Great chairs. We went on a Sunday at around 3 and it wasnt too busy. My mom got a pedicure and fell asleep why they were messaging her feet so you know it was good lol. My full set has lasted a month and theyre the best Ive had done. This place is pretty good. You can usually get in pretty quickly, even without an appointment, except on Saturday afternoons.

I had a flight delay and didnt have a chance earlier to get my pedicure and brows done. Rosa fit me in right away and was so fun to chat with! She was efficient and talented! I may make this stop a habit! I made it back to PDX via the MAX in time to find out there was one more delay... What a weekend of flight delays!

Amazing staff!!! Quick and clean experience. The nail technician here can do any design you show them. The lady that did my nails this time was very detailed and took her time. I actually really love the way they turned out this time! So I will definitely come back here again :)

Ive been getting acrylics for a very long time and Ive never had my nails not lift until I found this place. I got a full set of acrylics and showed her a picture I found off of Pinterest and she completely delivered. She is a perfectionist and made sure the nails were even and the designs were identical. 10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

My friend took me here, she is the owner and has a very good technique, this shop is a family shop, the staff here is very cute, working very professionally. Really disappointed. It was my first and last time at this salon and I dont normally leave bad reviews but, I left this place feeling very upset.I was talked into using the powder vs. the gel application. When I asked what the price difference was he told me it was only $5, so of course I agreed. At check out he charged me extra and when I asked him about the price he lied to me and said that he was referring to something else (French tip?) - I was confused and frustrated. I walked out of there with a Meh nail job, that I completely overpaid for. I wont be coming back.

I been coming here for two or three years now Sophie does my nails and pedicure she does such amazing work and takes her time at what she does she is such a sweet Lady. Vy also does amazing work and is a great person. I highly recommend these two for sure.

1st the tech asked me what I wanted and then tried to sell me everything on the menu. I told her repeatedly....classic pedi and then she sort of shamed me for not wanting to upgrade. They are not clean and do not ask for my kit but instead just use whatever they have. The noise of all the tech talking to each other is deafening, not quiet or tranquil for the client to relax. I had to ask my tech to ask the child who was roller skating back and forth in the salon while her adult was receiving a treatment to knock it off and sit down. The tech who greeted me when I arrived sat curled up in a pedicure chair and barley looked up from her phone. After I picked my color I stood in front of her and after about 2 minutes I had to ask her where I should sit. This was my 2nd time there and the 1st was just as bad. When my tech had a regular show up she told her to take a seat and it would just be about 10 min. She had just begun my pedi...10 minutes? I got the bums rush and a bad pedi. Needless to say, I will NEVER return and I think the dept of health should check the place out.

Híen did a great job on my nails. She took her time and was very patient and kind. The place was clean and spacious. People wore their masks correctly and it felt safe.

Came here to enjoy a pedicure with my 10 yr old daughter-- who does not ever want to go get a pedicure, so this was suppose to be relaxing and special. I asked for a basic pedicure for my daughter w/ regular polish and I was supposed to get a slightly upgraded pedicure w/gel polish. From the beginning the tech kept asking if my daughter wanted gel because it will last longer (which I already know, but my daughter did not want)-- eventually the nail tech sold us both when she highlighted the drying time. I was completely fine w/paying the extra, especially since my daughter was enjoying her time(her tech completed pedi service well). However, I DID NOT get the basic service of a simple pedi; in which is supposed to include: toe trim, cuticle cut, exfoliate, foot scrub, callus remover, foot massage, and polish. Well I received toe trim, cuticle cut, feet dipped in water and polish. Once mentioned, the nail tech apologized several times and mentioned it was her 1st day! I understand being new, but I was still baffled that the basic components of a pedicure was missed. I was offered for her to complete the missed services, though to me that defeated the purpose because those services should have been provided b4 my toes were even painted. Eventually, I was offered $10 off for the gel polish. I left dissatisfied/disappointed as I didnt get the service I was expecting and some of my toes are uneven and polish job is not the best... if I would have known, I definitely would have paid more elsewhere to get the experience I was expecting.

