The engine in my 1994 Mazda pickup wasnt running well. It was a spark plug wire touching part of the exhaust and it was shorting out and not firing the spark plug. Easy fix and not expensive. They communicated all of that before performing the work. Very professional and quick.

Brought my 07 Suzuki Grand Vitara in with the engine light on. Rodents had knawed on some wires. 3 months earlier the same thing had happened. Precision Tune charged me $700 and fixed it in 3 days. However, Ralphs fixed the exact same problem $206 in 1 day. Needless to say, Im very pleased with this shop and will likely used them for all repairs in the future.

Last week I had an oil leak and the back tire of my vehicle was making a weird noise. I took it to Ralphs for repairs. In one day he and his team fixed the problems and my car is now running smoothly again. The service was friendly and professional.

My Family and I were driving down to Hilton Head and had a exhaust system alert pop up on our display. The car was hesitating and wouldn’t accelerate making us all nervous. I drove over Ralph’s first thing in the morning.The shop was impeccable. Well organized, well maintained and clearly well run.They quickly diagnosed the error, googled it online, read the appropriate actions, cleared the error, checked my oil for water and then told me to take it for a test drive. Their suggestions fixed it. No charge.They could have easily made this a big repair bill and slowed down our vacation but didn’t. I wish I had a mechanic like this at home.I recommend them highly, just don’t ask about the closest Starbucks. 😀

I have taken my car to Ralphs due to my sons (he was 19yrs old) experience at Raphs when he was experiencing issues with his truck. They didnt pressure him into buying unnecessary services and provided details as to what needed attention first and what can wait. Based on that level of honesty and service they became my go-to place. My visit was for brakes and bearings of which were completed in one day and at a reasonable price. The follow up service is beyond what I have witnessed in the past with other shops. Routine texts (not robo-texts either) asking how my car is running and even got a thank you card in the mail (who does that? Ralphs does :). Overall, my experience has been great and I will continue to have them service my car and get my recommendation when needed.

My cars check engine light came on and the car ran sluggishly...like it wanted to just die. This happened at night and so first thing in the morning a source I totally trust suggested I try Ralphs Tune-Up & Automotive Repair. I knew Ralphs had been around for over 30 years, but never gave them a try. Boy...I am glad I did. First off, they were very busy that particular day and getting my car in was probably not going to work. I explained that we need the car and it was gasping to stay alive. The lady (i am sorry, i forgot her name) must have been thinking as I was pleading my case for getting my car in. She asked me if my car was 4 cylinder or 6. I told her 4 and she says Okay, the time/labor needed for a 4 cylinder is not as long as the 6 and we may just can squeeze it in. Bring your car in and we will see what we can do. I was very impressed at the way she was thinking and took the extra step to make me it happen. Well, I got my car back that same day. The car ran like a top. It felt brand new under the hood; the power it had years ago was back- I will not fear passing cars anymore, that is for sure. So there expertise was top notch. Their customer service was even better. The worked with me on getting the car in, they were friendly and made me feel comfortable while I was dropping the car off. If they were as busy as they say, they did not rush me through any of the process. They also did not try to upsell me any other stuff I did not need. So in other words....if you want excellent work, friendly customer service and people you can trust....I totally recommend Ralphs!

The people were really nice and I could tell they cared about what they do. I took my car in for a check engine light and they were really fast with their service even though I could tell they were busy and I brought it late in the afternoon. They also informed me of other things they noticed when they serviced it, but I could tell they were just being honest and informative (my car is really old and starting to show its age). Overall I am really satisfied with their work and will be going back if I ever need anything.

Let me just start by giving Ralph’s Tune-Up an applause they are a life saver! I brought my car to them with so many issues going on with my vehicle they took the time to look over my diagnostic test from the Acura place and pen pointed me to which issues needed to be fixed immediately versus me doing everything at once . Mrs. Miranda is outstanding she help with any questions I had and stayed in contact with me and also even was able to explain everything to me; she came up with different estimates that got greater every time we talked. Even when we wasn’t talking otp I felt that she was doing every thing in her power to help me as much as she could. She’s great and I appreciate everything she has done to help!If you need your car fixed and you need a trustworthy, hard working shop then this is definitely the place to go ! My car broke down passing through the area. I had my dad tow the vehicle here after reading the great reviews online. I was not disappointed! The service exceeded my expectations. It was a challenge to find someone to take my old van to that I could trust, its 24 years old and it seems that most mechanics wouldnt.... couldnt take the time to look at it even while paying good money for absolutely nothing at several neighboring shops. These guys are the best!! On my way to Daytona beach I noticed transmission fluid on the ground when refueling. I googled repair shop near me and Ralphs tune up and automotive repair popped up. Being the owner of an auto dealership I was extremely apprehensive to have any mechanics other than my own work on my vehicle. David, and Bobby instantly made me feel comfortable. They pulled my truck in, and replaced the transmission lines as needed within minutes of my arrival. I am extremely grateful to have found this amazingly facility....
