3 days to repair a wiring harness which had been gnawed on by rodents cost me over $700. 3 months later I had the same problem. I took my car to another shop. Ralphs Tune Up fixed the same problem for $206 in 1 day. I should have read the reviews on Precision Tune first. I will NEVER use their services again.

I went to precision tools at 7 a.m. in the morning and left at 11:20 in the morning just for oil change and a tire rotation. They change my oil and then said that they couldnt take the lug nuts off my vehicle to rotate the tires I had to take out my four-way reach 2 unscrew my own lug nuts which did not make no sense... they do not have no real mechanics that work there

I understand oil change package but I didnt care about the other stuff. All I wanted was oil change and get out. Never coming here again. They may be short on staff or whatever the situation. But they need better communication towards customers and warn time wait, detailed maintenance, etc. If they would have lowered to price for not warning time nor communication detailed maintenance on the oil package. Wouldve went somewhere else for the time and money.

I took my car up here to get my catalytic converter changed and I bought a brand new converter two days later my car was knocking and ticking I took it back up there they said I had an exhaust leak to take it to ez mufflers so I did they tell me that whoever put my converter on did not even put all the bolts in it and it was already half burned out and so I took it back to have them fix it because I gave them over $1400 they tell me it was my alternator knocking and nothing is wrong with it they fix the alternator that they claim was loose and I leave needless to say I took it back to ez mufflers and all they could do was shake their head so I don’t not recommend this business and they sure won’t get no more of mine that was a lot of money especially for a single mom of 3 to come up with to not get my car fixed

I had some work done on my truck up there the other day. The mechanic Aaron Spivey gave me all my options and made everything so much smoother then Ive had with other mechanic shops. he kept me informed and made everything a bit more fun. It was greatly appreciated. Ill be taking all my vehicles to him.

Wonderful experience! They went above and beyond for us. Tony the regional manager and the rest of the crew were amazing and extremely polite, professional and kind. Were from out of state and they took wonderful care of us. Knowing our predicament, Tony got our car in immediatly to start the diagnosis. He even when out of the way to get a part in Raleigh to help get us back on the road that day. To see such commitment to service and willingness speaks highly of what type of people work there. Highly recommend!

First and foremost The new manager there is amazing. He went above and beyond to assist me and making sure I was a happy customer had some issues with my filter cup and he did change it. Once he changed it bother place cracked it but he fix it. This place is great and highly intelligent when it comes to cars.

Went for a tune up may of 2019. This shop never did the tune up but charged me for services. Found this out because my car was stalling, and misfiring. The other shop informed me how bad my spark plugs were. This was a place I was getting regular oil changes, and maintenance from. I will never go there again!

About a month ago I took my 2008 Nissan Armada to Banister Nissan in Virginia, twice. The first time I left with it still slightly pulling to the right. I left with the steering wheel at 11 o clock on the second visit. I decided to try Precision Tune in Rocky Mount this week. Not all mechanics can precisely line up 4 wheels but Anthony B did an absolutely perfect job. I will be back again. Thanks!

THIS PLACE I THOUGHT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE GO TO LOCAL SHOP FOR ANY OF MY REPAIR NEEDS ON MY BMW. I WAS RECOMMENDED BY SOMEONE & READ SOME REVIEWS. SO I DECIDED TO PUT MY TRUST IN THEM. & IT WAS A BAD DECISION ...THUS FAR THAT I TRULY REGRET $640 LATER... & LEFT ME WITHOUT TRANSPORTATION FOR OVER A MONTH. I BROUGHT IT IN DUE TO AN OVERHEATING ISSUE. I HAD JUST RECENTLY GOT MY WATER PUMP CHANGED FROM A BACK YARD // WHICH IVE INFORMED THEM OF MY CURRENT ISSUE & MOST RECENT REPAIR.WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF, THEY CALLED ME WITHIN 2HRS TO TELL ME THAT MY CAR WAS READY. THAT THE ONLY THING IT NEEDED WAS TO BE BURPED. I THOUGHT IT COULD HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE, & WAS HAPPY. I REQUESTED AN OIL CHANGE & WANTED THE COOLANT TO BE FLUSHED SINCE THEYVE BEEN MIXED. IVE ALWAYS USED THE BLUE COOLANT. I REQUESTED BLUE COOLANT & MOBIL 1 OIL. I took my car to have it inspected and as usual there’s a problem. Precision has inspected this vehicle for the last 3 years and nothing has changed. No modifications at all since the very first inspection. Today my car apparently failed inspection because the headlights were not bright enough. I was a little confused because this car has had the same 8000k HID headlights since i brought it. Anyone who knows anything about HID lights know that they are very bright. People sometimes tend to mistake low beams for high beams because these lights can be so bright at times. But fine maybe they aren’t bright enough but why has this never been an issue? I then told the young lady there is always a problem when i bring my vehicle for simple things like an inspection considering i can no longer trust them to change my oil or do anything major. She replied with a attitude “what cause we are following the law”? So for the last three years you guys have been breaking the law is what you are telling me? She then charges me $23.75 and tells me i have to come back “there” once the issue is fixed. I asked them could i swap the bulbs out with regular factor bulbs i was told “we close in 10 mins”. It doesn’t even take 5 minutes to change those headlights it’s a simple plug and play. This will be the last time i visit this place. The staff are a joke and the customer service is horrible. I wish i could rate a negative.

