I went in to get a pedicure. I sat in cold water for 15 minutes. I wasnt told to pick out a color ahead of time. I assumed they had swatches that I could pick from, not the case, I had to get out of the water to go choose a color. The massage was primarily focused on my shin, not my calf or foot, it actually hurt. The Manny was not much better. My nails look like I painted them myself, there is still nail polish on my skin, and my cuticles are still ragged. I was told to leave a tip, not asked. So now I am leaving my opinion as well. Dont waste your time or money here. You could tell the person providing the service did not care one bit about the quality of work.

I went in today and it was good at first but then Donna cut me in more than 3 fingers, and was honestly rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend. I have bumps on my nails and fuzz in my nails. She also did not do my nails at all like the picture I showed her.I paid 50 dollars in total, it was like just throwing away 50 dollars.

I got a dip powder set, first half experience was okay. Not only did the nail tech hurt me with the nail grinder she left residue once my nail cured she used her nail to scratch it off my skin near cuticles.

I walked in for a shellac manicure and was taken care of right away. My technician was wonderful. I spent less time than I expected there but did not feel like my manicure was rushed at all. My technician is very good at her job! I would recomend this salon to anyone who needs a manicure.

Recently my nail artist retired, and my mother-in-law referred me to tiffany here at Nails by Donna. I must say, I am impressed, after over a decade of square nails, I tried a coffin hombre and they turned out to be beautiful!! Tiffany is sweet, fast, and I can tell she is a perfectionist. I have definitely found my new nail tech. She was up front about the cost, which I appreciated, and it is very reasonable.

For a full set it was 25 and for a fill 15.50.

Nails by Donna is the only salon that I will be a return customer for. They always work efficiently without making me feel like theyre rushing. I would definately recommend them to anyone. They do walk ins and by appointment

One of the best places in Portland to get your nails done. I walk out every single time absolutely in love with my nails. The girls here really know what theyre doing.

I knew this was the one. Jeni (not sure but close pronunciation) was so gentle, courteous, friendly & everything my manicurist in California is!!!!Thanks so much❤❤❤

Love this place, I always go here. Although this place isnt fancy and nice, they do the same quality of work as another fancier more expensive nail place. They have reasonable prices and dont charge you for ridiculous things. They are nice and dont complain/not snobby when you want to change something or tell them to correct something that seems off to you. They also take their nice when it isnt extremely busy.

They were awesome. My nail tech, I didnt get her name, took her time to make sure my nails looked great. She even helped me pick out the color because all I knew was that I wanted 1 nail painted red. I will definitely go back.

If you are new to the area as I am. Save your time and money. The old ass lady that also does brows is by far the worse! And she has a bad attitude after she *ucks you up. The manager is no help. Her work also sucks. Those two take no pride in their work.If you do go here only have the younger ladies touch you. They still show pride in their work.

Donna is no joke and will argue with customers, no shame. They do pretty good nails and pedicures. Not my first choice to say the least because of customer care, But it is up the street from me so I have gone here a few times.

Got my eyelash extensions done here. Usually when I pay 80+ dollars for some lash extensions I expect them to put in some time and effort. Instead when they were all done I looked in the mirror I saw half my lashes sticking out and half drooping down. When I asked the lady why, she answered that she had chosen to do bunches of 10+ lashes at a time! This made them heavy and droopy. She said that if she did single lashes (which is what lash extensions are) it would take too much time! That also meant that she used huge globs of glue which were so big and shiny that’s all anyone noticed when they saw my lashes. Those globs of glue have been poking me into my eyes for about 2 weeks and when my own lashes started to grow out it would overweight them and broke them! Today I had enough! I bought lash extension remover and soaked my lashes in that until it dissolved the glue and with some help we took them off. Sadly not only the false lash bunches came off, but also all of mine :( I have had my lashes done and have taken them off with the same stuff before and I always had all of mine intact. Today I was so disappointed with this Salon I wanted to cry.On the positive side, the same day they also dyed and waxed my eyebrows, and they didnt mess those up, so I do appreciate that.

