My family and I were driving back home from the Outer Banks today and the alternator went out midway through our drive. Luckily we googled and found this Firestone location close to where we were and we made it before our car died. The staff was so helpful and they were able to put in a new part and get us back on the road in about an hour. Thank you Firestone for your excellent service today!

Unreliable and unresponsible. Poor job done poor quality tires. When I took my car to them. all four of my tire pressure sensors were working. They returned it to me with two broken sensors And they would not respond for them. After one month of riding my car two of my tires keep losing air. I do not want to take him back to them even though they have warranty because I do not want another of my sensors broken. Im not the only one that have had this problem.I have two more of my friends that had the same issue with them. I recommend Firestone from Wilson.

Took my SUV in for a once over. Engine light was on, leaking fluid and rear squeaking when stopping. Charged me $100 for the job. Was assured multiple times that my breaks were fine and no issue could be located for the squeak. I am now sitting at another mechanic having both rear rotars replaced along with a full set of break cause guess what? My breaks were shot when I took it into Firestone to begin with. So because I took their advice, I am now almost $800 in debt to repair something that could have been resolved for a fraction of the cost at the time. Actually disappointed in the whole situation since Firestone was recommended... Never ever again..

These guys were the best and prevented my bad day from getting worse when a found a nail stuck in my tire on my road trip back to Charleston, SC from Washington, DC. I had tried to get home by filling up my tires each time the tire pressure light went off but was starting to get uneasy that the tire would eventually blow out, leaving me stranded. Thank God I put the nearest Firestone into my GPS. They were able to get me back on the road within an hour so I could make it home to my family.

Went to Firestone for just a simple oil change for the van. The associates were nice, friendly and professional. They gave me an estimate for the work and how long it would take. The waiting room is nice and warm and bathrooms were clean and not smelly. The estimated time was right on and I was quickly on my way.I know it was just a simple oil change but to me, completing the job on time makes a difference to me. They are not the cheapest but not more expensive than the other guys either.

Nice, friendly people, always explain and show what is going on with your vehicle. I always make an appointment because theyre usually busy. Just put new tires on a car , they have a package for lifetime alignment balancing and rotation of your tires. there are a lot of places that are closer to me that I could go to but I think theyre the best.

They patched the tire but damaged aluminum alloy wheel. My premium alloy wheel was gouged and scratched in five different places. Wheel needed to be professionally repaired to remove and refinish damage. I do not recommend using this facility due to their careless and unprofessional work.

I dropped my vehicle off at the Firestone service center in Rocky Mount, NC today for a 9AM appointment at 8:12 AM and returned to work. After no notification of the progress I called at 11:30AM and was told vehicle was being worked on now. After a couple of hours again with no update I again called at 3PM. This time I was told it was ready. No one called me to tell me it was done after specifically asking them to and the service advisor saying they would. I had to call in twice to check on it.I picked up my vehicle and after a 5 minute test drive there was zero change from the issue I brought it in for, pulling to the right. This was their second attempt to resolve this after having an alignment done a month ago.Like many people I dont have the time to be shuttled again and leave my vehicle and be without it for another entire day. I dont feel Firestone respected my time and I feel like the service advisor/tech didnt listen to the complaint. They insisted they rotated the tires but I see that nowhere on the service performed invoice or receipt. Instead all it says is they did alignment check (a point which they noted that is free for one year after you get it done the first time). I told them that wasnt going to fix the issue because the vehicle was barely out of alignment the first time and that didnt fix it. Its obvious they did not do a test drive or they would have seen the problem was not resolved.Dont bother unless you like wasting your time.

Greg is a saint! I had to work til noon, then drive 14 hours home to Chicago the Monday after the 4th of July and I desperately needed an oil change. Coming up from Carolina Beach after attending my sister-in-laws wedding a horrible noise started coming from underneath the truck. Fortunately for us Firestone Svc Ctr we were only 10miles away and they were open on a Sunday. AAA got to us promptly and and brought the vehicle to them. Although Mr. Williamson said he wouldnt have an opportunity to even look at the vehicle until the next day, imagine my surprise when he asked me to be back to the store and pickup before they closed at 5PM. Everything was repaired by their highly trained mechanic and we were back in Delaware the same day. Thx again Mr. Williamson for the excellent service.

Unfortunately, I had to deal with these guys! I blew out a tire & broke a rim on the way back to Massachusetts. I ordered the rim & had it shipped them. They received it on a Tuesday I called Wednesday to be told it wasnt there. After tracking the rim I discovered it was already there. I call them Thursday & explain I knew its been there since Tuesday. They say oh your car is done! At drop off I spoke with Kevin-mechanic who knew alignment was needed I said go ahead align. When I go to pick up car Friday NO Alignment was done!! They do alignment that morning. The car drove horrible noise was coming from front left & right, I had to drive all the way to Massachusetts that way. I then take the car to REAL MECHANICS, who had to re align & had to take a RANDOM UNAPPROVED bolt from shaft that they used! THEY EVEN KNEW THEY DID SUCH A BAD HORRIBLE POOR JOB THAT THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE WORK OR THE TIRE! I had to pay more to have their poor work corrected. These guys were actually nice & polite HOWEVER THEY ARE HORRIBLE AT THEIR JOBS!! I will NEVER use ANY FIRESTONE ANYWHERE!! COMPANIES LIKE THIS WILL COST YOU MORE WITH THEIR INCOMPETENCE!! THIS IS THE WORST WORK I HAVE EVER SEEN. IF YOU NEED REAL WORK DONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

Came to get our oil change in our truck and even though we had an appointment it still took over a hour, but that is not the worse part! The waiting area is nasty!!!!!! Cobwebs hanging everywhere, air vents are caked with dirt, bathroom looks as if it has never been cleaned. Poop on the seat and stuck in toilet, no toilet paper, no soap. I own a local cleaning service and offered my services to the manager, but was shutdown and told they cleaned weekly. The place looks as if it hasnt been cleaned in years! Disgusting!

