William auto sales & repairs in Rocky Mount I recommend don’t nobody purchase a vehicle 🚗 from him they all lemon cars he fix him good enough to get your money they was supposed to had let me trade but they didn’t they tried to hustle me. And I also witnessed him putting used coolant in a car with it having oil and trash in it

Two my car there 3 times and got good service and worked on my car right away with a great price

.ca.e to myhometold me I needed a timing belt.it would cost $200 put on. He said my car would give me 2ook more miles.it would be fixed in no time. Well I had trucktiwedto him and when I got to his shop.he said it could e your motor. Im thinking ok so why you didnt say it before I towed my car here?! The tow truck guy said that Mr William was the best.so I said ok. So before he even got to my truck.Mr William said I just had a kiaj ust like this one a day ago and motor was bad.so we just junked it.so my wheels started .cranking I sit there for About an hour.then he pushed my truck into the bay him and some guy he have helping him.I bought my ow timing belt and water pump. So me Williams and his helper put belt on then I heard them try 3 times each time my truck got loader as if it aS about to catch.then Mr Williams called me over and said see your belt on and its your motor.the valves are bent and its a lot of work to repair. So I asked hi which is best to get another motor or fix the vavels. Mr Williams said valves charge 800.I said ok.he said he will start fixing on it when I pay him the first 400 and then he will tell me what type of warranty he gonna give me. So Im thinking huh? Mind cranking even more. So I discussed with other mechanics and family members as I work and travel by train and rides to get to Wk hour an a half from my home one way.so I got the money together in2 weeks as I told him on my pay ds.apologize I didnt put this in at first.but that is what I told him and he said ok. Dropped me off at my house as I of him 2pp for labor for timing belt he do not take credit cards only cash. When I asked me will Williams about 3 times what type of warranty he was gonna give me for my motor work.Mr William said nc 30 days.I told him no thanks .he got rude then wanted to charge me storage fee and said get your truck off my lot you dont have no money to fix it.??? That what I aS calling to do.but wanted to know he warranty stAtus before letting him stArt on my truck. Well.needless to say.Im on my aT to get my truck towed again.to get off his lot before 5 pm.

Had my car for over 24 hrs and would not return my text or phone calls. Called the repair shop & his cellphone. I had to drop by the shop to see what was going on to find out he couldnt do it. Unprofessional.