The crew that used to be here took great care of us, and never gave us any problems. All new staff there now and it’s a whole Slough of problems now. They forgot to top off my fluids that I paid for, and my tire pressure sensor is mysteriously missing. They refuse to fix it and claim the sensor was already missing - but never had an issue with the lift before? No that’s a load of BS. Time to find a new mechanic shop.

First I called in for a price on changing my water pump on my 97 Honda Accord. I was quoted $495 dollars for labor and its gonna take 5 hours. I spoke with Fidel and he said he looked on the computer and saw why it would take 5 hours. But Fidel didnt know that I have my own shop so I have knowledge on what it would take and it most certainly does not take 5 hours!! And once I explained to him the process..then I seen on his face it threw him off. Then I asked for a total for the calibration of my tps sensor and water pump..he brings me a receipt and it had a total of $634.87. they are charging $80 to calibrate the sensor. But labor total was $555. I told him Im gonna decline what they have to offer..and they also was charging me for the use of their shop supplies smh...based off this experience..I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. I feel the prices are INFLATED because of tax Time and I Feel they are Taking advantage Of the locals.👎👎👎👎👎

I am very grateful for Brandon at Precision Tune Rocky Mount. This weekend I had a nearly critical accident on my car on the way to work, in a ditch then as I redirected my car back on to the street it nearly turned over! When I got to him I was still shook up... and a bowl of tears. He gave me a hug and told me it would be ok. He looked over my car on the lift and determined the problem was bad tires and seized struts which loosened back up on the lift. So he told me the cost and because I was broke I told him I couldn’t do it today. well he saw my face and fears building bc I was worried about if I’d make it back to Wilson on those bad tires.. so he told me to sit inside and wait,. looked on his stock and realized he did not have any my size and tried to call another shop but they refused to help. So he got my tire changed to it’s spare. Then advised me to safely get back to Wilson. Being as late as it was already I was unsure if anyone else would be open. Well I got one and today I called Brandon back for proof of being there! For my job! And he’s gonna do that too! Above and beyond helpful! I would recommend anyone here.

Precision tune of rocky mount is the worst & the distict manager BJ is just as bad. Went for an oil change & the tech did not tighten my oil filter correctly. To make a long story short they cost me an engine. Although they took care of getting it replaced & getting my car bck to me,it is still not running the way it did before this happened. BJ was very adamant about giving me paperwork on the engine she put in my car. She refused to show me the invoice that came with the replacement engine. She also caught an attitude about putting me in a rental car until my car was ready. & to add insult to injury she tried to lie & say the tech who changed my oil was no longer there. Meanwhile Im standing there looking the tech dead in the face while shes talking. To sum it up I now have to peruse legal action due to her way of treating me as a customer. Do not take your car there. It can go so bad for you. Worse customer service ever. They should be made to close down.

