Love everything about 19J! My experience here has been first class since the day I toured. The staff has always been kind, helpful, and professional. They always go above and beyond to make their residents feel at home and taken care of each and every day.I moved into a studio apartment and it has been so much fun! The space may seem small on paper, but there is a ton of storage and the floor plan is perfect.I love the community spaces too! They have an amazing shared kitchen that features top of the line appliances and a dreamy aesthetic. It is so fun to cook and host guests in that space. The fitness center is also so convenient for getting in regular workouts.My favorite part of this property has to be the views! I have beautiful floor to ceiling windows in my room to enjoy a northern view of the downtown grid. The rooftop is my favorite space, offering views of downtown Sacramento and the Sierra Mountains.If you are planning a move, I highly recommend this property! It is the perfect space for enjoying all Sacramento has to offer at a price that you cant beat!

Living at 19J has honestly changed and elevated my way of living. I feel so blessed to be able to live in a place like this. I always feel supported and comfortable here at 19J. Both staff & residents truly make my day when I run into them. I currently live in a corner one bedroom apartment that overlooks the East side of Sacramento. You simply cannot beat this location. Just steps away is the Midtown Farmers Market goes on every Saturday which provides us with local, fresh produce. It is also not hard to find a delicious coffee shop near; The Mill, Milka, Pachamama, Temple, Camellia Coffee, even Starbucks.. the list goes on!Everything you need is right here at 19J. From a 24 Hour Fitness Center to a Concierge Service, I know that accessibility & convenience are at the tip of my fingers. This generally makes things easier and helps me keep that balance in my daily life. If I dont feel like being in my apartment, I grab some ingredients and head down to the Communal Kitchen to cook. I really enjoy it because I get the chance to use the Wolf appliances and feel the delta breeze come in since it is also an Indoor/Outdoor Lounge area.The building itself is stunning with style like nothing else in Sacramento. Spending time on the rooftop terraces at sunset with a glass of wine is pure bliss. I dont ever want to leave 19J!

I moved to the 19j midtown building the beginning of 2021 and I absolutely love it! I have lived in midtown for 4 years now and this is by far the best place I have ever had the pleasure of living in. The amenities are some of the best Ive seen. The rooftop is breathtaking, the views are absolutely beautiful, and it is such a great area to bring your visiting guests. You can see all of midtown and then some! There is a well equipped gym with a great balcony and a common area, with a full kitchen, that is perfect for a dinner party or get together. I absolutely love the location, right in the heart of midtown and walking distance to everything you could need. The staff is the best, they are personal, helpful and always available when you need them. My neighbors are all so nice, all of the people in the building are friendly and welcoming. By far the best place to live in midtown! 10/10 recommend

Hi all my name is Cris and I had the pleasure of living in this apartment at 19J. When I first came to the apartment I was leaving from an difficult situation and needed housing very quickly.The front desk staff worked quickly and efficiently to get me into my apartment. I was given a gorgeous apartment with floor to ceiling eastern facing windows. Made for EXCELLENT sunrises and sunsets.Since losing my job, I have had to move out of my apartment. I TRULY WISH I DIDNT HAVE TO GO! This was the most professionally run apartment I have been apart of.As for the apartment I believe I have the UBUNTU. It is the perfect size for one person, and a great studio choice. The apartment comes equipped with XFINITY modem, touch screen AC/Heating, marble counter tops, and and stainless steel appliances.again, I wish I didnt have to go!Thanks Team 19J. Truly enjoyed my time there!

I researched and toured virtually every apartment complex in midtown/TBD and ultimately landed on 19J for the location, floor plans, and of course - the views.

I recently moved into the 19J building and love everything about it so far. One of the things that separated 19J from other buildings besides the quality of the apartments was how great the management was. They were super accommodating and welcoming which is difficult to find in city complexes. Now lets talk apartments. I love my apartment. Its super modern with a great view of the surrounding midtown area and the perfect size for me and my Fiancé. The gym is also a huge plus. Im an athlete so having a state of the art gym in the apartment with all the equipment I need is a huge bonus. The location of 19J couldnt be better. Its directly in the center of midtown with great restaurants and events in the surrounding area. For anyone that is looking at apartments you wont find a better quality apartment in the most ideal location in the city, you wont regret it!

If you love the way 19j looks from the outside, wait until you get to see it on the inside! The aesthetic of the apartments are amazing and the vibe there makes you instantly feel like you’re at home. Kendall gave me a tour of a one bedroom apartment, the roof patio areas (which have fresh herbs that residents can pick!), and the common kitchen that has WOLF appliances! The apartments are beautifully designed with the ability to make the most of your space and are super peaceful/quiet. I also loved how close the apartments are to the weekly farmers market and local coffee shops. Kendall was super professional and extremely helpful with answering all my questions. I love this complex and would absolutely recommend it!

19J has been my home for a little more than a year. I am beyond thrilled to be in such a beautiful building. I enjoy every single detail in my studio; natural light, modern style, and how every single detail was carefully crafted. I also enjoy the amenities like the rooftops, co-working space, and the communal kitchen. I dont use the gym, but many of the residents enjoy it. I love Hello Alfred services. Each week I request my groceries, and Diane, who is amazing, goes above and beyond visiting multiple grocery stores to deliver my long list of groceries. Lastly, the location is key! It is close to lots of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. I think quarantine has been easier with all these amenities and the friendly staff at 19J

My son spent 4 1/2 months in the apartments while he was training for baseball. The building was very safe and clean. Additionally, they offered events which were very nice. The staff was helpful when needed, especially Michael and Tina.