I LOVE this place. I went their for the first time today with a 9:00 AM appointment. The salon is large with 20 pedicure stations, clean and nicely decorated. I had the best pedicure Ive ever had with a great leg and foot massage. My manicure was equally as nice. The staff is very friendly, joking around and social. Ann was my manicurist, she was great. and I will always ask for her in the future.

We have been here with family groups in the past always great, came in the fall doors were open, workers had masks. Yesterday the owner was rarely wearing a mask and for about 20 minutes a group of employees sat close to her watching TV. No masks. I wont be back, sad because my favorite nail tech is there.

I love getting manis and pedis here, but the lady who gave me a coffin solar set did a pretty bad job. Theyre lumpy and mishaped, uneven. The thumbs are squared rather than coffin shaped.

I took my 2 daughters and myself to get mani and pedi. I paid extra for a service for my girls and tipped above normal and both of my daughters nails look great. My nails 1 week later are horrible. See photo. I work in an office setting. I will not go back. Other salons have better quality.

Walking in there made me a little nervous because there was nobody in there and there were a lot of workers just hanging around but they did a great job I have a hard time finding a nail salon that can do natural coffin acrylic nails but they listened to what I wanted and they turned out great

I had the best treatment and experience at this salon! I had a nice woman named pong who did a beautiful job on my pedicure as well as the acrylics with a marble design I asked for. She was extremely skilled and had a bubbly personality. I would recommend this salon to anyone and not only are they able to do nails but they did a beautiful job on my friends lash extensions!

The gentleman that did my fill with 2 fixes did nothing but talk bad about my previous nail job they charged me $51 for a fill and 2 fixes next day 1 came off 3rd day 2nd one lifted on the nail police 3rd nail came off later in the evening so went back for them to fix not only did they charge me again ($10) they look absolutely horrible. Horrible services

Unfortunately this place has gone down in professionalism, cleanliness, and service.. they completely lost my business for good. Me and my 2 daughters went in for manis/pedis. They raced through them not even fully providing the services we were paying for. They were extra pushy with additional services i had clearly declined from the beginning. One tech was not wearing mask. The techs who were sitting on the empty chairs, no mask and coughing 😒 I normally dont post reviews like this but this experience was truly not good.

I had an amazing experience today at Nail Garden! I am here on a business trip and decided to treat myself. Their prices were great and they did the entire experience, not skipping on anything. My nail tech was patient and kind, and he had to work extra hard, going over and over again because of how much Ive let my nails go. It is absolutely worth the trip, especially if you are looking for something professional and great close to the airport and a walk in, this is the place for you!

I paid over 100 dollars for poor quality nails that within a week 3 fell off so I went back to have them fixed not knowing that a fill was going to cost 60 dollars plus a horrible eyebrow wax. Again a week later 3 nails off again. I want to be done with this place but feel I should get my nails fixed for free being that I didnt get the quality service I paid for.

You can probably find fancier salons in other areas but they have a large amount of pedi and Mani stations, usually never a long wait and Ive always been pleased with the job they have done. Worth the price here and you wont be spending forever getting your nails done.

The space is light and airy, no nasty fumes typically found in nail salons. Service is super friendly, its very clean and they have tons of colors and magazines. Have a great experience here. Today was my first time going and it was an great experience. My nail tech was spectacular. She had her routine down pack! She didnt skip a step and asked me how I wanted my nails, what I wanted to drink, and took a double look to ensure that my nails were perfect. The staff was incredible funny and a great environment overall. I will be going back.

Just wanted gel removal which I saw was $5 on their brochure and the young woman then asked me for $11 after when I asked how much. I pointed to the brochure and said it’s only $5 to which she looked dumbstruck. Please train your employees to be honest and know the actual price of things and not try to cheat me. I still gave a 40% tip because I’m nice but I will never go back to where people don’t have integrity.

