I’ve lived here for years... raised two girls here. I have never had any problems . I feel safe thanks to the security gate and security ...I know I should be in a house but this is an excellent spot to be! I love my balcony! ❤️ Hard to leave! 😁

I lived here for 2 years and have nothing but good things to say about Bill and these apartments. Bill was honest, didnt upsell me, and I felt safe inside my apartment. It is in a great location. There are so many landlords that are greedy and upselling to keep people poor! I found this out after moving! I honestly miss this complex and you guys felt like family. When I finally departed, I got my security deposit back too. Thank you guys!! I wouldnt have lived anywhere else in Sacramento!

My experience living at the elms was excellent. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful! I had an incredible experience with management and maintenance. They always took care of my work orders in a timely manner, and I received quick responses from the manager on-site. Coming home from work, the building was always clean and the new security features made me feel really safe. The management was fantastic at communicating the ongoing activities of the building, and the general things we should be reminded of. It was hard leaving this place, but I cherish many memories there and I appreciate the dedicated working staff for meeting all my expectations.

Earle is just a disgruntled ex-employee. I have lived and worked here for 8 yrs and my wife and duaghter have always enjoyed it here. We have tenants in the building that have been here for years and years. Just like any property in midtown/ downtown we have ran off homeless people . What he doesnt tell you is we also have a secured building and a security company for our tenants. Earle i wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Wow so many homeless. Nothing loke watching the homeless smoke crack and shoot up in the parking area. Porly lighted halls some nice dryrot on the door to parking garage and boiler room the manager nice guy with a screeming 90s ponytail...hold on to the old days. Uts also very close to the highway so uts always noisyThe apartments are old as a nice upgrade they spraypaint the counters ... yes painted counters to sinulate fake granire ugh. Walls havent been cleaned or actually remodled since they where built and the hvac are all original too . Just say no to eco friendly. But the pools nice
