Repaired 98 frontier dashboard. When I called Becca to get details I explained Id b driving in the dark til I got dash back. I called couple days later than I meant to to see if dash had arrived. Sweetheart Becca told me dash should be back to me THAT DAY!! That was last October and Ive been happy with dash every day since then. My thanks to the whole crew. Everything was awesome, except I only got 9 out of the 10 bulbs i ordered. They were only a buck a piece, so no big deal, and, I only needed 6 of the bulbs to fix my instrument cluster, so, no worries. Lol!

They had the part that no one else had for a reasonable price. It is a quality part and it is working great! Install was tricky but that is no fault of Tanin. Tanins YouTube channel did have a tutorial of taking out the cluster to repair it which was very helpful. Highly Recommended!

I have a 2010 Dodge Challenger that has had dark shadows in the backlighting of my instrument cluster. I sent it for repairs and found out it couldnt be fixed. Installed 2 modules purchased from TAE for my 1994 Jeep Gr. Cherokee: 1. Vehicle Information System electronic display and 2. the overhead console containing outside temp, compass, lighting, storage, travel display module, and remote lock (infrared) unit. I purchased a replacement part (LCD display for my 2006 Honda Ridgeline) which they shipped promptly. They have very goo install videos on line which I used and was able to fix my odometer display at a tiny fraction of the cost the dealer would have charged me.

I needed a repair done to the RV dash cluster LCD in a rush. Tanin is located in Racine Wisconsin. I called from Ohio to ask if it was possible to do a same day turnaround if I made the 800 mile round trip to personally deliver the dash cluster. They said they would absolutely help me out. I arrived at 10:30 am, was warmly welcomed. The young man who assisted me asked for a couple of hours to do the job. By 2:30 pm I was back on the road to Ohio. I have seldom experienced such service. I sent my 1998 Nissan Frontier instrument cluster in for repair. TAE did a marvelous job of repairing the cluster. Prior to repairs, the fuel gauge would not register above 3/4 tank, the speedometer would erratically read from 0-80 mph no matter the actual speed, and the temperature gauge would not move but occasionally would fluctuate. I kept getting a speed sensor error code that prompted the Service Engine Soon indicator to appear due to speed fluctuations. I have been using the vehicle less than a week and all the instrument panel is working like when I bought the pickup new! Thank you for such a great job! I will be recommending TAE to all my friends.

The LCD display went out on my VW TOUAREG and so I was bummed. I started looking into fixing and thought I needed to replace whole cluster !!! I started stressing..... Terrible experience.I sent out my ECU that wasnt working to get serviced and was told to expect 1-2 week turn-around time. I included a small write up with the issue that I was experiencing and included it with the ECU when I shipped it out. When I noticed the item was delivered, I called their shop and provided the customer service representative all the details that I included in the letter to ensure their technicians had all the details for resolving my issue. On the second week I was finally informed that the ECU would need to be replaced and that I would need to wait another 2 weeks.On the 5th week and after numerous attempts to get a status update on my ECU I finally decided to cancel the order. I had written a letter to their manager, Jax, who then responded that it was my fault for not communicating with them properly. The response was almost comical seeing how their customer service representatives never follow up on their promised status updates and leave voicemails unanswered. If a company cannot provide their services in a timely manner as they described then they should at least inform their customers that their will be a delay with their order, yet alone charge them a premium.Please refer to the conversation I had with their manager below.

Very positive experience with this company. After ordering 3 dash clocks from other sellers on Ebay that were supposed to work, and contacting the sellers before purchasing to ask if the clocks worked, they all did not work. I made one more attempt with Tanin Auto Electronix and messaged the seller to inquire if the clock worked and was answered with, 100% percent positive we bench test each clock before shipment. When the clock was delivered in was professionally boxed and bubble wrapped--not sent in a bag as all the other sellers. In the box was a business card packing invoice and phone numbers to call if assistance was needed--very professional!! The clock worked as designed and my customer was very pleased. Works great, just as stated. Repaired 06 Nissan Quest just like in the video. Side note: I believe the video shows install of the standard part, I got the heavy duty one. You need to make a kind of double loop before tucking the ribbon in other that that they outline the procedure that even a non professional can make this repair. Highly recommend.