My sister and I were visiting from out of town and stopped in to get manicures and pedicures. The ladies that helped us where so nice and friendly and our nails look lovely. We will definitely keep this place in mind next time we are in the area.

I normally really like this place but today made me look at the staff very different. I called an hour ahead of time and asked if I could get a full set and my daughter could get just some basic nail polish on her nails. They scheduled it, I showed up a little early which I didn’t mind waiting. Nobody greeted me and the woman I usually go to who I scheduled for, who normally gets me when she’s done was getting her nails done by another worker. I waited 30 minutes for her to finish, once she finished she and multiple other workers just stared at me with my daughter like what the hell am I waiting for. She sat there with her feet up on a chair and they all chatted as if I wasn’t sitting there waiting... I’m very disappointed, and will never return again. I left after driving 45 minutes there and waiting another 40 for nothing. Went to another salon and got excellent customer service. 👍🏻 Oh, and who ever reads this I don’t think it’s very sanitary for your workers to be eating and preparing food all over the tables people get their nails done at, it’s gross.

One hand looks like it needs a fill already! The other one has super uneven tips and the shape is really crooked. Wont be going back. Also they use super dirty toe nail clippers for your fingers.

I didn’t want to leave a negative review but after 3 times of coming here and having the same issue (I know, why did I keep coming back?).. I decided it was time. There being a language barrier is no excuse for not knowing what you are paying for. There is always something extra added at the end that you had no idea about (did not approve) and when trying to confirm with them based on their prices in writing on the brochure it’s just a never ending back and forth between everyone at the salon and still no explanation. The work I’ve had these past 3 times is OK, nothing spectacular. Not coming back due to lack of transparency when it comes to pricing.

I’ve been coming here consistently for the last 5-6 months, every 2/3 weeks. Their customer service is great, the atmosphere is relaxing, and they always make recommendations if they feel like they can enhance what you’re looking for, and if you’re not interested that’s okay too. Jeff has done my nails pretty consistently and always does amazingly.

I never leave reviews but this was my second time having terrible service. I used to go here all the time but in the past few years it has gotten horrible.Back in September I had gone in to have my nails done before going to Disneyland and wanted rose gold glitter nails. First off I just wanted my natural nails (which I had grown out for this) painted. He cut them all off and started grinding them then proceeded to pull out the acrylic nails... Not once did I mention that I wanted acrylic. I proceeded to cut him off and said that I just wanted my natural nails. He then seemed upset with me and became even more short with me and didnt talk to me. Once he finished up the color did not look anything like the color I had asked for.. he put regular gold on my nails saying that it was the same as the rose gold color. There was barely any glitter on them so I said that I wanted more so they got a more gold color and put that over the top.Just recently I decided to go back and give it another shot.. BIG mistake. I had a pedicure and a manicure (if what you really want to call it that). During my pedicure that gal was trying to pick off a small scab from a cut I had gotten from my dog which was hurting me. I wasnt even close to finishing up and another gal had came up and laid a towel over the arm rest and started filing my nails and removing my cuticles. Because of her rushing she cut into my cuticle which had caused a bleed. She proceeded to say sorry over and over. Once I was finished up with my pedicure they didnt even ask what type of manicure I wanted. She started to paint my nails and rubbed my hands for about two minutes on each then said finished. When I went to pay they were expecting to get a tip and were watching to see what I would leave them. Um no thats not how it works.Safe to say I will NOT be going back there again and wish I could give less than one star. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Nail Garden is the most professional and cleanest nail salon in the Portland area. They always fit you in as an appointment or as walk ins and all of the nail technicians always make anything possible. Prices are reasonable and I promise you, you will always leave here happy!!

