The people were quick and got us through but car did not get as clean as it should have. Vacuum worked well so yay. Trash cans were clean and had plenty of room. So its OK. Just wish car had been cleaned better.

Our first time here and the first ever automatic car wash for my wife. She was like a kid in a candy store--she loved it! They came out and keyed our wash code from our gas receipt. Then two attendants power washed the tires on each side plus brushed washed the front windshield and front of the car to loosen the bugs.. The car came out pretty clean and we were satisfied with the results! They have free vacuums and we got gas for 15 cents off per gallon! We will come back!

Zero rags out available for customers no spray bottles available. I asked the young lady twice to get rags and spray bottles and she did not even return to tell me yes or no. I had to walk inside find a young gentleman and tell him that I needed rags and bottles and so does every other customer out there looking for it. I waited 20 minutes for the young lady to not even return to tell me yes or no no rags no spray bottles. I guess my first time experience getting gas and a car wash will be my last. I will take my business back to tidal wave. Worst customer experience ever!!!4/9 Update, still waiting on district manager to reach out, still nothing. But its cool, tidlewave is by my house anyway

Was with shell rapid lube and rip tide car wash , thats ending , this car wash got up under my rain guards, no where else have I seen this.

Went to Sam’s express in Rocky Mount tonight to wash my wife’s vehicle. After running through the car wash we were vacuuming the vehicle out. One of the employees was emptying trash and came up to us and said he noticed there was still a lot of bugs on the front of our van. He sent us back through the car wash free of charge. Now that’s service!

Washes your car good. But when going thru the car wash it has a very bad smell like the water is being reused.

The car wash itself was great! My vehicle was shining but, the vaccums are not very good I went to 2 different ones trying to get one that worked good. Other than that I had a good experience.

Theres no way of knowing ahead of time that this could happen, so I’m writing this as a warning.if you want your car to smell like it was washed was sewage, this is your place. Make sure you have a very strong stomach, because the smell will overwhelm the cabin as you are pushed through. I was tempted to put it in drive and floor it to get out of there because it was so awful. I do not understand how this is possible, or why somebody would choose not to just close the place down until they figured out what the problem was. Not acceptable in any way, and I really really want my money back. I’m going to have to drive my car into a pond to improve the smell. fml

Great but they need to spray wheels better most of time they still have the brake dust still on them after the wash is over. You have to do a lot of wiping to get them clean.

Good spot for gas and a wash. Vacuum on both sides and plenty of space. Usually a lot of ppl there. But no waiting for vacuum space.

The attendant really went out of his way to help us we had bought a monthly wash & it wasnt in the system he called corporate & made everything right I wish I could remember his name he was awesome

My car needed a good was so I went after work today and as usual there was great service with a smile and the free vacuum. As I was vacuuming out my car one of the employees named Ryan came and helped me out in getting my car wiped down and he was very friendly and we had a great conversation. He made me feel very welcome there. Will keep returning to this location because of people like him.

My husband and I took our jeep here today, purchased our wash and got in line. Right as we were about to pull in a very nice guy named Jacob informed us our fishing rod rack could not go through the wash as it is a (understandably) liability and could rip the brushes or worse. He then proceeded to wash our jeep by hand. We were (pleasantly) surprised. Great customer service and the staff is awesome.

The actual car wash does a great job, but could do a better job of providing towels and cleaners to wipe away residue after wash. Signs say that they are available but I did not see any when I looked around.

Really good car wash! Reasonable prices and a great deal! Very clean area...All my vehicles look like they just come of the car lot!

This place isnt as good as many of the other car washes in the area. They dont offer towels to dry or spray to clean. A lot of the other places do. Theyre also expensive in comparison to other places.

Dylan was extremely helpful as we cleaned up the ole Dodge Dart and made her shine like new. Floor mat cleaner was the bomb. Must go back and get the monthly special.

First time here friendly service good service if you get a car wash you get to use their vacuum free and they have towels to dry off your car if needed.

They have the cheapest gas in town and if you get a car wash it goes down even more.

Great place, clean, good employees, good price for monthly cleaning, anything you dont like, they will fix it, clean it, re-clean it. just wish they had an option for interiror of car to be cleaned, thats the hard part.

Shiiit i come here all the time they always help me out and put air in my tires for me and one time something was wrong with my car late at night and the boys were so nice to help me with everything. I come here regualarly and i love me some free coffee

I came upon this car wash in 5/2018 and was met by the staff member Dylan.i told him i just moved to NC and he welcomed me.He also stated that this will be the only car wash i need and i will be back and he was correct and i also purchased the monthly membership and never been happier.The entire staff are great but,Dylan is definitely a customer service jewel..GREAT GUY!!!!!

I Like the car wash havent had any issues with any paint chipping...(like i heard another car wash doing)and the set up for people that may want to get a snack or drink is nice.
