I had my armpits and brows waxed with Genevieve Collins and she’s amazing! She’s really nice and gentle. I’m not going to say it was pain free, since waxing is never pain free, but it definitely was tolerable and I left my session with no lingering pain. Definitely going to come back!

Genevieve is incredibly respectful and caring. She makes her clients as comfortable as possible. She takes her time to make sure you’re doing fine. She communicates well and lay out instructions just incase you’re new with waxing. I enjoyed our short conversations and will come back for another wax.

Such a great experience with both Genevieve and Niki. I don’t live in Portland but I made the two hour drive and I don’t regret it. I usually wax myself but for particular areas I have to have someone else wax and I was pleasantly surprised with such a great experience. I didn’t feel judged. I went to Nikki for my first ever Brazilian today. I’m overweight and was therefore extremely nervous to get this done. My nether regions aren’t as “picture perfect” as a thinner woman. Nikki was so extremely kind and welcoming. She never made me feel like an “other” and she imparted so much knowledge about waxing and hair growth. The process was fast and much less painful than I thought it would be. I am making my next appointment already and highly recommend this lovely woman if you’re looking for waxing.

I love coming here. My new favorite service I’ve ever had is the brow and lash makeover Niki does. When you have to wear a mask, and attend online meetings it’s nice to have your brows and lashes looking good. Niki is so good at what she does and she cares a lot about her clients.
