Not a fan. Embarrasses me when it tweets off on its own. I hear it every 15 minutes and cant start my car until its ready. Plus it goes off on highway total lose.

I sadly have two vehicles with their devices on them. Go else where! They charge a ton of fees automatic to your card.

Technician Chris did good job with my Kia Rio and Olds Achieva. No problems or technical glitches to date. Making appointments for resets and recalibrating the device are pretty painless.

Install and removal went smooth. Recalibrations were quick and easy to schedule. Online scheduling tool is very helpful. I had one recalibration scheduled and the tech was out on the day it was scheduled so the support center called me early and was able to get me in another day before my due date. This was excellent customer service.Had one issue with the device, tech wasn’t sure what issue was but didn’t charge me to service it and issue never happened again. Device was reliable and simple to use as long as you can blow your lungs out. All technicians were professional and helpful but shoutout to Alfonso.

Best in class customer service. IID Providers no doubt see a bunch of people - usually all of them unhappy from the get-go because of the dui. Expect to not only be treated like a person rather than a criminal over here at Wisconsin Interlock, but to have a dependable team always at the ready to help you. Koty did a great job being patient with me. He not only helped me set up my interlock appointment, but tried to help me find affordable car insurance on my behalf through another company called Lucent Insurance Group (they rock too btw). I never expected to get both the interlock and sr22 taken care of in one call, but I did. I had a bunch of anxiety at first about getting everything done, but with one call (just like that attorney commercial lol), thats all it took. I wasnt happy when I first called in, but now Im relaxed and less stressed out. Thank you guys for your help!

Its a lot of money but Ive never had bad service when taking care of this stuff. Obviously its lame and expensive but I think they do a good job for how lame of a thing this is

Nice enough, friendly staff and quick recalibrations. If you havent been here before its located in a strip of other businesses, if you got Jims garage doors you passed it.
