My car had several issues (wheel work, running loudly) but Glen explained each one & what he did to resolve it. Very reasonably priced and very professional. I don’t plan on taking my vehicle anywhere else to be serviced.

Wonderful Service!My explanation of the issue with my car sounded crazy to me and everyone I told about it. But Bottoms found the problem, fixed the problem and actually checked to make sure their solution worked. I wish I had found them earlier, probably could have avoided the the whole I cant pump gas issue.

I recently was traveling near Rocky Mount and unfortunately my truck lost ALL power and I was stranded on the side of the road. I was also hauling my boat so I was not in the best situation especially being 2.5 hours from home. I was towed to Bottoms tire where I met Glen and his staff. These people are the BEST I have ever been around. They were completely understanding and compassionate for me and my unfortunate situation. They offered sound advice and never tried to push anything on me even though I was from out of town. They towed my truck and boat back to my hometown at a very reasonable price and I continued on with my fishing trip. They handled everything and I never worried about my vehicle or boat as I knew it was in good hands. I am so grateful for them. These are some of the finest folk you will ever meet. Completely honest, friendly, and trustworthy, Thank you so much!!!! It was my pleasure!!!

Was on my way to Plymouth NC with boat in tow and u guessed it my trailer tire blew out. Put on spare and stopped at Bottoms and within the hour was back on the road with 2 new Carlise radial tires! I use Bottoms whenever I need repair work done. They are honest and very helpful. Mr. Glenn quoted me a price of almost $1400 one time and when I went to pick up, the bill came to around $600. He told me that he thought there was work he was going to have to do but ended up not having to. They could have easily lied and got extra money out of it but instead fixed my problem for a lot less! 5 stars all day

Our first time having vehicle repairs since moving from Raleigh. In Raleigh, I had used the same mechanic since 2005. The service was just as good at Bottoms so we will be returning customers. My A.C. works again. Everyone was friendly and courteous.

I was visiting family and a colleague from N.Y.C. who is now in a great part of Rocky Mount,NC near Rocky Mount H.S., and he came right out, i did not have 2 wait a WHOLE hour or 2. I appreciate it as my family. Wanda, in the front office, is incredibly efficient, friendly, and always keeps things straight. I NEVER have to think about where Im taking my cars when I have a problem! These days, its not easy to find a car repair shop that you feel is actually out there to help you, but Bottoms does it right!

While driving into Rocky Mount my low pressure light came on indicating there was a problem with the left rear tire on my Audi. I was right there at Bottoms so I had them look at it. The young man checked it, reset the warning lights, and told me it was fine. I went to the mall, came out and the tire was half flat. Bottoms was closed but an older gentleman there put enough air in so I could get somewhere else. The band in the tire was broken. I had to have the whole tire replaced because there was a 2.6 inch long by 1.3 inch piece of metal in the tire that the guy at Bottoms missed. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and I appreciate the older gentleman putting air in to get me to another tire center but the younger guy that initially checked it probably needs to go take a class on tire checks. It is unfortunate that I give this business poor rating because of one employees poor eyesight or neglect.

Broke down half way between NY and Florida. Was lucky enough to find Bottoms Tire and Auto... They had my water pump replaced and timing belt changed by the time I had to come back through town, at a very reasonable price. My car made the 8 hour journey home with no problems. Thanks Bottoms.

Very friendly staff and right on time from start to finish. They even put my wipers on when i couldnt figure it out and didnt charge me for the installation.

My car was broke down at 8 pm at night they were the only ones that would come out and help me for under 100$ then when they got to my house they told me if I wanted they could fix my car by 10 am the next day. They were fast friendly. If I ever need a toe or my car fix I will be going back to them they are 100% great. Wish there were more place like them out there

After getting stock at the rest area on mile 145 going south overnight with a broken drive belt on my Mini Cooper S,I was worried that I might not find a good mechanic to fixed it. After checking the Internet for a reliable shop I found that Bottoms had good report and called them. Glenn Bottoms towed my car and was on time as promised. The car was fixed and I was on my way home. He kept me posted as they were working on the car. What impressed me most is not only the professionalism but the honesty. Having car problem on the road is no fun. Thank you Glenn.

I was a new customer and was referred buy someone else. It took them 4 days just to tell me what was wrong with my car, then when I went to pick my car up the red head lady was rude. Then when I got the car I realized that my driver door was sitting up it looked like someone tried to pry in my car like they locked my keys in the car thats why my keys were hanging in the door when I picked it up. I will not recommended this place. And they a very pricey!!!

Horrible experience! I had been referred to Bottoms to have my vehicle services completed. I came in two different days to have two different things performed. The second time I came in was A NIGHTMARE! I took my vehicle in to only have the drivers side wheel bearing replaced. They charged me over $400 to complete the service. They also changed a tire on my truck that they didnt notify me was being changed that I didnt ask to even be changed. Before I left I told the guy that I still heard the noise and they told me oh its the ball joints which was something different from what they changed. COME TO FIND OUT 2 WEEKS LATER when I took it to another shop for an alignment they tell me that the drivers side wheel bearing had not been changed. So they added things that werent requested but didnt fix what it was brought in for. I showed that shop the receipt that I paid at Bottoms and they told me SORRY it hasnt been changed. I first called and the receptionist tells me that there is no record of my vehicle being there. I then told her I still have the receipts from the two jobs that they had completed. She then tells me to bring the receipt back so that they could verify. I then took the truck back to bottoms and they have the mechanic check it to say that they changed the wrong side but I would have to bring it back the next week because the owner was out on a cruise. The next week come and I return the truck and Mr. Glenn tells me that I could do one or two things. Either I could pay to have a new one placed on the side that I had already paid for without the labor charge or he could go in the dumpster to find my old part and put it back on the passenger side and put the one that was supposed to be put on the driver side on the correct side. He then told me to come back at a later time that day to have it completed after I told them to place the part back that they took off and do it the correct way (because I was not paying twice for something that they messed up). He then tells me that he will keep my receipt until I return. I informed him that he could make a copy but I was not going to give him my receipt until I returned. When I brought the truck back they seemed to have an unpleasant attitude because I returned for them to fix it. I WILL NOT BE BRINGING MY VEHCILE HERE ANYMORE! A NIGHTMARE!

Receptionist was really rude from the jump. She was not professional at all. Seemed to have an attitude first thing that morning. Because of her, I wouldnt refer anyone because there was no reason for her to act the way she did towards me. I was a new customer that was referred and she ruined my whole experience.
