He gave me all the details, stayed true to his price and even delivered the car to me in Raleigh after I purchased it. Worth the drive to Rocky Mount for the level of service I received. Would buy another car from them again!

Me and my husband brought a 2017 Nissan Altima from Medlin Hyundai we would definitely recommend them to our family and friends. The sales people there are very friendly and made our experience buying a car very easy we will definitely be going back in the future to buy another one from there.

I purchased a Santa Fe from Medlin Hyundai in 2015. Since that time they have been taking care of my car - timely oil changes, tire rotations, as well as other needs as they arise. The staff is responsive, congenial and efficient. I prefer that they continue the care of my vehicle as I feel they are the best qualified to service a Hyundai. Besides, they treat me with respect and I appreciate that!

If you think now is the time to buy a new Hyundai, for their “Summer Sales Event” think again… or pick a more reputable dealership. One that won’t inflate the price of a new car over MSRP with fake dealer fees. Do your homework people, some fees are acceptable and unavoidable… but made up exorbitant fees to simply steal your money and rip you off are not ethical or acceptable.Sadly I won’t be purchasing a new vehicle from Medlin, even if they have exactly what I’m looking for on their lot.

Ive been lucky enough to work with this service provider and its team twice before: once when my car battery died a dramatic, mid-drive death, and again when I needed to get a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle from a team I could trust. On both occasions I worked with Craig, who really went above and beyond! As a first time car buyer, I had done my research, but shaking off the nerves about such a big purchase is always difficult. Craig provided speedy and comprehensive service and when the vehicle was ready to collect, he clearly and kindly walked me through all of the elements of the inspection, patiently explained why they were so important, and pointed out a few things that I should keep an eye on if I went through with the purchase. I loved working with him -- and the other members of the team, who all seem to be equally excellent. In sum, Id strongly recommend a visit to Medlin for your car service and maintenance needs!

Chatted with a salesman over the phone and by the end of the call, he became RUDE as I asked about incentives and rebates (I was offered other incentives and rebates at other dealerships for the exact same car). Was told he doesnt need to call me back because he can have someone in the car by tomorrow anyway (which is fair but I can by the same car at another dealership too). Just was shocked at the lack of professionalism. I am sure the call will sale as I purchased the same vehicle from another dealership, but they lost a sale that sale they probably couldve easily had. Not buyer beware just awareness in general.

Jeff and his total staff at Medlin Hyundai have been fantastic to me. They started with an extremely fair price on a, at the time, hard to get Pallisade. They provided top dollar for my trade in without any of the back and forth Ive experienced at other dealers in past transactions. Most importantly during the purchase process there was NEVER a hint of pressure, (unlike a nearby dealer with a comparable product who pressured the heck out of me to buy). On my recent regular service visit, I was greeted by name, my car was taken into the work area immediately, the service was done in a very fair amount of time and I was on my way in 45 minutes! I very much recommend Medlin Hyundai to anyone looking for a quality car at a fair price and backed up with excellent service.

This dealership is very accommodating. Tiffany, at the service dept. Bent over backwards in trying to get us a new tire for our new Hyndai. She even called around all of Rocky mount to see who might have a replacement tire(Michelin). We felt very comfortable being taken care of. Thanks Tiffany. I give them 2stars bc its already a unconvince to have your car work on. Then on top of it do not offer loaner cars, shuttle nothing. I mean thats the least they can do to satisfy the customer while their vehicle is worked on. Some dont have anyone to pick them up or drop off. 😐

Be very wary of this dealership. They had available the specific vehicle I have been looking for for my mother, Now I understand that market conditions at the moment are - unusually - such that one cant expect to get the discounts from MSRP that one normalliy could negotiate. But their salesman Keith Slavin actually had the nerve to send a deal sheet with a price $1495 ABOVE the sticker price. It wasnt clear why, and at first I thought it might be a legitimate error - the price for the AWD version rather than the FWD version in question. When questioned on this, Keith explained that this was a market adjustment addendum. I kid you not. Absolutely ridiculous, shameless, and short-sighted. Check your deal sheets carefully if you decide to do business with these people.