Stay away! Super rushed. They barely spoke to me, just gestured. I asked for a shellac manicure, they heard full set??? So they instantly clipped off all my natural length before I could even tell them what shape and length I wanted. Used the drill to take off old polish, pulling off some skin around my nails. Then made me bleed with the clippers and didnt use a styptic pencil to stop the bleeding. I now have stubby nails with a bad shellac job. Still charged me full price! Will not be back.

Ive tried two nail salons in that area and have been disappointed.I saw NAIL GARDEN take over the cozy little space between Portland and I decided to give them a try and they did a great job and theyre super-efficient.I cant remember the last time Ive gotten out of a salon in under 50 minutes with nails dry and beautifully manicured so if youre pressed for time or on your way to dinner, youll be in and out in no time.Its a modest little space and very clean (a must for a nail salon). They also do waxing so in 2-3 weeks once my gel nails need a re-do, Im entrusting NAIL GARDEN to my brows, too.

I am in love with my nails! I popped in during my lunch break at work because it was close to my job. I called and made an appointment before going just to make sure I would have time to get them done and they were very accommodating and professional and actually stuck to my appointment time. The ambiance of the shop itself was very nice, super relaxing and great vibes. Super sweet staff members, and even though there was a little bit of a language barrier, they made me feel right at home. Ive been getting so many compliments because the shape and size of the nails actually match my fingers because the young lady (and I wish I remembered her name) took her time getting everything just right. This is my new go to place for nails!

Went on fathers day with my grand daughter. Very fast at taking us in first the water was hot both people made our toes bleed my granddaughter had one i had three bleed. Then when put towle on my leg burning hot. then sprayed my toes with alcohol and it hurt like hell because of the cut. I have been there other times better service but not today not going back my toe still hurts been 5 hours since i left

Ive been coming here since I was young with my mom. They remember us by name and give us hugs. Ive tried other salons and this by far the best.

I went in on Friday for dip powder nails. They lady wouldnt even let me pick a color before starting work on one hand. I showed her photos of what colors I wanted, but she wasnt any help and kept rushing me. I ended up with red instead of burgundy. I just left because she didnt help with color anyway. I figured at least its Christmas time. I then had a hang nail right after leaving as all she did was file a little. No soak, nothing for my cuticles. Now here I am 3 days later and the dip powder that usually lasts me upwards of 3 weeks is broken off at the tips. Ive emailed and requested a refund. Well see if they stand by their work.

Initially, I loved this place. The staff is very kind. But I came home after a facial and a couple hours later I have a bright red mark on my chin. Now it looks like a 2nd degree burn. I want these people to succeed, since they were so nice. But, my chin looks so bad and actually hurts.

My wife and daughter were treated terribly. The place is dirty and they don’t use new nail files which could spread disease. They’ve told me they will never go back to this establishment again. I wish they would have read the reviews before they wasted their time and money.

Staff was very friendly but they have no source to help dry your nails which means you have to wait a long for them to dry and you dont even get yo your parking space and youve knocked 3 or 4 fingers! UGH!!! 💅

Probably the worst pedicure Ive ever had. The technician did a very basic job at a deluxe price. I dont think I will ever go back here.I received a pretty automated response from the owners... Asking me to call the salon at my earliest convenience. I am from out of town and paid for myself and my two daughters to come in and get a pedicure. All three of us felt it was a pretty poor pedicure and rushed, even though we had called ahead and made an appointment. I have no intention of calling the owners because I live in a completely different state and I dont feel the request for me to contact them was sincere. Next time Im in Oregon visiting we will schedule our pedicures someplace else. Some place smaller, perhaps, that wants new, and then repeat, business.

Did a great job on my feet

Despite having gone here almost exclusively for 2 years, not coming back. Appt. made. Arrived on time. Can you give us 10 minutes? Sure! After 35 minutes watched them seat a fill request that just walked in. I got up and asked if I should come back another time. Oh no-- so sorry, forgot you were waiting. Really? Then Im made to feel like a turd. If I wanted to feel invisible I could stay at work! And I tip well, but apparently this buys you nothing. Then the constant chattering and laughing. I really liked this place but I got the idea they couldnt care less about me as a customer so BYE.