This is my second experience with Tanin and it was flawless from placing the order through receipt of the completed services. I previously purchased a refurbished instrument cluster for my 93 Lexus SC400 about a year ago – the limited lifetime of LED ‘needles’ are the one of the weak points of an otherwise over engineered car, as is the Climate Control Unit’s LCD. Tanin provided courteous, prompt and reliable service and exceeded my expectations in both experiences. Additionally, their well-produced DIY videos were an invaluable aid in assisting me remove and reinstall the Climate Control Unit. And I was talking with jasmine on the phone which here the representative of them and I told her what the problems on my cluster . She said she will ask the technician and let me know . I rarely leave reviews but I felt obligated after the experience I had with Tanin. The object of excellent customer service is to exceed the expectation of the customer which Tanin has no problem doing. Becca was the biggest help when I had to keep messaging to see if my package made it because there was a USPS notification glitch on my end. I presented this company with a very difficult task to find a special cluster.One that was going to replace the original on a Coachman motor home located in Brisbane. After 6 weeks of phone calls and more than 30 emails, Becca, my sales rep found the correct item with kilometers and the respective gauges in the correct position. I called and asked if they could repair a Bobcat control panel with a non-functioning hour meter display.I was told that they were familar with these panels and they could check it to see if it was repairable.i was told there would be a diagnostic fee which was OK by me.After they received the unit they told me they could not power up the unit without a wiring diagram or the wires attached.I then sent them pictures of the wires and connectors. They then told me that the problem was not in the control panel but in one of the modules that powers up the panel.I received the panel back and after installing it back in the machine several new problems have showed up. 1) The glow plug light never goes off. 2) after running the machine for 1-2 minutes the overheat alarm goes off even though thge guage in in the normal zone.3) cooling fans engage erratically. These problems were not present before Tanin diagnosed the panel.

In the process of restoring my beloved 01 Tacoma, I somehow managed to lose the needle stops (pegs) for both the tach and speedometer. I initially assumed that this would be an easy fix, but after numerous unsuccessful searches and phone calls it appeared that finding replacements was a lost cause. Awesome Customer Service! When I inquired about having my Speedometer Cluster for 2005 Chevy Trailblazer fixed, they replied promptly to email questions. I confirmed with them on the exact cost of the repair and they had the best pricing I could find online. I sent the cluster to them via UPS and the shipping tracker says they received on a Monday around noon and when they emailed me a tracking number for the return shipment, it showed that they sent it back to me Fed Ex before 5:00 pm the same day! They said Id receive on Friday and I installed on Saturday and everything works perfectly

We contacted several local specialists to have the instrument panel lights on my recently restored 25 year old Lexus SC350 repaired. We found no-one until locating Tanin online. We were so fortunate that their specialist travels to San Diego, CA regularly so instead of sending the dashboard unit to Racine, we drove to the designated location and the panel was repaired on the spot in less than two hours. Very hard to get a hold of these people. I have been trying to contact them for 2 months. When they do answer their phone, be careful of who you talk to. One lady is downright rude, another sounds like she is annoyed that you’ve called. I wanted to bring in a few clusters but will be taking my business elsewhere when I was hoping to be able to stay local and have a working relationship with whoever I go with. If their customer service reflects their ability to repair items, I’m not chancing it.

I sent both my instrument cluster and climate control in for repair. Like many who have complained about them being slow my experience was basically the same in that UPS say the dropped off the part on one day they say they received days later etc. I paid the $50.00 extra for same day service which isnt really same day but it did get the process started in days instead of weeks. The climate control was fixed the first time. I paid for overnight shipping of both units but they only sent the instrument cluster. They admitted they forgot to send the climate control but still made me pay an additional $45 to sent to me. Admitting it was their error but said since they are a small family owned business they couldnt afford to except responsibility for their mistake.The worst is that I spent $450.00 in repairs / shipping and still do not have a working instrument cluster. Although they charged me for fixing the cluster they have now given up. In my case, which was a Lexus cluster, they admitted that the problem seems to be in the cluster but they have no way to test the electronics which was my problem to begin with. Of course they would not give a refund.I found a shop in CA that says they have the capabilities of diagnosing and repairing electronic problems in a Lexus Cluster so now I will have to start the process over. Ive wasted a month of time, wasted hundreds of dollars with only a working climate control (and $80 fix) to show.I certainly would avoid using Tanin and if you suspect your problems are electronic as opposed to mechanical I would certainly avoid them at all cost.

