Kim is the best, she did this nail art for me and it looked even better than the reference photo I showed her!! Good prices, fast service, and the nicest staff ever. They also give the best pedicures out of any salon I have ever tried. This is the only nail salon I will be going to from now on!

Kim is amazing!! She makes Pintrest dreams reality. My biggest issue is poor shaping and she does such an amazing job I don’t even pick at my nails anymore. I trust her image and process. 10/10 would recommend.

Kim is great with designs and they will try to do anything you want. Priced reasonably which I really like. Can always get me in that day and they do always listen to my suggestions.

I went in to get a gel manicure. 1) they had an issue with my previous gel manicure stating it was a fake nail... it was not 2) did not file it straight or smoothed out my nails 3) picked out a dark color expecting it to be dark in my nails and it weren’t (see picture for reference) 4) there is still nail polish all over my fingers 5) they kept saying how beautiful it is and it clearly isn’t.I paid $30 for this. Not going back.

I got an acrylic fill with this cute striped design! My previous set was done very badly at a different salon but the nail techs at Crystal Nails completely saved my nails! They did an amazing job with the fill and with the design that I wanted!

The nail tech ripped out a huge ingrown mail and cuticle from my big toe without my consent and now it is severely infected. I would be careful, this place gave me a bacterial infection.

Such a great experience at Crystal Nails! They were so kind and welcoming. I got acrylics done very gently and quickly, and they turned out beautiful. She noted that if I had a broken nail, I can make an appointment to get it fixed for free. I will definitely be coming back in the future to get them filled and try out their other services.

I live in salem and was recommended Crystal Nails by a co worker. They are the friendliest family and listen to what you want. The customer service was on point and prices are very reasonable. The drive is worth it and I highly recommend!!!

The picture of the nails from Pinterest is the nails I want done. But I got these nails. I asked of the employees before hand if they could do the nails from Pinterest. She said yes. And I waited almost 2 hours for nails that I didn’t even want. And it is regular nail polish on top of acrylic nails. I am not going there again.

This nail salon is very clean and the employees have exceptional customer service! Ann took the time to ensure I would be happy with a light shellac color by painting several coats and really took her time to make sure my nails looked perfect. They offer free mimosas, wine, and champagne as well. Highly recommend!

Swung in for a late pedi with my sister and niece and these guys were amazing! Tu gave an incredible massage and all of our nails came out so good! We were pleasantly surprised at how amazing it was for such a good deal. Our new regular spot for sure.

I had the BEST facial from Van today. She did an amazing job, not only giving me a complete facial, but also massaging my back, neck and arms. It felt wonderful and and it was so relaxing! We have been coming to Crystal Nails for years. We love the service and the people who work here. The business has fallen under new management and is improved, if you can believe that’s possible. They recently just finished an entire remodel- new massage chairs, new manicure station, new nail colors that have matching gel options! Love love love!

Just got my nails done there this afternoon. Walked in and was immediately taken care of which was so nice. I got the manicure with shellac nail polish and cat eye and it turned out so good! Im very happy with the results. Michael took very good care of me, the service was pretty simple. Not a long massage but this was probably the most efficient time Ive spent at a salon. Best nail place I’ve ever been to! The people are so kind and funny!!! They make the experience 10x better than any nail place I’ve ever been too! My mom and i have only been going more recently and every penny is worth it! The first time we ever went there they were close to closing and still took us in to let us both get pedicures. Second time here. The did a really good job on my fill. The best I have ever gotten. I dint really like how the staff kept jumping between clients. My nails were half way done and the person jumped to the next customer. The staff is really hard to understand. My fill that should have taken about 30-40 minutes is taking forever. I have been seating in the chair for over an hour at this point most of the time I have been waiting. Still no nail polish and it does not look like they are even going to paint my nails any time soon. Got asked what color I wanted about 20 minutes ago. The work is good and the wait is long. So have a lot of time when u are planning on coming here.

Alice gave me the most thorough mani/pedi I may have ever had today. She kept double checking herself and making sure it was perfect, and it was! Great massage, great selection of colors, nice people. It was very clean too, with liners in the pedicure bowls and the autoclave for the tools is where you can see it near the bathroom. The new owners have done a really nice job on the atmosphere too, no TV, nice chairs, and relaxing music choices. It was $38 for the mid-range tropical pedicure and $30 for gel manicure.

The lady who did my nails was nice. I went to get my nails done for the first time as a b-day present. But multiple nails came out uneven. Despite me asking her to fix it kindly more than once. I was told they would last 4 to 5 weeks and by 2 weeks I had lost a couple nails. I would like to point out that I managed not to hit them on anything. They simply just became loose and fell off. I spent 35$ dollars and dont plan on going back.

Excellent - The same day a friend treated me to a pedicure at LaBelle, I went directly to Crystal Nails to get a proper pedicure. LaBelle wanted extra to scrub my calluses and although I brought my own polish they charged $3 extra for a second under-color. I went in because I have 4 badly ingrown toenails which they did nothing for. They left my nails extra long & didnt clean under my nails. Niki @ CRYSTAL NAILS did everything I had expected in a pedicure and for less money. I can walk without pain now. Crystal Nails is the place to go. When I left Crystal Nails, I tried to contact the owner of LaBelle as I feel they owe my friend a refund since I had to go somewhere else to get a real pedicure. 2 phone calls and no one cared to return my call, not even to apologize for the lousy service.

Ive been going here for over 10 years- I love Crystal Nails, Beaverton! Ive never had a wait and if its prom season you will have a wait anywhere worth going to.Ive never had nails that looked gorgeous and lasted anywhere else. Michael is the best nail tech Ive ever seen! They made my solar nails beautiful and have always done a great pedicure on my husband and myself. They did a cute pedi on my daughter with pink and navy blue/white polka dots! They are so clean and always clean their pedi chairs and water. I highly recommend them! Were on our way there now.