I took my car to be looked at and was left confused just like I was when I took it. There was no work (paper) mat or car tag in the window which had me think that they didnt even check my car at all.No one called me to give me Any info of what was going on with my car and I checked the box on the envelope to have them call me.After my car being there all day while I was at work, I called to check on it and Randy seemed unclear on what to tell me. The answers were ummm 🤔 I dont know, the only thing we seen in the pass notes were....I needed to know what happened that day. (This also had me think that my car wasnt looked at period)Once I picked my car up, went down the street it did the Exact same thing I took it for and was concerned about and it cut off at the stop light. I was very frustrated and disappointed due to the fact that I Only let them do work to my car and there were no answers given to me about what was going on with my car.I am now unsure if I want them to do my oil changes on my car from here on out.I always speak highly of this dealership but now if asked, Ill rather not comment.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Randy ignores calls & text, doesn’t bother to call you back in a timely manner. Sept 28th we towed my car to Medlin Hyundai to have the engine “rebuilt”. Which were the EXACT words Randy provided us with upon picking up the car. We weren’t able to leave when he called to tell us the car was ready due to pulling out of the garage and all dash lights being on and the car shutting down. He then insisted we buy a battery, which we did because we had no other way home. Got my original battery tested just to determine it in fact was no issue with it. Upon getting home we noticed OIL spills all over the alternator. No apology no attempt to make it right, just ignored the text like nothing happened. Now as of 12/22 not even 3 months later and the engine light is back on making the SAME EXACT noise it did the first time before going into LIMP MODE. Spoke to the national team for Hyundai and they told me the dealership were to be putting in a completely different engine instead of rebuilding the one that was having the issue. Also called today at 10:30 AM, left a URGENT voicemail and RANDY or anyone else has yet to call back. So I Called before they close at 7PM and was told I needed to just call back Monday due to the holiday. Worst customer service possible and not the first issue I’ve had with this location not doing what they were supposed to do.

Had my car towed to them they said I needed a motor they had my car for 6 weeks finally get my car back had it 24 hours and now needs a valve cover gasket had to get spark plugs redone bc they didn’t put oil in pay car or tightened my spark plugs smh 4750 dollar job sabotaged

I have been buying from Medlin Hyundai since my first new car. I was lucky to have landed the best sales man in the area and couldnt imagine finding someone like him. His name is Troy Black. He was never pushy, was understanding of my needs, and pushed to get me the perfect car at my budget. Its been almost 7 years since I bought my first car from him (along with another 2 cars since), and I plan to stick with Hyundai as often as possible. Id give 100 stars if it were an option. The staff is wonderful but the owner was very rude. He seemed to not care about his customer service to buyers. He proceeded to tell us his golf cart costs more than the car like it’s a joke. THEN they discount a car and proceed to charge a $600 “doc fee”. Poor service.

Ive been in Rocky Mount, NC almost 5 years. This is the only place I have had My car serviced. Ive never had any problems. Ive never had to wait longer than they said I would be there; actually my wait time has always been less then I was told. They staff are friendly and they have good donuts. LOL No hot chocolate yet but Im working on it.

Recent owner of 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. I can say that Victor M is an awesome salesman and very helpful and made my experience better than i could have asked for. I would have to give him a 5+++. But my overall experience was not a stress free as i would have hoped. I was informed that they were unable to get the vehicle i wanted, so i even gave them a second color option and they search from Ohio to Florida on Eastern Coast with no luck. I can tell you this whole time Hyundai advised they had 3 exact matches i wanted 90-150 miles away. I even drove to another dealership and that expierence a joke. So i went back to see Victor and he went to Owner of Medlin and just when i was ready to give up the owner was able to get the exact vehicle i was asking for delivered two days later.

Due to the lack of cooperation from Hyundai consumers affairs dept. I also wrote 2 letters to the president of Hyundai Mr. Lee who never replied to my concerns. Again my experience was a very unnecessary costly experience. As they say it starts from the top so how could you expect professionalism and honesty at one of their dealerships . As I said I waited 11 days for a rebuilt transmission that was not backed up a DIAGNOSTIC test and a costly hotel expense Yes I felt very taken advantage of by not only Medlin Hyundai dealerships but on their corporate level total lack of concern and compassion. Slavin and Gill are awesome I called about a 2019 infiniti g50 3.0t they had on the lot and ended up leaving with the car the same day for less payment and than what I originally asked for! Iv always dealt with ford capital on my cars but not anymore these guys have earned me and my wifes business on her next vehicle. They were polite, wanted to sell me the car, and most of all treated me with the upmost respect alot of dealers act as if there doing you a favor to even walk through the doors. Check these guys out if you havnt already 10/10.
