Left streaks and spots over the entire truck. Had to go home and re-wash and dry. Did not clean the interior well at all. Wont return and will not recommend.

I visit this car wash often when I want the full treatment, which means Im too lazy to clean out my own car. They did a good job as usual and I will probably be back!

They did a great job cleaning our minivan. It took a little longer then 15 minutes advertised on the sign but to be fair there was a LOT of cars. They handled themselves very well with a large rush. Im talking 20+ cars. A+ guys keep it up.car was cleaned inside and out.

The inside vacuuming was done partly I had a car trash can they didn’t even empty. And when I opened the hatch they had not touch inside of it. I used to go there a lot but I won’t return

They took to long to get to my vehicle the sun dried it use the same rag he used on my tires to clean the inside,That young man must had issues. that was very uncall for I was an unhappy customer no more autobell for me.

Was the first time going here. Friendly staff explained the process and did quick, efficient work. Will continue to go here.

They did a really good job on my dodge

I have been going to autobell for years. My parents just had bad experience there. My parent rearview mirror was broken off while getting wash The manager could careless about what happen told my parent it was already broken. Im very disappointed how things was handle. I will not going back to auto bell at all also!!

Ive been used to excellent service from this Autobell. I was surprisingly disappointed at the service today. The associates were going through the steps of the services, but didnt take the extra time to do them well today. I brought the car in because I knew it needed some extra work - lots of crumbs and some latex paint on the rubber rear floor liner and foot runner. I asked the associate to clean the areas and ended up doing some vacuuming and cleaning off of the paint myself. It came off. I hope this is helpful feedback for the associates to not just do the steps but to do them well.

When you wiping down the vehicle,let person know that you couldnt get some of the things off of the vehicle.

The outside was ok but they need to get a lot better when wiping on armor all on the dash etc.

Will never go back. Said it before but I am done. Paid for superior package. Driving right now at 6:00 am and windshield is horrible. I even asked it they could vacuum the back (Ford Edge). I saw the lift gate open and assumed thats what was being done. 36.00 later I am home doing it myself. I know they are young first job etc but 3 strikes youre out

It’s not worth the money. I paid for a superior wash and got inferior quality.- they don’t vacuum well (I literally could see spots they missed as soon as I opened the driver-side door)- not sure if they use microfiber cloths to dry or not but I still have spots and streaks as if my car was air dried instead of hand dried- my dashboard isn’t cleaned well- they kinda do a sorry job on the wheel shineBasically again it’s not worth the money. This was my second time with the exact same result.

I love the customer service that you receive before you even get out of your car. They are always on top of everything that is needed for your vehicle to give it that gorgeous shine. I go there quite often and I love it. I dont mind tipping the workers because of the cleanliness of my vehicle.

The guys here treated us nice and the car looked good but the extra money for the cherry air freshener was not well spent. The aroma didnt last a day. Ill not spend so much next time

Unfortunately it seems this Autobell is run by a group of high school kids. Every one of them is friendly and seemingly happy to be working. However, they dont quite understand that a $40 car wash should leave the interior of my car looking better than what I received today. The vacuum job was terrible, they did not get under seats or in crevices of seats. Nor did they appear to vacuum the backs of seats. I was originally going for the $26 Super Polyprocess, but was talked into the $34 managers special wash. This was about $38 after tax. The car wash itself was good. Car was squeaky clean. That required no skill by the staff as the mechanical wash does its job. The kids did do a good job cleaning the windows and hand drying the vehicle. Though I did notice they were using rags from the OUTSIDE to wipe down the inside. Overall, had I paid $10 or even maybe $15, I wouldve been okay. But $40 and I still went to Advanced Auto to purchase cleaning supplies to finish up the job, left me feeling quite annoyed I really wasted $40 on a drive thru car wash. I will likely not return for any interior cleaning.

Horrible service!! . My car was damaged. CAR was washed 2 times and still dirty inside. They refuse to give me my money back but said I could wait another 1.5 after all the other cars to have it done right way ??? If this is your lively hood why wasn’t it done the “RIGHT WAY” to begin with !! Will never come here and do not recommend

I went to Auto bell on 9/1/19 and I will NEVER go again I had two cars cleaned one was the exterior the second was exterior and interior with the undercarriage. The first car that was just the exterior the windows were horrible. The second car the inside looked like it hadn’t been touched other than vacuuming. My windows were horrible and here it is 5 days later and my car still smells like old mop water from the dirty rag that he half cleaned the interior with. Total waste of money NEVER EVER again!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars.

You have to try this place. Good range of prices and services I highly recommend it, your car will love them too. Cheapest option is only $3! Just make sure you have cash on you if you are gonna do anything more than the $3 one. So you can tip the dryers!

The best car wash in Rocky Mount. Pay a few more dollars than the typical carwash and enjoy the results of a car that looks clean inside and out and that has been hand dried.

I recently had my car cleaned at Auto Bell. I had the Managers Special which was 40 dollars. I was satisfied with the exterior but they did a terrible job of cleaning the interior. They did a better job of cleaning my interior at Wal-mart when I had my oil changed than they did at Auto Bell.

The workers were very nice but when we got called out the car had water spots all over drivers side also finger prints,inside had not been cleaned in dash console,doors,cup holders,also when we got in to leave car wouldnt crank,never happened before,new car,the guy tells us that happens sometimes,been other washes never happened before got a jump left,my husband said never to return. You would think for a $30 + car wash our car would have been shining but nope.too bad

I went the other day got the interior and exterior done, I always walk around and check my car before leaving any car wash so I noticed that the door jams were not done I told the person working on my car which was the manager and he was very rude!!
