It is with great joy that I write this review of Corabel Lane Apartments. I’m a new resident here, and I couldn’t be happier. The apartment itself is amazing. It’s the perfect size and not only does it have all the necessities, but also everything is in great condition. No detail was too small for them to attend to. I mean no detail whatsoever. Regarding the staff, as so very happy as I am with my apartment, I’m absolutely thrilled with the staff. The Community Manager, Jennifer, is outstanding. She is extremely professional and knows everything that needs to be done from meeting a potential tenant to getting them moved into their new wonderful home. In addition to, and just as importantly, she is a fantastic person – very friendly, warm and caring. Lonnie, the maintenance person, is super both professionally and personally. He’s definitely a perfectionist and having a beautiful apartment ready at move in is his number one concern. Like Jennifer, he’s very friendly, warm and caring. They are a complete pleasure to spend time with. It’s quite clear that they always have the best interests of the residents as a top priority so the residents have an excellent experience here. I can say with confidence that based on what they did to move me into my apartment and the apartment itself, I am going to have a long and excellent experience here.

Ive been here for 6 months and could not be happier. Between maintenance and management, my experience here has been nothing short of excellent. The staff have been responsive, polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful, even going above and beyond what theyre expected to do.The grounds are also well kept and look lovely. Everything is always clean and maintained. The complex is within walking distance to grocery stores, popular restaurant chains, and other large stores.I highly recommend Corabel Lane Apartments!

Shelby was the best manager anyone could ask for...she did everything people asked right then and there she is a hands on manager i always see her cleaning and sweeping the laundry room and other areas around the complex,she is very kind. I would love to have her as a manager agian her service is 5/5 stars

Weve lived here for two years and were happy. The landscapers and pool cleaners are here weekly, so the grounds look great. Willy, the maintenance man is super friendly and professional and gets the work done quickly. The apartment manager Jennifer is great too.

I loved this complex so much, my wife and I MOVED BACK here after our wedding. The groundskeeper Willy is prompt and friendly. Jennifer the office manager is friendly as well. The units are kept up and Ive only had friendly encounters with my neighbors.For the value, you wont find a better place in Sacramento to call your home.

I really dig this place. It is well kept and our maintenance man Lonnie is wonderful and prompt. The management is friendly and the neighbors are courteous and respectful of one another which is nice.

I lived in corabel for a year I liked living there a lot management is very nice and friendly maintenance guy Woody very helpful

Have lived at Corabel Lane apartments for several years and the space is a great value.However the main reason I have lived here for so long are because of the people who work here, Becky, Shelby, Willy, and occasionally Jason.The two ladies in the office are just wonderful always friendly yet very professional. As for maintenance, Willy really knows his stuff and always comes promptly when I need help (after placing a work order with the office gals of course).For the most part the property is fairly quiet and there is an after hours number you can call if it gets too noisy, and Becky or Shelby will come and set the noise makers straight.The after hours number is also great for maintenance emergencies as well.The property is well kept and Willy does a great job keeping the grounds clean. Ive even seen the ladies from the office picking up trash if Willy isnt here.

I have nothing but good things to say about Corabel Lane, its my home for some very good reasons. For one thing the management. Jennifer is always on top of everything here, and takes care of business in a professional and friendly way consistently. Our maintenance person Rolondo is also friendly, professional and good at what he does. I know whenever I have an issue I can go to one of them and something will be done promptly. Noise here is minimal, altercations really dont happen, Ive never had anything broken into or stolen and my neighbors keep to themselves or are friendly and as apartment complexes go, its quiet. Just happy noise from children. This is a great place to live.

Parking can be difficult at times but for the price the apartments are nice. I have lived at multiple raystone properties and have loved them all.
