There new management is ridiculous! If I can give them no stars I would! All they do is put notes on doors. They dont answer phone calls or respond to emails. There communication is horrible. Do not recommend moving here unless you want to be harassed. They don’t want to work with you at all. The last manager had the best communication always responded to emails.

My rating applies to communication with office. Like other posters, Ive tried repeatedly to contact office with question about lease terms. Both times no one was there. Big turn off. I guess apartment doesnt need new tenants that bad? Im also observing this for many other apartments in the Sacramento area. Im guessing if demand is high relative to supply, which is currently the case, theres little impetus to be in the office taking phone calls.

DO NOT even try to apply, there’s supposedly a 1 year to 3 year waitlist for this property that wasn’t made clear until AFTER applying.I went in to the office two days ago because I was looking at apartments in the area and was told to keep calling for updates on availability and he did not even mention a waitlist. Today, I saw there were apartments becoming available in August and filled out an application. I then called multiple times when a lady finally answered and told me that my application fee is nonrefundable even though it will never be processed unless you join the long waitlist.This property is not managed well and the people in the leasing office are not on the same page. Also, it’s almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone. Save your time and your money.

Property manager violates California housing law by not accepting section 8 vouchers as a source of rent income. It took them about a week to email me an application after failing to attach one in the first email. After that, weeks went by with no response. After inquiring about my application, I received unprofessional short responses of “I will check.” It seems like the manager discriminates against Hispanics and prefers to only approve African Americans. I have initiated a complaint with the DFEH and wil proceed with legal action.

I have just moved in and everyone has been just wonderful! I know I will be very happy making this my home. The staff is very patient and helpful. The grounds are beautiful! Very well kept. I would recommend Natomas Park to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I have been trying to call since 1 week, nobody answers the call!

I have made multiple calls and sent multiple emails with no response. I was hoping to receive more information on rent and lease agreements hoping to apply for a unit. Sadly, these had been pointless attempts of trying to get in contact with the apartments office.

This was the best and amazing relocation experience I have encounter. From the 1st moment I walked through the Property Management office doors I was greeted with a friendly warm smile by Elena who displayed a very nonmanual business poised demeanor. The Office staff was very accommodating,Stacie the Property Manager explained in details the process of application procedures. Stacie is very knowledgeable, competent and seasoned. I was very appreciative that Stacie (Property Manager)kept in constant contact in regards to the application status. The customer service, professionalism, and communication was awesome! From start to finish it was pleasant experience!! Thanks Property Management!!

Wow! What an amazing experience. My son works for the Natomas School District, and truly wanted to stay in the area for his new home. Natomas Park provides the perfect environment for his lifestyle. The apartment is large, the appliances are great and the property is immaculate. Also, the rental rate is really affordable for a teachers salary. Once Staci, the new Manager onboarded, the process was smooth sailing. She has the business acumen that reflects the level of professionalism that is rare in property management. Stacie is extremely knowledgeable, competent and has a friendly disposition. She and my son developed a good rapport, and he was able to move in with ease last week. This place is so amazing! I moved in a couple of months ago after they changed management and its been nothing but the most welcoming and family oriented environment. The new management staff in the front office really care about the people who live here and go above and beyond to makes sure all of our needs are accommodated. They go outside the box by planning community taco luncheons, ice cream socials, and other great events that help the tenants really connect with their neighbors and become a close knit community. On the first Monday that I lived here when going to work at 6:45 in the morning they had staff out front giving the residents of our little community free Starbucks and donuts just to make sure we started our day off on a good note and so that we knew they appreciated us. Its been nothing short of amazing!!!!!

Ive had many foul experiences with apartment complex but Not Here...This community has made me feel such Peace. From the application process, move in, to settling down everyone has been efficient and very helpful and friendly. Feeling such Joy to be in an apartment community that truly cares about The People. Ive been living at Natomas Park complex for the past 2 years and during that time frame I can say the apartments are beautiful and a great community environment, I have come to know Natomas Park staff and they are all wonderful and helpful. There is always a smile on their face and you can be sure to get a warm greeting. With my recent relocation within the apartments, everyone from the office personnel to the maintenance men have been a great help throughout this process.

I absolutely love Natomas park apartments... the manager Stacie was amazing with the assistance she provided & made moving in a breeze. She thoroughly explained everything and made me feel right at home.. I love my new home & with the management we have in sure we will get along great!!

I was forced to move after living here for over nine years and as a disabled senior I felt targeted. My rent was increased but other seniors living on the property had no change to there rent. The best part about living here is I felt safe and it had the amenities I needed. As for the staff, I lived through at least four different property managers, and I felt the current staff was unprofessional at times. The area has changed over time but I would live in the area again.

My experience with the new staff at Natomas Park was a breeze. It’s not often you find a friendly office management team and a welcoming environment.Mallory stood for every person that walked through the door and greeted them as if she was excited to see them. Between Mallory and Stacie i was checked on several times to make sure that i was doing ok on completing my application and to make certain I didn’t have any questions.Stacie was very personable and professional. She made the application process very smooth and really placed a sense of peace upon me. She smiled and really created a warm and happy aura in the office, one that made it feel like home.The staff chosen for this property was definitely a great pick!

Its already nerve wrecking moving in general but Mrs Stacie is amazing! Her and Mrs Malory has helped me with everything, I toured and am in the process of moving in and Im excited! This will be a great home for me and my son. Thank you guys so much

The staff here has always been very helpful. Maintenance requests are always answered within 24 hours. I have been here for almost 6 years and wish I could move into a downstairs unit without having to go through paying a whole new deposit and having to pay for getting the old apt up to snuff.