Cliff Notes: RUDE.Unfriendly.Customer service? No such thing.Just want to close the place at 6pm. Might as well change your hours.From the moment I stepped into this place, I was treated as if I did something wrong. Showed up on time for my 6:15pm appointment. Even called ahead to let them know I had a little 6 year old that wanted to have a full pedicure- she would be the only one getting worked on. On the call, they let me know it would be $8 for her nails painted only and $15-20 for a full pedicure.Great! We get there and they didnt even want to greet us. I let them know I was there for the appointment and we wanted the full pedicure. Oh, theres no time for that. Ok. We get her nails painted and they still arent very friendly. In the end, Im charged $14 total ($1 was for the buffer kit). How did $8 turn into $14? Also, there was still 25 minutes left until they closed AFTER she had been sitting for 5-10 minute with her nails painted in the chair. They DEFINITELY had time to do the full pedicure and make a little girls day.All in all, they were rude. Had it in their head the type of customer I would be the moment I walked in. Find a better place that actually has nice people and is worth it.

Git lip and chin wax and the lady I thought did well until I looked in my car mirror I still had a bit of hair on my lip. Called and went back. She finally did the full job but didnt wipe the wax off full. Lets just say, for my 1st time it will also be last.The ladies are nice but lets do quality work if thats your job and ppl are paying for a service. I could have did this in my bathroom. Lol

3rd time getting my nails done (First 2 times at Clackamas mall) first time at nails by Donna and Im in love with my nails. This will be my go to nail salon. They also cleaned up my eyebrows and my upper lip. My total was $42 with regular short coffin nails. The only thing wrong was the smell of nail polish but its worth it when you get beautiful nails.

Got my nails done here and was talked out of getting a lame color and was shown all these crazy beautiful color options. UH-MAZING. Great selection, granted you have to pick your color from the selection on the wall. They dont have a sample selection to pick from, so you really have to hunt for a color.The nail tech (sorry! I forgot your name!!!) was very sweet and knowledgeable. She fixed my broken nail with an acrylic base with no extra charge. Will definitely be back. :)

Friendly and good services

Donna is always really rude, and they refused to fix my nails when they messed them up. I was very polite when I asked. They don’t do good work. Other salons will go out of their way to fix their mistakes, and satisfy customers, and want people to see how great your nails look so they gain more business, but not Nails by Donna. Nope they are foremost the absolute worst salon to go to. 👎🏻 Thumbs down to this one!!!!

Love this place!!! My wife has seen donna for more then 20yrs. I recommend setting a reservation, they get very busy and the fastest way to get in is this way! Great ladies.

Really nice lady talk to me the entire time but made it my nails too short and throw a fit when I pick the wrong color and switch it out for black when I had already paid and didn’t fix it when I ask to make them longer if u go make sure u ask for Donna only

I live close by, so I try to hit up all the nearby nail salons. I’ve tried this one two times, well, I can’t say I actually experienced a service because they were down right rude to me & never got past the unpleasant greeting. They were busy the first time, so I let it go, but not the second time. They clearly profiled me. The mean ones were young, so I hold them most accountable. Their behavior is inexcusable, and they do t care how they come across. Although they ate the only nail salon open on Sundays I refuse to go there.

Felt rushed my friend felt like they didnt do as much on her feet as the did on another ladies and was getting more removed herself then they did want to do it with my friend but I had to wait for 15 Mon or so Linda sucked was not my plan then painted. My friends toes with old polish so it wouldnt dry we had to remove our towle ourself .then felt like I was in the way as they cleaned up standing over me like ya gonna move cause they wanted to go home.

I have been to many places to get nails done. I love this place, they do a really good job. I take my 11 year old daughter to get her nails painted by them and she has a blast.

I went there to get a gel manicure, and it turned out sloppy. The lady who did my nails was also the manager of the salon. When I tried to mention something while she was doing the nails, she said dont worry I will fix it after its dried. Later, the finished look was very sloppy. Because I complained, the manager started defending herself and blaming me. She was being LOUD, RUDE and INAPPROPRIATE! She erased my nails, and told me to leave!There are much better nail salons around the area, where they will treat you like a valued customer!

Skip it if you want a human connection and some decent customer service. I have been turned away 3 times because I just want eyebrows waxed and not spending money on anything else. I got a mani and pedi here once and it was done well but I just havent needed one recently. Their tone pf voice is harsh and they tell you they dont have time for eye brows as people are waiting to get nails done. I would have been happy to wait pr come back another time, but NO, they just care if you do or dont.

I refuse to go back to this place. The lady that was doing my nails was rude and spent more time talking to her coworker and another customer than focusing on what she was doing to my hands, which was filling them to the point of pain.
