I deliver Amazon packages here often. This place is always clean and its a plus that they offer their residents a Amazon Hub locker for their deliveries. One thing that would make this place even better if they added another locker so that their residents package doesnt get left at the door. From my experience delivering Amazon packages there, only 6 out of 30 package actually goes in the hub locker. The rest are being forced by the flex app to be left at the door.

This place is terrible. The only reason I gave it 1 star is so I could write this review. And try to stop other people for wasting there time and money with this place. It is a JOKE.

We have lived here for 6 months and have been very pleased with the staff and service. Whenever we have an issue to address (minor maintenance issues) Jerry is quick to show up and resolve them. The gals in the office are helpful and plan fun monthly socials to encourage tenants to get to know each other (no pressure though). I work from home and have loved being here since it is a very quiet environment. Neighbors are respectful and we have always felt safe being here.

My bicycle got stolen from the balcony. I have been here for 3 weeks still have11 months to go 🙃🙃🙃

This is the absolute best place! The property is maintained gorgeously and the apartments are roomy and lovely. The maintenance is always handled in a timely manner and the gentleman is helpful and courteous. The office staff is a delight and the events they hold each month are lots of fun. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to rent an amazing apartment with an equally amazing staff!

Apartments here in sac have no rent cap kicking section 8 people around for low budget apartments w no features I dont deserve the lies the mayors mentioned new low income and section 8 affordable apts where all lies

Other than the double paine windows, great working heating and air, hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances its a very well maintained complex, been living here since June 2015 and have not had a problem, Managers are very nice and helpful. Quite, small complex, just the way i like it, its like living in my own little oasis.

This is an unsafe community.I just moved here last weekend and my car was already broken into. After speaking to the management, I was informed that despite having at least 12 car break ins reported to the police, they would do nothing to ensure our safety. I asked them to close the front gate and they said that would decrease the foot traffic from future residents so they wouldnt do it. I asked them to put cameras in the parking lots with signage and I was told that it would be considered.I created a petition to gather support from my fellow residents and 18 people signed in one day. From speaking to them, I learned of how extensive this problem is. One resident informed me that after her car was vandalized over a year ago, she was promised that cameras would be installed. That was never done.This management team may be outwardly friendly, but their company does not have any interest in protecting the community or keeping their word.If they decide to take our safety seriously at any point in the future, I will update my review.

Rachell, Monise & Steve are amazing and have made living at Montecito Villas simple, easy and awesome! Great property with a lot of convenient amenities.

One word WONDERFUL. From the staff, to the atmosphere to the amenities. Very nice place to live. Gym, Pool, Hot Tub, Self service Pet Salon.
