I live here currently. I have a cockroach infestation. Obviously I am upset about that. This review isn’t to bash Rivercourt, it’s a beautiful complex. Very nice people live here. It’s the inaction of mangers. I’ve been dealing with infestation for 6 weeks and only one time did a sprayer come. Holidays constitute the rest of week off. There are 4 other complexes around here. Rent there!! Save yourself!!! I have friends in all of them and they don’t deal with what I deal with here. 6 weeks no cooking because I’m waiting for sprayers to be able to put my kitchen back but they never come. I can’t wait to leave!! Unfortunately, this costs a lot of money. DONT rent here!! Save yourself!!

Cockroaches. That’s all that’s needed to say. They spray every two weeks and don’t clean or replace fridge or oven and they live in there. Eggs, then they hatch. Spray doesn’t kill eggs. You darn near need to be an expert on cockroaches to have a clean apartment and a new fridge and oven!! Depressing place to live all around.

I love living there but I didnt like when we got robbed and I had to leave they did not have no security on campus

I must say I the beinging the place was okay.... After a while we notice drugs being sold our apartment was broken into and nothing was done about it. The management now (Mary) is such the biggest racist women there. She never showed any respect to our family and when we would tell her that half of the tents teen kids are running around be loud and smoking pot or that we seen them sale drugs right in front of our apartment or even vandalizing cars and breaking the side gate entrances. Never did nothing.. That whole place is a shot hole and feel scared that they dont see it. Or if they do they ignore it all. River courts is not a place for a family only drug dealers.

RUN from here Not Rent from here.Updated as of 11-28-17Since new managment Mary, places is worse than ever to live in. I believe thats why they are changing the name as well. As Good does not follow River Court. These places have become unconfortable to come home too. When you renew or sign papers for lease. Mary has you put different dates on forms and not accurate information cant wait till the IRS catches up to this place. As alot of drug dealing goes on cops run through very Very often. Not a place for any one with kids or likes there stuff to be in their apartment when they return. Cars constantly having tires flattened.My laptop was stole when maintenance had access to my apartment. I talked to other tenants that have had similar situations.Do not rent here you can find a better place where you will have peace, you wont find it here unless whole management is dismissed management is apart of the nonsense.

I have lived here 3 long years, managment changes every year at least 2 or 3 times per year. There are bats everywhere. Management does not communicate with tenants when repairs are needed. Soo many ppl that sell and do drugs walking around at all hours. My car has been vandalized twice. A camera system as been put in place but they all face the children play area. Parents should watch their own kids and the cameras should be over seeing the mail boxes, gates and parking lots, not all cameras facing one area. No one answes the office phone. Im currently saving to buy a house so i can move gar away from these apts!!!!#AnnoyedTenant
