I gave this review about the store in Rogers, Arkansas only because something is going on here! I shopped here and shortly after I received an alert that my account numbers were being used to try and make a purchase without the card. Since then they have tried 3 more times for amounts over $100. I have called the store twice and got 2 different people both saying they are managers. The funny thing is, they ask for my name but tell me there isnt anything they can do to help me. Why ask my name if you are so sure this is not going on in this store??? Just BEWARE!

Ive always enjoyed shopping at Dollar Tree, ever since I was a young child! But since the stores offer more name brand toys, books and other fun things like puzzles with popular characters for both boys and girls, I love it even more! Christmas presents and birthday present ideas galore. The one suggestion I would give would be to keep everything at the great prices, thank you, Dollar Tree!

EVERYTHING is $1dollar! Left there with 70 items and with tax, paid $75.25 They need this store in EVERY town!

Rosie, has the worst attitude. This woman does not need to be in any kind of customer service position! Does not greet customers or even acknowledge us. Throws everything in the bag, no eye contact, in complete silence. Extremely awkward when dealing with her, has an attitude every time I have dealt with her.

I like shopping here because of the prices, cant beat the prices. But I have a very high concern for safety here. They leave Dollys out in the open. Usually by the gift bags and cards. Its very hazardous. Its Hard to get around them. Also by the clearance section they always have clutter, boxes and debris. Watch your stepping at this store. I have been shopping here for a month now and none of it has changed. It shows a lack of concern for customers safety and I find it unprofessional. Some staff, not all, could be more courteous and professional.

Dont go on Saturday. I went on a Saturday at about 10 am and there is only one checker with 12 carts ahead of me it took 20 minutes standing in line. People were stocking the store the manager in his office only came out briefly to blow up balloons people were very hot in the store and everyone complaining. It was poor poor customer service and Ill never return on a weekend

People petty well kept there distance

The service was horrible. People don’t know how to do their job there. The lady charged us for balloons that she didn’t even have. She didn’t check if she did she just charged it and we payed for them. When she noticed she didn’t have them she laughed and said “we don’t have it”. We tried to get our money back but she said we couldn’t even though we had JUST bought them.. she said “we’ll idk what to tell you.” First and last time I go there.
