Very professional and great at communicating. The repairs were reasonably priced and they were very thorough. They did an extensive inspection of the vehicle. The only thing that wasnt great was the fact that they did not have a loaner available when I got the car towed there and I specifically chose them for that reason. They did tell me after a few days that they could give me a loaner but by then I had already made alternate plans. Overall I am very impressed with this business. I feel they are trustworthy and hard working, and will definitely use their services again.

I would highly recommend Righteous Autos. I had a great experience start to finish. They sent an analysis of my car via text with comments directly from the mechanic. Followed up by a link with a clear and concise breakdown of part cost and installation cost — very straightforward and useful.They were responsive by both text and phone which is helpful during a busy day. I will certainly recommend them and use them in the future.

Good customer service. The job was done on time and was also taken on very short notice. I also appreciate the communication done by the mechanic.

Rachel at the front desk is so helpful and friendly. They communicate very well by phone or even text to update on your cars condition and needed care. They also provide a very nice loaner car if needed while your car is needing to stay for work to be done overnight.

I must commend them on their customer service. I had a repair done and something was not right. They had my car towed to their shop, called in a mechanic on Saturday and had the car fixed. The owner drove to my home to pick me up so I could get the car back.

Only place I’ve taken my vehicles the last 8+ years and they have always gone above and beyond! Loaners available if needed, and they even went out of there way to help me when I was stuck at home with a tire issue.

We have used Righteous Autos over the past year and a half for various services and have always been very pleased. Yesterday they went above and beyond and worked late to help us get a work truck back on the road. Not only do they do great work, their compassion and customer service is truly amazing. They will be our only service center for any of our vehicles.

I purchased a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee with very low miles great body shape. The entire staff were very pleasant! A week later I heard a funny sound coming from the engine compartment so I called and they fixed it free of charge! I was very impressed with being addressed by my name when I walked in for them to evaluate my truck! I will definitely recommend them and utilize their services again!

Righteous Autos accommodated me very quickly, finished the service in s very timely and charged me much less than a dealer or other body shop/service center would... all without sacrificing quality of craftsmanship. They even added an oil change and tire rotation at the last second for me. I’ll be back again and again!

Had a rear wheel bearing needed replacing. When I brought the car in, they got to my estimate right away. The cost was very reasonable and they were able to get me in the next day. Car runs well. Happy with the service and would consider using them in the future.

Righteous Auto has serviced my cars for 7+ years. From oil changes and brakes to bigger jobs, I trust their diagnostics, know the job will be done right and that I’ll be treated fairly. Tough combination to beat.

I wish i could post pictures on here, I had my brake lines done and has to be the most hacked job I’ve ever seen, nothing is tucked at all just plastic zip tied to the bottom of the frame, and a huge loop by the exhaust god for bid Something is in the road the line will be ripped right off. Absolutely no pride in there work.

I stopped into this shop the other day with a question about my car. The manager randy was very helpful and was able to help me in the spot. Very professional and informative. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family.

I received a flyer in the mail, and immediately went online to make a reservation for an oil change. After a week of no response, I called the shop, left a message, and from that never received a call back. Apparently, they have enough business and dont need any new customers. I guess I will continue to go elsewhere.

Went in for oil change and got so much more they checked all the fluids the tire pressure took pictures and diagnose what was wrong with my car sent pictures to me on my email went over it with me . Would definitely have them service My car. .

These guys are wonderful!I Pulled in today with no warning and asked if they would check my vehicle for a sound coming from my wheels .I was concerned about making it to work safely. Without hesitation they took it for a test drive and discovered my lug nuts were dangerously loose,(thanks to new tires from Walmart a few days prior) As busy as they are the mechanic still without question solved the problem on the spot.:)I believe they help spare me from what could have been a serious accident and for that I am truly grateful. My mom recently bought a a used PT Cruiser and it runs really well for an older car and the exterior and interior are in great condition. It meets her needs and was affordable; the car buying experience was pleasant and not stressful. We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good used car. Over priced for one .2my truck barely made it home.i advised when I dropped the vehicle off that it has a misfire code and I was told it would be looked at.this shop is very unprofessional and has no business representing that they are a auto repair shop.now I have to take my car in to anothershop to make sure it was properly serviced. DONT TAKE YOUR AUTO TO THIS SHOP

I am dealing with this Auto services from past 1 year and can says they provide the best auto service in Racine.I have visited other dealers for service and they over charged for the things not required.This guys are straightforward and honest and does not try to over charge you.First time i went to this guys for checking engine light and they charges me 25 dollars and some other dealer was quoting 85 dollars for the same.I would strongly recommend this for any your auto service.

My nephew bought a car and when he got home he realized there was only a key for the ignition and not for the doors. He called and went back and they cant find the door key and said hes SOL! No key, no $ back, no help! Terrible business practice! Money first and customers last! Beware when looking at a car at this place!

A sorry place to have any repairs done two back brackes over 900.00 dollars ,no detailed invoice,no prices on labor or parts cost,if you like to be ripped off thats the place to go I would not recommend it to no one! There what give auto repair shops bad names

Service is very very very slow, might had to wait allllll day if I hadn’t said something. Called before I came in, was told they had no one scheduled for the same service I was seeking. Long story short, my car sat for forty minutes in the garage before they even lifted a finger. Keep to your schedule, lol.
