Read the reviews and saw alot of negative pictures with cuticles cut, this made me visit for myself. I am certainly glad I did because BeBe did a wonderful job. It was well worth the chance I took. My vacation nails are great and she was friendly with a great price.

I came here after nails 1st messed me up last week (crooked nails) they fixed me back up so I returned today for new nails..very pleased

Brought my daughter there to get a manicure for her birthday. The man doing the manicures was very rude to her. He would aggressively grab her hand and sling it to the side and would repeat with the other. He cut her several places and caused her cuticle area to be red and tender. Hurting her during her first experience getting a manicure is absolutely ridiculous but to top it off he insulted my daughters appearance! She was so embarrassed and humiliated! I was about to have a few choice words when she stopped me and begged me not to say anything. She was so embarrassed that she just wanted to get out of there. The manicure was absolutely horrible the nails were crooked and pointed upward (see photos the pinkish purple nail polish with flowers on one nail). She couldnt even keep the nails on for a day because she was in so much pain. I had to go to the drug store to and get acetone to remove them. I am appalled and outraged at the way she was treated. I wouldnt even rate this place one star. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!!!

The gentleman that did my nails would hardly speak to me and got acrylic all over my fingertips. The nails themselves are uneven. All my requests were unheard. Anytime I talked to him I would never get a response or even a look my way. The store was dirty and all the products were almost out or seemed old. I feel bad leaving such a bad review but it was horrible.

Went to get gel polish on my natural nails. The place is filthy, peoples fingernails on the work stations, dust and dirt everywhere, etc. My color didnt turn out at all what I wanted. The label must have been uv bleached cause it looked like a mauve-pinkish color. Nope. Bright neon orange with sparkles in it.....he slapped the polish on in a hurry that it was goopy in places and when i said something he said I know Im going to file it off. Well my nails look awful. Bumpy with the spots where it was globbed on and they couldnt cure right cause it was so thick that the gel cracked in several places not even 20 min after getting them done. The polish is uneven so its caked on my cuticles and then you can see the tips of my fingernails. Its the day after and the polish underneath is still not fully dry. It has the consistency of a stress ball. Huge waste of money

So I took my girlfriend and my daughter here as a surprise, and wow! The staff were awesome with my girlfriend and my seven-year-old daughter, not to mention they had really great personalities and actually talk to all of us. for being 7 years old my daughters toenails actually stayed painted for more than a week. My daughter aint girlfriend were extremely happy with everything that they got done!

Just got my gel nails redone. Theyre lovely! Ask for Vee. He was gentle, answered all my questions and did a fine job.

The guy who did my daughters nails made her bleed in two spots. Will not be going back to this shop ever again

Had 1015 appointments with friends and at noon I was the only one not taken care of for my fill in. Never again worst service ever. Nice ladies doing theverything pedicures but only 1 man for nails and he took 3 others and never spoke to me.

The floor was nasty! They passed around files that were not cleaned and used by many. Unsanitary!! Hoping and praying I dont get some nail fungus. Would not recommend if you value your health.

Vee was awesome. This is my first time here and was absolutely thrilled with the way my nails came out and really enjoyed the conversation with Vee. He is very professional and very personable. This is the first place in Tennessee (since moving here 2 years ago) that I finally found and I will plan to always get my nails done. Thank you Vee and cant wait to get the Mascara you demonstrated as well.

Girlfriend was told to wait 30 minutes for her pedicure and once the 30 minutes was up, was promptly told to leave and come back the next day. Awful treatment

I arrived at 5pm and waited for an hour then left. During that hour I had to listen to a manicurist talk (loudly) about inappropriate topics that I found to be completely unprofessional and annoying. That same manicurist waited on a lady who walked in 15 minutes after me. Obviously I cant rate the quality of service because I didnt get the chance to experience it. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to a mani/pedi.

Very unprofessional. They come in late (even though you have an appointment for first thing in the morning) and spend the entire time talking to each other about their escapades from the night before. The conversations these women have are inappropriate for a place of business that serves the public. Dont get me wrong, if you wanna go out and party all night, go for it, thats your business, but, its your business, not mine and not everyone else in the salon either.

Rude. Long wait. Wont go back.
