They did an awesome job on my Dodge Dakota. They replaced my fuel tank straps. Jared, the mechanic even took time out to spray undercoating on the straps for it to last longer. Very friendly people especially Becky.

I was also pleasantly surprised to get a free exhaust test for my license plate renewal. No $3 counter fee like the DMV, or $10 charge like the other place eastward at the opposite end of the road, near Hwy 32, ah hem! Save your dollars, go Pinkalla! They get it right the first time.

I cant say enough good things about Pinkalla Auto Solutions. I took an old and rusty dump truck (used for personal use on the family farm) that wasnt firing on one of the cylinders. The crew here went WAY out of their way to help and fixed it at a reasonable price. They saved this old truck and I am very appreciative of the work they did.

I limped into this little shop after a Racine road ATE my tire. I was stressed out, in town for a family emergency and pulled up with a horrible attitude! The wonderful people there not only tolerated me, changed my tire, clued me in to what a wheel lock is (who knew) and refused to accept any money. These good people made a very bad day much much better and I couldn’t be more grateful!

When I moved back to Racine, one of the things that often brings stress is picking a good place to service your car. I had recently purchased a used 1997 Jeep Cherokee as my Winter Beater. I chose Pinkalla at first because of good reviews on Angies but once I came to work with them, I discovered Pinkallas is simply as good as it gets. The workmanship is top notch. They always are looking for the real fix and are NEVER looking to add cost to the job. I have been back several times and the team there has been amazing. I highly recommend the team at Pinkalla for your automotive repair needs. They are just the best.

Needed emissions testing first two businesses dont do it anymore, third said at least an hour wait. Called an ask, went over , polite and had me in an out test complete in minutes. Wow!

These guys are awesome. I got my rotors done by the a bit over a year ago, the price was great and the work was excellent. The guys in the shop check for any warranty coverage to see if they can save you money.Recently our rotors began to warp and cause sound (manufacturers defect). We went back to them and they replaced them free of charge. They didnt even charge us for the labor!Would highly highly recommend. We personally drive 2 hrs to visit them over the shops near where we live.

A potential customer...I usually see people park their vehicle in front of this place. Today I did the same and began to reach over the passenger side to look for my emissions papers.I have absolutely no clue what was going. I had my wipers on, heater on blast, and all my windows rolled up... I just had no clue honestly... He is yelling, Im backing out! ... (With the garage door opening).All I wanted was my emissions tested. Instead of suggesting me where to park I got yelled at to move... I was not expecting that...

I get my emissions tests done here and they are always friendly and prompt.If I ever needed something big done to my Jeep I would definitely consider taking it to them. I like the slideshow they have in their office introducing the staff.