Terrible service. Very pushy for you to upgrade your service, when I didn’t he was very rude and did not even do the basics such a clipping my toe nails or cuticles. He rushed through everything and was very awkward. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The menu states an 8 min leg massage he barley rubbed the lotion into my skin.

I wouldn’t even give these people a “1”. All they want is your money they don’t care one thing about you after getting your money. Cause injury to my dads finger and told my mom she didn’t have to come back anymore after she requested a fix on her nail. My parents are 83 and 87 years old. Never ever again.

First, I’d like to note that I’m not someone who gets manicures very often. I don’t like to spend money on things for myself. After going to the Nail Garden, I must say that it will now be part of my monthly “must haves”. I was treated like a queen, but didn’t have to part with very much of my paycheck. They were prompt and friendly and I would certainly recommend them to other girls looking for a manicure – or guys too, for that matter.

I have been to the nail garden before and the pedicure was fine. Tonight I went and they were completely finished with my pedicure in 15 minutes. 2 minute massage if that, they pressured me into getting the wax and my calluses arent removed. I am VERY disappointed. This was the worst pedicure of my life. Never coming back, when there are so many other places with the same price point that take their time and do a good job.

The gal that gave me my deluxe mani with gel was super friendly. She was very deliberate in her paint strokes and I was very happy with the finished product.

Never in a million years did I think I was going to be writing a review for a pedicure, but here I am writing one for Nail Garden. My sister was in town from Tacoma and she, my nieces and I were all going out to lunch when she pointed at Nail Garden and asked if Amber (my wife) had ever heard of it. I explained she hadn’t found a nail salon in Portland that she liked and had taken to doing her own nails. My sister thought it’d be fun if we all got a pedicure and after a little encouragement from my nieces – my feet were soaking and I was in heaven. Maybe all guys get pedicures and keep it a secret, or maybe all nail salons aren’t as great as Nail Garden. One thing is for certain, my wife is happy that she found a salon that knows how to take care of her babes.

Gel manicure did not last, and worst of all I got athletes foot from my pedicure! Foot tubs are not cleaned at all, just rinsed. Definitely will not be going back and will not recommend to others.

Great place to have your nails taken care. We had a wedding party there and we were well satisfied. Best place I know in Portland and Vancouver. Come see it for yourself.

Me and my bestie came in to get a manicure the lady who did my nails did a poor job and she charged me for the shape but I got round they usually only charge for coffin shape. The guy who did my besties nails made the thumbs completely different shapes, one was square and the other round. The paint job was awful. Overall the expression wasn’t good.

One star!I have a warning for the businesses. You treat me as you appreciate me I will make sure to send people your way. You treat me like you doing me a favor for doing my nails, when I pay you $80 per visit and thats two times a month equals $160 per month. I dont have much patience... I dont know if there is more than one man who works here, but he did an awesome job on my nails. I am super obnoxious about them being perfect, and as natural looking as possible, and he did a great job. Completely forgot to ask his name though.

Ok so I wanted to wait a couple of weeks to write my review to ensure that it was accurate. I got my nails done on January 5rd... It is now 14th and my nails still look perfect...have a gel mani and such good quality this is definitely my go to place now. I had been going to another place but they havent been as great lately. My salon is now Nail Garden.I did not have to wait long at all when I went in but people definitely came in and waited while I was in the chair. The quality was so good I would have waited.

Usually whenever I come here, I always leave pretty happy but my last day off I came in to get my nails fixed, it felt rushed and I left with my nails different lengths and I was charged for matte black, only to receive nails where they were basic black, you could see through the black color due to not enough layers of nail polish, then I came in my next day off asking for them to fix it and was told it would cost me $40, I dont see how they think retaking all my nails off and redoing it and making me pay for their mess ups is customer service?
