see you and not only when is it time to pay your rent. the property is very well maintained and the neighbors here are good people as well. The amenities are great, nothing like a 24 Hour fitness center steps from your front door, equipment is maintained as well. Nice pool, Library, Theather room and even an area for Kids crafts. Wow all this and very affordable!Thanks guys you did your homework well, you know what people want in apartment living!As the saying goes: Life is good. - It truly is here a Homecoming At Creekside

I just moved to Homecoming at Creekside in Natomas, CA. I love my new townhome and all of the amenities offered at Homecoming. It is like living at a resort year round. The leasing office staff is awesome. Amanda and Danielle made moving in go smoothly. They answered all of my questions. Is always there when I need them and very friendly and kind. The rest of the staff is awesome as well. I know that I am going to love living here. Heres to a new leaf on life.Review for Dominic:I was hesitating about moving to Sacramento, but when I discovered all of the amenities that Homecoming at Creekside has to offer, my hesitation diminished. I like everything that Homecoming at Creekside has to offer. I love my new home and look forward to using all of the amenities.Review for Semaj:When my mom told me about the Movie Theater, players club, free bike rental, game room, business center, year round heated pool, etc., I was like yeah right mom. When I took the tour of Homecoming at Creekside and saw that my mom was right, I feel in love and new that I wanted to make this my new home.

Homecoming at Creekside has been the most kind, professional and pleasant apartment experience we have ever endured. As a rule, I dont like living in an apartment, but as we are only in sacramento temporarily, an apartment was the best option for us. We love having a garage and plenty of additional parking space, the pool and amenities are very nice. It is awesome that they have a huge selection of dvds and blurays for guests to burrow for free. The facilities are well kept, always clean, there is always a garbage can close enough to each unit that you dont have to walk an absurd distance to take out the trash. BUT ABOVE ALL ELSE, the staff is AMAZING, this includes leasing agents, security, maintenance and all others we have dealt with here at Homecoming. My wife and I could not be more impressed. They have made the move in process (even with all the crazy background checks) as painless as possible, every phone call, e-mail, and other correspondence has been handled with kindness, understanding and professionalism. I would highly recommend Homecoming to even my best friends and family.

VERY clean, plenty of activities for residents to stay engaged in, and they even offer a Borrow-A-Bike service for residents!
