First, let me start off by saying I love Davenport!!! Linwood is The Man!!! This is my second purchase at Davenport. Linwood reached out to me and said Its time to get another car Veeta!!. He was so right!!! I got an SUV, even though it was smaller than I liked, but as I am driving it the past couple of days, I am really enjoying it. Now, Ms Elizabeth is a breathe of beautiful air. I enjoyed doing paperwork because she knows her information and front and back!! She made what I hate to do, FUN and she is knowable, with those forms!!! Yes, I will refer others to Davenport.

I originally set up an appointment online. I received a confirmation of my appointment via email. However, when I went to the dealership for the appointment I was told that the online appointment does not show up at their dealership and I had to wait three hours before they had an opening. I live out of town and did not have three hours to wait. So I had to call back for another appointment on another day. I complained via the online portal and a manager called and apologized. I explained to him that one of my main disappointments was that the staff did not seem to CARE that I had shown up for a verified appointment that was not honored through no fault of my own. So I made another appointment. At that appointment, the customer service person said they were giving me a discount. However if was $10 MORE than I usually pay. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. I have no choice but to go to this dealership in order for my warranty to be honored, but I actually wish I could go to the dealership in my city. The dealership in my city, Wilson, even washes your care after routine maintenance.

Service Writer Susan and mechanic Todd were exceptional, Susan worked me in for a evaluation of the problem, provided me a loaner for 3 weeks and kept me informed on status.I needed some additional tools from my truck and visited DavenportI to retrieve them, I met Todd while getting the tools, Todd took the time to give me a high level update what repairs remained and the parts he was waiting for.I know this survey is primarily geared to the service I received from Davenport Buick/GMC, who I am 100% satisfied with.however, I am very concerned that my 2020 Sierra that is 8 months old with 17800 miles experienced this mechanical failure, which if not under warranty would likely have been a couple thousand dollar repair.I an retired from my career job, but I volunteer everyday in community Service work and my truck is vital in that work.I love my Sierra, the ride, response and handling and fuel mileage have been exceptional; I drive my truck everywhere and don’t want to be without it.Robert Johnson

Purchase experience was okay, slightly below average compared to previous GMC purchases. Id give 5 stars for the staff being very nice and friendly. But on the business side, we didnt get the normal run through of how everything in the car works (buttons, safety features, lane assist, etc) or the myriad of different customizable settings. We also didnt talk about the maintenance schedule. In prior purchases, we got deals with weathertech floor mats so we expressed interest in buying some again but were told to just sign up with GMC rewards and well get $100 that we can use towards mats. Needless to say we still dont have the $100 or the floor mats. Luckily there are lots of videos online so were slowly learning everything the vehicle can do. Overall we are happy because its the vehicle we wanted with just the right features.

We have leased 12 Honda’s from Davenport Honda and we drive 3 hours each way to do so. They treat us like family. They go out of their way to make sure we are in and out with our new car as soon as possible. Their prices are fair and transparent. Neill Nelson, Gene Langley, and Graham Nelson are wonderful to deal with. Anthony Lynch was very helpful too. We got our 12th car yesterday and plan to get more in the future!

I took my Buick in for repairs. It needed a new radiator. Matthew promptly got me a ride home and before I left gave me an estimate of repairs which included a new key remote. I was very satisfied with the cost, service and work that was done. Transportation was provided for me to go back and pick up my car. All work was done on time and in a satisfactory manner.Davenport is very fortunate to have 2 fine people at the service desks. Matt and Susan are friendly and courteous.

I dealt with Matthew Joyner and he was extremely helpful. Every single question I had (and I had a lot) he was more than happy to answer and he was very patient. He made the buying experience stress free because he had everything in order by the time I got their all I had to do was sign some documents and I had my vehicle. After the purchase of my vehicle he sat in my car with me to explain how certain things worked and to set up certain things for me. After I had the car for about a week he messaged me and told me if I had any issues or concerns or needed a maintenance appointment scheduled I could call him and he would be happy to help me. Most dealers after the sale is final they are done with you, but Mr. Joyner went the extra mile to make sure I am taken care of. I will always recommend Matthew Joyner for your car buying experience.

I have taking both my vehicles to davenport since I bought them there but the last couple of times if been there if not known what to expect. I make a appointment for a oil change and my vehicle sits there allday just for a simple job. I dropped my car off today and had a appointment and was called from the GMC center at 10:30 asking me how my service experience was and I hadnt even got my vehicle yet. Thence I was called at 230 and told my vehicle was being worked on as we speak and would be ready by the time I got there. I got there at 4:00 to get my car and when I got in it the engine lite was still on. I went back inside and it seems that nothing at all had been done to my car. Thats ridiculous,

My salesperson Matt was super!! He made everything go smoothly and fast, most salesman drag everything out and you end up sitting somewhere for 5 hours, Matt took the extra time to explain everything to me.He was awesome!! Even after the sale he called and made sure I was satisfied, could not have had a better experience. This makes the third vehicle we have purchased from him and tell all our friends to go see him.

I took my vehicle in to have the brakes fixed. I knew I needed new pads and probably rotors. I was surprised when the service lady called me to say bad news, its not your transmission, its your brakes Well yes, thats what I said. I never said anything about the transmission. Ok, no harm, just a little confusion. But, when I went to pick up my vehicle an oil change was done, charged out for $60+, that I never asked for and never approved. Why are you doing random oil changes? I have 37% oil life left. I wasnt ready to do one just yet, and I wasnt going to bring it to you for that. You have stolen my choice and my money!!

He was extremely patient as we worked to determibe which GM vehicle would best fit our current needs, based on some personal, physical issues. Sorry I ever tow my car there. My car was there over two weeks. First they the battery was bad but I had it tested before the car left my yard all and all they charge me for a battery and a new key and 450.00 of labor just to find out the key loss the program all together it was 722.00 for a key Im not mad because of the money its the fact the my car was in the shop for two weeks for a bad key I will not bring my car back and hope other customers will do the same thank you Davenport for your bad service