I had been unable to read my Odometer/Fuel gauge LCD on my 2004 Nissan Quest for years. I thought that my only option was to send my cluster in to be repaired. Great service, great communication, and fantastic prices. I franticially tried to find a company to repair the cluster in my mothers LS400 and turned to Tanin Auto Electronic to get the job done. Being a mechanic, I know what it costs to get an OEM replacement cluster and knew that was out of the question. I was really surprised by the cost of the necessary repairs, far less than I expected. I know that Ill definitely be recommending them to my coworkers and will use Tanin again in the future if I encounter issues with any of my vehicles or future vehicles.

They told me there was nothing wrong with the cluster and it was my truck causing the issues. A week later I got a call asking if they wanted me to fix the cluster that was said to be fine. I ended up getting a new cluster and all my problems disappeared. All this place seems to me is just a scam. I wouldnt recommend tanin to anyone.

I had a great experience. I had my 03 Suburban instrument cluster rebuilt and returned within 5 business days. Everything works like new. Even with shipping expences the cost was still $45 cheaper than another Milwaukee shop where the unit needed to be dropped off. I bought a remanufactured instrument cluster for my 2005 Chevy Impala. After a data transfer from the old one to the new one, the cluster is working exceptionally well! They do great work and are willing to help in any way they can. Hope to do more business with them!

Zero stars,called them to get a quote and tell them what was happening with my instrument cluster, they assued me that they could repair with a 2-day turnaround. I had to call them a week after they received cluster and they acted like it just got there. Long story short, my cluster was there for 2 weeks, I had to call again and they told me they could not find parts, if I gave them some time they could find parts. I had shipped back to me, I found a place in Va. that assured me they could repair. I shipped it to them, they repaired the SAME day and returned to me. They paid ups both directions and were $75 less for repair. I have received back and it all works properly. Not even so much as a sorry from Tanin. Two weeks of my time and rental car wasted. The place in Va. is Southern Electronics, use them, you will be much better off.

I purchased a plasma screen overlay which had wires and a plasma filimant the completely destroyed it they took the wires off of it and put my old needles back on ( which didnt work) they put led lights in that were so unevenly lit that it looked like a 4 year old did it. They had my cluster for over a month. Sara was emailed and phoned numerous times with no returned phone call. I bought a used cluster to fix my car and did my own lighting and now my dash is perfect. Tanin needs to reimburse me the 90 dollars for my destroyed plasma screen but somehow I feel that they wont. They also cracked the clear lens cover which I purchased new from honda. 28 dollars so this company owes me $90 plus the $28

I recently ordered a rebuilt cluster unit from them. The order went a bit sideways on both of our ends. For some reason, the unit they sent me didnt work for my car. It took quite a bit of troubleshooting and, as a result, most of our work together was after the 30 day refund period.There were a couple of bumps along the way, but at the end of the day - I was extremely impressed with Jasons dedication to make things right. You can feel safe doing business with them. If something isnt right, they are dedicated to making it right.

Sent them a device with no issues, was quoted $40 when they checked it over. 3 weeks later, get a check in the mail for $10.42.Edit: deceptive, fedex charges $9 to ship a 12x12x10 box weighing 3 lbs, never mentioned it was taken out of value, $10 less than expected, etc.

I sent in my 92 SC300 ECU after my car would not hold idle. I sent it in right before Christmas and even through the holiday season they got my ECU back to me in a timely fashion and fully repaired. Their customer service is fantastic, and the prices are very reasonable. I will most definitely be going back to get my Gauge Cluster and Climate Control repaired

Had them ship a cluster control for my Lexus IS 250, and then I shipped mine back and got a small refund for it. They were very professional and prompt. Very satisfied.

Sent cluster for repair. Was told that everything was in working order and charged for a diagnosis. When I asked to speak to a technician to better understand what could be wrong, I was told that the technicians dont speak to customers. So essentially I spent over $100 (including shipping) to be told nothing. Basic customer service would tell you that for that kind of money, I should at least have the opportunity to speak to the person who reviewed my cluster...nope, not here. Here you get someone reading someone elses notes and thats it. Money wasted.

My experience with Tanin was favorable. They had the part I needed when I needed it. I searched around online for hours and could not find the fuel pump relay for my 03 Expedition at a reasonable price. Tanin had it, I bought it, and they shipped it. I would recommend Tanin to anyone having the same issues I had.
