Since a new company bought this car wash 3 wks ago it has been closed. My husband and I have 5 monthly car washed passes that we haven’t been able to use for 3 wks. Today we were charged the monthly fees for all 5 cars?!? They’ve been closed for 3 weeks. I tried calling but when I select to talk to a person I get disconnected. NOT PROFESSIONAL!! Unless they prorate the charges so we’re refunded, we will be switching to another car wash!

Car wash has been closed for a few wks. Still got charged full price of wash membership while wash is closed and no answers as to when it will open again. Not very happy. No one picks up the phone at Shell Lube which the car wash is attached to, to ask for a customer service number for Riptide or even to book an appointment for an oil change.

Dudley Finch at The RipTide Car Wash is an excellent Lube Manager. I had a check engine light come on and was afraid to go on my out of town trip the next day. Very nice wash. And doing your inside is easy because they supply good quality equipment. I lost an item in the vacumm (my fault) and they help to try to get back. Thank you crew.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. I have two mid level fast passes and am here every few days. Great setup & a clean facility.

I really like these guys. They wouldnt accept my truck due to wide body tires. But they are making modifications to allow this to be possible. They were very personable. I look forward to the future.

*They are currently running a $9.99 unlimited special!They have unlimited washes and various packages to choose from. They have vacuums, towels, cleaner and glass cleaner for use. Located on Sunset Avenue, it isnt hard to get to and so far we are enjoying the service.

I brought my car car to the Wakefield location to be cleaned. They removed paint from my bumper and refused to do anything about it. If you value your vehicle I would take it somewhere that stands behind their work takes responsibility for damage done to vehicles.

Its ok one draw back, I have scratches on my car.

Might have to use it 2 or 3 times in order to get all marks on your car removed i did

I have been a loyal customer since this facility opened in 1997. I have used it exclusively for car washes, oil changes, inspections for over 20 years. Now, however, I feel I must terminate my relationship. You see, loyalty should work both ways. Today, I received a notification from my credit card company that I had been double-billed for my two monthly car wash memberships. When I stopped by, I found out that that rather than being double-billed, the cost had been doubled, without notice. This is very sad. I have referred over a dozen of my friends to this company over the last year. What do I tell them now? I hope that Chris and Hal rethink this decision.

I used this place to get my wifes car washed and used the vacuums and air hoses to clean the inside after that was done. I good deal for the price.The location was easy to get to and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