I toured with Mallori this morning and it was one of the best tours I have been on thus far. The entire staff greeted me with a smile and handshake. Mallori answered all of my questions with great knowledge being there for a short time this apartment complex has just changed management teams and they seemed really nice and made my application process seamless. Id like to add, the apartment I looked at was nice, clean, and I loved the w/d area on the patio!

Washer and dryer are not available if you need one they place you on a wait list. It hard to get a return phone call if its something you need youre better off leaving a letter, there is a bug a mice probably. People leave trash everywhere all the time. Parking spaces are small. It is up to you to set up the upgrades they offer you when you sign a new lease otherwise none of it will get done. Nice place to live if youre never home and dont have children. They have rent up on my rent twice in the last couple of months I called to ask why and for someone to call me back they just left the note again lol smh to the poor customer services and I have contacted housing to look into why my rent went up twice with in my year lease.

I love it here, love having washer-dryer hookups and not having to deal with laundry room hours...everything is new ( except carpet unfortunately) double pane windows, Ive been here 4 years, covered parking, fairly quiet, plus rent reduction based on low income, best apartment Ive lived in

This apartment so bad , we moved out 8 months but they’re don’t want return my deposit money. I called to many times they answer send already and wrong address that’s why post office return check mail but they lier. I shipped my vehicle from Sacramento to North Dakota 3 days I got it. Why the mailling they send 3 to time still returned.Maybe the officer want to keep my money. I’m never happen like this before,I moved to new house last Apartment sent back around 30 days.

I wanna say back in September things got really rough after 9 years and i had a lot of problems. Now a year later Stacie Conrad the manager in the leasing has worked with me and helped me in my situation and was able to after a month asking for a smaller unit she got me in quickly. I am very greatful. Now i can afford to stay. So i personally want to say thank you for everything. Im very happy now that everything has worked out. Natomas park has been my home for 10 years and i dont plan on leaving anytime soon.

I’m a current resident here at the Natomas Park Apartments. I’ve been here since March of 2017. When I first moved here everything was perfect. Management was great & very easy to communicate with. Just recently they switched management & that’s when everything started going down hill. I’m a single mother of two a one year old & a 5 month old. My A/c went out around the time we had the heat advisory & it was at least 90 degrees in my home. I called maintenance first around 9am to see if they’ll send someone out soon but yet they did not. I called the office for a least an hour & no one even picked up to answer, I once again called the emergency maintenance to let them know what’s going on & they advised me they were sending someone soon it was around 1-2 in the evening when someone finally came to fix it. Not for sure what was the problem but the maintenance man showed me something from the a/c that was all rusted & burned. The following week i get my Smud bill & its $185 ! I called the office to see if they would at least compensate me but once again no answer. I do IHSS so my time cards are sent by mail. September 10 I went to check my mail because my time card was due for the 1-15th but when I get to the mailbox it’s completely gone & it’s just wood. I go inside the office to see what’s going on & as I’m coming in the manager in walking out so I let her know I just came from checking the mail but my mailbox isn’t there & how come no one notified me that the mailboxes were gone. She was so rude she keep walking & said if I wanted my mail I’ll have to go to the post office on Royal where that is. Mind you this is how I pay my rent! October 2 at 12:40pm I went to fix my 5 month old a bottle & when I turned on my kitchen light a freaking mice was in my sink ! Lord never had to live with any rodent or insect inside my home ! I grabbed my children & we ended up having to sleep in the car instead of where I pay my hard earned money. I called emergency maintenance all night until someone finally answered saying they were sending pest control I sat in my car all night waiting & still no one has came. So this is why I’m writing a review since I can’t get management to acknowledge me. I’ve called they’re corporate number & they just say they’ll have the person over the apartments call me & has failed to do so. I don’t know what to do at this point. & I hope this review helps me get some understand.

Dont live here! Living here has been a nightmare. I stopped by the office yesterday morning and someone outside the office swearing some nasty words at the top of her lungs. My neighbors are loud and when I call the office, they try to help but they never stop it. Im getting married and so glad to leave this place behind. The office staff is always changing and who can blame them, I dont want to be here listening to the riff raff. If you like fights, weed, and crazy people with attitudes, come here.

I lived in this complex for 1 year and worst experience ever management and employees were horrible, very unorganized. They have no clue what they are doing .Never answered the phone. If i ever did get a hold of someone on the phone i would ask to speak to a manager and she was never around at the time, once I called for the 13th time the girl put me on hold and after 20 min hang up on me right before they closed. I had a concern about the neighbor trying to break into my apartment and the manager said nothing she can do and i would have to call the cops and report it. There was no parking after 6pm ever. I went out of town for two days and when i came home the upstairs neighbor flooded their apartment and water leaked down our ceiling and wall. We came home to the carpet pulled up, bed door off the hinges and drill wholes in the ceiling and we never recieved one phone call. After i moved out it took 3 months to get a response after calling multiple times and when i finaly got a letter in the mail it had a bunch of charges like we took the sink stoppers and our arparment was real dirty (which it wasnt) . They just want to get your money . In my experience i wish i never had moved into this god awful place

Staff is rude to begin with.Apartments are low income housing which bring a lot of unwanted neighbors. Parking is bad and overall not recommended.