Was sad at first because they didnt have the tires I saw online and wanted but sales associate suggested another tire I explained what I wanted out of a tire and he reassured me the one he was talking about would do the job and it cost less he was right and my alignment is on point can drive a know at least 1 mile+ stright as an arrow and was given a discount on the alignment more than please with the job. Thank you guys, GREAT job.

Got new tires put on this past weekend , next day I drove my car I was hearing a noise on the back right tire . Long story short I dropped the car off to get looked at , they claim they didn’t hear any noise and that my lug nuts were tight and then made up something about what it could be . My car hasn’t made the noise since they tightened my lug nuts and didn’t tell me about it , I guess since I’m a girl they thought I wouldn’t know any better. 4 days later I still don’t hear the noise I was hearing before they tightened my lug nuts.

The staff at Firestone in Rocky Mount are ver friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and get the job done right. These people really care about my needs and safety first and are honest but polite andsaved me a bit of money.

Had an appointment for tire replacement & alignment for 9am dropped off my car at 745am & advised I would come back and pick up when ready. At 2pm I had not heard from them so a family member called to check progress & they were advised it would be ready by 430pm at the latest. At 445pm I arrived to pick up my vehicle and it was still in a bay on a lift. I was told, it was just being started & they could only call me once ready. Alex, the gentleman at Firestone “helping” me made a comment back to me once I said that this was a bit ridiculous, that it was ridiculous, they shouldn’t take in work that they can’t do. So basically mad mouthing his coworkers judgement call, when they didn’t take in my car as a work in. I had an appointment. Furthermore, I wasn’t 3 miles from the shop after picking my car up and my tire pressure light came on. It was cold out and I thought maybe that’s why. No, this morning I woke up to a flat tire. Couldn’t find the culprit- so I put air in it (thankfully we have a air compressor) and started off to work. I didn’t make it 5 miles down the road and the light was back on. Stopped at sheetz to check the pressure, wouldn’t read. Called a family member to come help me; the valve stem was broke causing it to leak air. Took the car back to firestone to have it fixed & asked, what happened to the good quality service they used to provide, the reply back was it hasn’t gone anywhere. I beg to differ. Just because I’m female doesn’t mean I’m ignorant. Just because you had an overloaded schedule yesterday doesn’t mean my car service should get any less attention than the first. Firestone could of been liable for a car wreck this morning, what would’ve been your excuse then? As I was waiting for the situation to be fixed in their waiting room this morning, the same gentleman, Alex who was fussing about poor decisions being made yesterday for an overbooked scheudle was offering customers to just bring their car in and he’d work it in when he could because he didn’t have appointments until the following week. Not everyone has a bad experience, but my point is - you can’t trust anyone for quality services & make or female... check your car before you leave for the mistakes that could be made. Thankfully my situation wasn’t what could of been castrophic on the highway this morning.

I have been going to this Firestone since 2014, and have been completely satisfied until a week ago. I went in for a simple engine light check to get a engine diagnostic ran to find out the problem with my car. The mechanic informed me that the code was reading that I needed to replace my catylitic converter and that it would run me about $1300. I asked the mechanic to double check the 02 sensors to make sure that wasnt giving off the code, and he assured me that he checked them thoroughly and that they were fine. For some reason I decided to take it to get another diagnostic test done to find out it was the 02 sensor and the mechanic lied to my face. Either they are unknowledgeable about cars, or they tried to scam me in order to get my money. Regardless of their intellectual ability and skill to perform a thorough test, I will not be using them again. They are not honest people and I would reccomend not going to this location for any engine problem you may have.

WARNING fires stone will cheat you out your money and not fix the problem!!!!Went to firestone to get two new tires for the front of my truck. They called me and told me that I needed new brake pads and rotors for the rear of truck. So I told them go head it ended up costing $800 !!!. The next day I was driving the truck the ABS light came on. So I take it back ask can they check it out. Guys says its the brake sensor is corroded and dirty, says he will try cleaning it and it will probably be ok, all Ill have to pay is labor. It ended up costing $75 for labor. Everything was ok until two days later ABS light came back on. So I take it back thinking that Ill just pay for new sensor and everything will be ok. NOPE they tried to tell me I need new rotors, brakes pads for the front and that the bearings were bad.And that the bad bearing were what made the ABS light come on. They said it would cost $600 to fix!!!.Why didnt they notice this the first time I took it in. All there trying to do is sucker me out my money. DO not go to this firestone in rocky mount. They will cheat you out your money and never fix the problem!!!