I took my SUV here towards the end of October to get a oil change. Turns out, I needed a new engine! Very devastating but it had to be done. I spoke with the manager Will Turner and he kindly explained the procedures that went along with replacing a engine. Although I was very nervous, everything he told me ensured me that everything would be ok. I dropped my vehicle off to Precision on October 25th and didnt receive it back until November 26th. Although this was a long time to be without a vehicle, I understood because there were quite a few problems that arose during the time that my vehicle was getting fixed. During this whole time frame from start to finish NO ONE ever communicated with me. I constantly had to call to check on the progress and to find out updates concerning various issues that were interfering with the progress of my vehicle being fixed. When I finally received my vehicle back, I noticed two things. First, I had a huge 210 fl oz laundry detergent container in my back seat that I forgot to take out. I mentioned this to the manager Will but he was very nonchalant concerning the issue and brushed me off as if none of his employees couldve took the detergent. I decided to let it go because if someone had to steal it, obviously they needed it more than me. Second, I noticed a day after I received my vehicle back that there was a piece missing from my front bumper. I mentioned this to Will and he claimed that he would order a replacement. This was the end of November when he told me this. I called mid December to check on the status of the piece several times but Will was always out during the time of my calls. I was instructed to call back each time. When I finally got a chance to speak to Will Turner, he sounded very irritated. He stated that he had to directly order the piece from Ford and that it could take up to 5 weeks. Still havent heard anything. Overall, my experience with Percision in Rocky Mount wasnt that great and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone! Ive dealt with Percision in Greenville quite a few times when I was living there and Ive had nothing shy of excellent experiences from them. The only positive thing concerning this experience was that I received a great deal on my engine replacement. I would highly recommend another auto care center if you prefer steady communication and professionalism.

First of all I called to see about an Inspection and i told them my check engine light was on. They checked it out told me it was going to take $899.16 to fix it. (Friday afternoon). I told them I did not have that kind of money on the spot. Charged me $89.93 for checking it out and sent me on my way with NOTHING accomplished. Took it straight to another place and it was less than $200.00 to get it fixed. Thanks for taking that money from me and doing nothing.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This place is ridiculous...I took my 1992 ford van to this place to find out why it cut off while being driven and why it wouldn’t start. Off break I’m told they would need to hook my car up to a diagnostic to see what the problem was, only my car is too old to be hooked up. (They didn’t think I knew that) I’m then told that his master mechanic can still perform a high level diagnostic to determine the problem for 80 bucks. My husband and I agreed to the diagnostic and the next day I’m told that there isn’t a spark and it is believed to be a cam shaft or a camshaft gear. The person (bj) then told me that to determine if the problem was the camshaft gear that the grill would need to be removed and the labor for the 2.5 hours it would take would cost about 270. Insanity!!! How can someone be charged close to 400.00 to determine what the problem may be, they weren’t even sure that the car shaft gear was the problem!! I told them not to do anything and went to the shop three days later to bite the bullet pay for the diagnostic, and tow my car to the ford dealership for better assistance (I should have went from the start... smh) and they still had the car in the bay and acted like I was a problem because I wanted my car. I wasn’t rude yet they felt like it was okay to push my van out of the bay in such an angle that the tow man saw it impossible to get the car. And had to go back inside and ask for help. To put a cherry on the top they destroyed the inside of my van and left it in worse condition they didn’t put anything back and ruined the distributor... It’s sad but someone should definitely be fired this kind of service is never acceptable.

I am very displeased with the service i did not receive from the new management...went in today for an oil change and tire rotation...i stood there for about 15 mins and NOBODY acknowledge me...then this new manager BJ comes in from the bay and begins to assist another customer that was sitting down...still no service for me or much less a be right with you maam...out the 9 years that i have been coming here with 3 different cars...NEVER in my life have i experienced such disrespect from precision tune...IDK where Brandon is...BUT they need to get him back in the shop ASAP if they want to keep the Rocky Mount location functioning...i will not return to precision tune until i know Brandon is back and we as customers will continue to receive EXCELLENT service👿👿👿👿👿👿👿👿

I dropped my car off at 8:30am by 12 noon no one had called and said anything about my vehicle being ready or if there were any problems. I go to pick up my car of course its ready but I asked for an oil change and tire rotation and they didnt rotate the tires and I knew that because they didnt have the wheel lock. The guy charged me and allowed me to walk out the door and never explained to me why they didnt rotate the tires. After walking outside and realizing the error I asked him why and he stated because my front tires are worst than my back tires so they left it as it was. It didnt make sense to me and he didnt call to ask would I like to purchase new tires but I wanted to make sure I wasnt charged for something I didnt receive. I paid the same amount I usually pay when I get an oil change and tire rotation but he stated I wasnt charged. This store is very unprofessional this is not my first time experiencing something like this. Every time I go theyre under new management. I hope eventually they get it together.

Precision is like no other, while speaking with Gene(manager at rocky-mount location) He was extremely knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what was wrong with my car and that was important considering I went there for a oil change lol However I knew there was something wrong I just didnt know what,He explained to me what I needed to do. I will not take my car anywhere else.I highly recommend precision to anyone!!They are awesome and such friendly staff..Chris is actually the mechanic that I requested he is also awesome!!!!!!!!!!*****
