Ive been going to Lotus for years, since I worked in the area and I could get a pedi during lunch. I changed jobs 6 years ago and continue driving back to NE Broadway because they do great work, theyre kind and I dont feel like theyre talking about me in front of my face. I love the selection of polish, I always get gel and the polish stays without chipping. Its clean, quiet and relaxing.

I have been going here for over 5 years, mostly for pedicures. The quality has deteriorated. Very kind service, but the quality has gone south. The seasoned clinicians have always been thorough and attentive. The younger ones need better training. I will be looking elsewhere.onesyounger

They are not as warm-hearted as they used to be. The manicurist didn’t greet me or look at me once. Spent about 20 minutes less time with me for a mani-pedi than they used to. Not inclined to continue going there. Bummed about it.

I have been here several times for manicures and pedicures. Excellent service. Clean environment. They are following the Covid -19 protocols with masks being required and practicing social distancing. I was appalled to find this NOT to be the case at Plumeria Nail Salon where several employees were not wearing masks even though they advertise that that they are REQUIRED. Irresponsible and dangerous to be putting their customers at risk. Kudos to LOTUS for doing the right thing and providing great services too!

Lani and the young man did my nails. This was one of it first nail salon experiences. Both technicians were very friendly and gave my sister and I a lovely experience!

First time experience was awesome! Lani did an amazing job and listened to me when I described what I wanted. I walked in at 6pm, 1 hour before close but I did not receive any bad attitude for walking in so late. Lani was cute and fun and was excited to do a cute design that I had asked for. Many other salons I have been to act very impatient when I ask for anything above one plain colour, so this was refreshing to me. She seemed genuine, instead of just making conversation to boost her tip like some technicians do. I appreciated her sincerity. My nails look great, I am very thrilled!!

This place is awesome. Id been having a rough day and really just wanted a nice, relaxing pedicure. I forgot to ask the gentleman his name, it wasnt Kevin. Oh man. That was the best pedicure Ive had in quite some time. The salon was nice and quiet, I was given a warm neck pillow during the pedicure...I almost fell asleep. This place is a diamond in the rough. There are plenty of nail salons to go to up and down Broadway but Lotus is a small slice of heaven. They also do eyelash extensions, tinting, and waxing. 10/10 would recommend and will be back VERY soon for a much needed manicure.

Im a perfectionist so it may not be fair that Im giving a 4 star review. Kevin did my full acrylic set. He was patient and good at his job. I even ruined my nail TWICE and they kindly fixed it for me. Everyone was sweet to my kids and they gave me a student and cash discount. However, I paid extra for files that I never received so Ill be charged next time I return. Also, my right thumbnail acrylic didnt reach over my entire natural nail so its a bit deformed. Like I said, Im a perfectionist. Nice little shop with good customer service though.

I am sad to have to give this to stars, since I love this place and they have a great selection of colors and prices, but there is a woman working there who absolutely should not be a nail technician. She is an older woman and one of the only two shop technicians who does acrylic nails. She made me bleed three times within the course of the first 10 minutes...

I come a bunch of time in the past because the service was good and the technician were super nice. But recently, everything have gone down hill. My Delux treatment was barely 15min! I wasn’t able to enjoy anything out of it. I now refuse to have the technician name Mia, I believe, do my nail because she rush my service so much and she clearly didn’t put in any effort at all. I use to love this place, but now I guess I have to find a better place that would give me better and more enjoyable service.

Cramped seating that is almost shoulder to shoulder for nail services. The nail technicians are friendly but exhausted and stressed out. Paid 30 bucks to have acrylics popped off and shellac polish put on. Seems a bit steep for only prying off old acrylics and then just painting my nails. When i was going to pay heard two different prices as if they were just making up what i should pay. First it was 20 bucks then 2 minutes later it was 30 bucks. Not going here again.

Great little shop with very kind staff. Pedi tubs are drained and cleaned after every use. Place is in a great location for popping in after work.

Small, quite, and clean. The staff know their business. Some irritation shows during customer interaction. Not sure if it was a language or cultural barrier. Would go there again!

Excellent treatment, caring professionals, peaceful atmosphere....

I had a Shellac done on a Thursday and within two days several nails were chipping and two nails the polish had peeled off. I went back on Monday to have the polish removed I had to wait and then was left with the remover/foil on my nails for 15 minutes. Finally soneone can and removed the polish and when she was done she said that will be $5.00. I really did not think this was fairI thought it should have been of no charge since it had only been 4 days.

They are amazing!!!!!

Been going here for about 2 yrs. Very clean with friendly staff. Almost always enough staff to handle walk-ins anytime.