I had the pleasure of staying here with a resident and had such an amazing experience. The interior of the entire building is absolutely immaculate and don’t even get me started on the location... walking distance to so many cute shops and local restaurants! The rooftop was by far my favorite part, the furniture is so sleek making it the perfect aesthetic... especially for pictures. If I moved to Sacramento, 19J would definitely be where I would want to live:)

First off, Kendall was amazing with helping me set up my tour of 19J! She was super flexible with scheduling and responsive to all my needs. She definitely will go above and beyond for you.In regards to the apartments themselves - this place has it all, from the stunning rooftop views down to the details of a concierge service and fob-only access for elevators and door entries to ensure safety.Highly recommend checking this place out if you want to live in the best spot in Midtown!

This apartment building has to be the BEST in all of greater Sacramento. Its location, layout, and attention to detail are truly next level. Even in my short time spent here Ive noticed the care that was taken it its design and operation. Happy for my friends who get to come home to a place like this every day.

19J definitely stands out as you are driving through Midtown. I have a couple really good friends who live here and their unit is super clean and modern. It feels like you are in a different city while in the building! Not to mention they have some of the best views of Downtown Sac from their balcony. The rooftop is also a huge highlight and great amenity. No wonder this project got an award for Best New Development when it was completed!

I was not considering very seriously an apartment in midtown, however once i stepped foot in the door and had the sweetest leasing agent named Kendall I was sold! The amenities are incredible and everything is exceptionally clean. They are dog friendly and have a dog washing station for my little pup! Awesome kitchen and fire pit as well as huge laundry room, and two amazing rooftop lounges! The people are so friendly and welcoming, and if you just step inside and look for yourself i’m sure you’re going to love it as well!

For starters I just want to say the 19J management team is amazing! By far the most helpful, supportive, organized and professional team I have encountered!I moved back to Sacramento due to the fires in the bay and the entire move process was so smooth. I can not express enough how helpful they where with the move in! Such a friendly environmentThey even helped me install the T-Stat to my app on my phone and connect my internet to X-finity.The amenities are amazing!The view on the rooftop from the 12 and 11th floor are both perfect for a morning coffee or evening dinner. I really used the study lounge a lot! It is perfect for full time students and work from home because everything is inside the building.I love the gym, has free weights and treadmills to get that daily exercise It is a very secure building and they teamed up with Alfred!All of what they offer is perfect and so helpful during these times.I really respect how much effort and time the 19J team put to make sure tenants are well taken care of. I love this place and how it accommodates to your daily lifestyle.

I just recently moved back to Sacramento and was amazed by how beautiful this building was. When I first visited my friend Kendall Geist, I fell in love with this facility even more. Her unit was spacious, clean and very cozy. She gave me a tour of the building and my favorite part was the rooftop for sure! When the time is right, hopefully I will be a future resident!

I just visited 19j and they have the coolest apartments i have ever seen! i love their view from the rooms, herb garden, and amazing rooftop vibe. Visited Kendall Geist and she showed me around and i truly love how incredible these spaces are. Highly recommend!

I moved from San Francisco to Sacramento, and lived in 19J for the past year. Couldnt recommend more highly.

Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. Made move in day smooth and all follow up move in tasks a breeze such as Comcast. I was given building managers direct line and there is 24/7 on site general services. Building is beautiful and clean!

When I visited, this place was SO neat and clean. I love all the greenery and the modern decoration. Also, beautiful view of the city on the balconies.

This place will be a premium location. Everything around is happening. Restaurants, groceries, cafés and just about everything.

19j Midtown was such a cool place and it was really pretty! Especially the roof top during sunset, I also noticed that the staff was really nice!

Former resident alert!! This is by far the best place to reside in Sacramento, Midtown area. 19J is located close to any and everything you can imagine. Everything is in walking distance. I worked downtown off 6th and Capital. I was able to walk to work daily. If you are looking for a home that cares look no further. From the person that wipes the glass to the owner of the building. They love each person that lives there. I would consider them extended family. Every day the staff greeted me and had a conversation with me. Moving on to the building. This is by far the nicest modern building in midtown. Everything is up to date. Every home is equipped with smart thermostats and wifi ready homes. The building is secure from the front door to the elevator. There is not reason not to feel safe and secure. Also, if you like views the 12th floor rooftop is where you want to be. I went to the roof top on the fourth of July. 360 degree of firework shows. I could see miles and miles away. The Manager Bahman will do anything he can to help you in any way. Bahman helped me move into my home, so I didn’t have to do it alone. He also helped me bring in groceries. His assistant Liz is a true sweetheart. Her smile alone can brighten up anyone’s. I really hope you choose 19J as your next home. You will not be disappointed.

Toured this property today. First off, no onsite parking avaliable they are all full. The largest one bedroom is $4300 a month.....lol . So much for affordable living. The have a gym, and bike storage thats it. Only tge largest units have laundry in the unit. Imagine paying 3 k a month a have to use a laundry room. The sales lady said the cabiners are imported, pretty sure they are from IKEA.
