I don’t normally write bad reviews but this time I’m making an exception. I moved out at the end of September and spent three days in total cleaning the apartment to the property management specifications only to get sent a $81 dollar check like wow. The money isn’t the real issue here. Sure I’d like my full security deposit back who wouldn’t.The bigger story here is the property manager Jennifer. What can I say about her. Considering she lives onsite, She just plain rude and not personable, she doesn’t care about her long term tenants that pay on time and don’t cause any problems, and since she’s taken over management the property has become more and more dilapidated and unsafe. In addition, the new tenants that she has brought into the property have lead to more break-ins and thefts. The mailbox got broken into twice in one week, same with the laundromat and a couple cars as well.She never gives advance notice for any work that’s being done on the property like water shut offs, lock changes etc and instead gives notice the day of and after people have gone to work. Again, I personally cleaned the hell out of my apartment and I left it cleaner than when I moved into it and yet still get penalized even though I’ve always acted professionally with her. Thanks! One positive thing though, maintenance guy Lonnie is a good guy and did his job well and deserves a five star and the owners did make a point to take care of all maintenance issues. I initially wanted to give a 1 star review but after careful review of my experience there, I think a 3 star rating is fair.

I love living at Arden Palms Apartments I tell everybody friends and family I almost kind of feel like Im living at a cemetery because it is so quiet. Not only that but Jennifer is the most amazing manager that you can ever have as an apartment manager shes always available and here to fix anything that you need. To be honest with you if she left to manage another apartment Id probably leave this apartment cuz shes so amazing. One of them main reasons this apartment is so great to live at its because of Jennifer. If you ever come here to apply and Jennifer is not the manager run.

Lived there in 1984, loved it. My 1st apartment. We lived on second floor and the picture of the kitchen looks just like the one in our apartment. I have a question... Anyone have any paranormal weirdness happen there? My experience was that one night, I woke up to a big person at the foot of my bed. So I asked my roommate what she wanted, and she called out from her room. I then screamed and slept in her room. Just jokingly that night we said if there is anyone here knock on the wall. And there was a knock. The wall in her room was connected to the next door apartment, and it was vacant. So the next day we were coming home from school and the landlord/ management meet us in the hall, telling us that we needed to quiet down, that the downstairs neighbor had been complaining all day about the racket going on in our apartment. The thing was, we left at 6am for school and were just returning at 5pm. My roommate moved out not long after that and I moved home a few months after that. So I was just wondering if anyone else had any experiences. But on the bright side, I really did love that apartment, and management was very nice and understanding.. Recently a friend was telling her weird story and it reminded me of mine. One good thing came from that, is that I married my roommates brother.. 25 years this last August.

I have been living here for just over 6 months. I must say in the time Ive been here the experience has been nothing less than fantastic! Management is amazing, extremely professional, handled any and all of my concerns quickly. The property is very well maintained on a daily basis. There is a real sense of community here, with friendly neighbors that lookout for each other and the property. The 24 hour laundry room is super convenient and perfectly maintained as well. The property is in a prime location next to everything you could possibly need. Over-all theres not a day that goes by where Im not proud to call Arden Palms my home.

Been here about 7 months so far. It is great. Close to prime locations, quiet, lots of parking, laundry unit is inside AND 24/7. But more importantly, management is amazing. Ive rarely needed anything, but when I have it was done within hours. I highly recommend Arden Palms, it really is a great place!

Love living here, would give 5 stars if it wasnt for new management, constantly making mistakes and has been unapologetic, Ive never been late but had received two different collections notices on my door and after clearing it up a few days later, I got an eviction notice! Also, my water was cut off two different times, and I wasnt even notified. Both times her excuse was maintenance has a work order in a different apartment. But other than that love it!

I visited Arden Palms to find an apartment a couple of months ago and they were at full occupancy. However the manager, Loraine, recommended several places that were also apart of the company. Ive never had such a great refusal before! If I were still looking for an apartment, Id definitely go to Arden Palms just because of the great customer service I received.

I had lived at Arden Palms for 2 years and love it! It is close to work, shopping, banking, and the library. I love the apartment I live in it was right next to the pool, its spacious, flooded with light, and a huge outdoor space. Lorrain the property manager is excellent, friendly and willing to make AP the best place to live for those of us that need affordable living space, Is also very safe!! I will recommended living at Arden Palms is the best place to live :)

Lived here for just over a year. Best property management I have ever experienced; the few times I needed anything it was done immediately and professionally. Very community feel, festive during Holidays- I am really going to miss living here!

Ive lived here at the Arden Palms Apartments for almost 1 Year now. Still an awesome environment to live , the other residents and kibd and friendly, and the management( Shelby and Jennifer) are sper friendly and down to earth. Shelby has stepped in for the last few months for Jennifer, and I personally thank you for a very personable, friendly and most important professional manager.

Terrible place to live. Manager rude and never gets anything done. Im glad we are in a safer place to live. I feel sorry for anyone who lives under her roof😲

Ive been living here for about a year and a half and this place has really become home. From the kind managment team who is constantly showing actions of appreciation for us, to the thoughtful neighbors, I cant stress how utterly wonderful it is here. Not only is the complex itself walking distance from several grocery stores and shops, its only a couple minutes away from the major freeways, about a 15 minute drive to Sac State, and a 20 minute drive to mid or downtown. Good luck trying to get a unit here because anyone who moves in realizes this gem isnt one to give up!

Arden Palms has been a great place for me too abide in. The management supports community, and peace in the busy urban area we live in. You can walk to nearby groceries, shopping, parks, and very soon , a movie house, and medical care is right down the street.

Been trying to get ahold of someone about moving here but no one answers the phone or returns my call. Just wish I had gotten a better experience.

Great place to live. Very peaceful enviroment.
