This was my first time sugaring, and I couldnt have had a better experience. Booking an appointment was easy to do online, and I received confirmation via e-mail and text. Melodee was super nice and guided me through the process and even laughed at my corny jokes. The finish product was very impressive and I highly recommend coming here for your sugaring needs.

I adore getting my products from Echo! Every skin care product I use comes from this boutique. I often get a free gift & its so fun! The products are so great, they seem to have an issue keeping them stocked consistently.I have also gotten my eye lashes tinted and lifted here once.

Ive loved Echo for years, primarily as a great local place to get natural beauty and skincare products, but I had been sleeping on their spa and sugaring services. Just got a facial as well as lip and brow sugaring from Melodee and am so pleased! My eyebrows looked sexy as hell immediately after, which is big for me because normally I hate them until at least a week after I get them done. Also, sugaring is the best hair removal experience, especially compared to threading, which I find to be more painful than getting tattooed. I was shocked hair was actually being removed because of how gentle it felt. I also really appreciated how thorough and detailed Melodee was throughout the services and after as she took the time to give me customized skincare advice. Thank you so much, Melodee!

My facial from Jami was an incredible experience. More than a facial, it truly was a whole-body experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the neck and shoulder massage as well. I left relaxed and happy with beautiful glowing skin. Product quality is top-notch, I ended up buying a couple of serums, a mask, and a lipid complex afterward. The next day, my skin looked even better. I cant wait for my next appointment —highly recommend it!

If you havent gone to this shop to see Jamie for a massage or facial you are missing out on a wonderful spa experience. Jamie provides a meditative calming experience that makes you feel like youve been on a mini-vacation. I always leave feeling revitalized.

I love Echo! Kimmer is incredible and gives the absolute best facials. I came in for micro needling but had a bad reaction to a Skinceuticals product I was using. She immediately suggested I do a facial and it was the most relaxing experience. Furthermore, a few days later, using Laurel organic plant-based products, my skin is almost completely healed. Jami, the owner is always so kind and inviting. I love that they carry such incredible brands: Ilia, Kosas, La Tierra Sagrada and my new favorite: Laurel! I am so picky when it comes to the products or services I like and this place always gets a 10/10 from me. Portland is so lucky to have a business as amazing as Echo!!

Ive been getting facials from Jami for at least 15 years. She is the best at her craft and trains her entire staff to meet her high standards. She is constantly improving her skills and knowledge through advanced training and seeks out only the best natural products available. She keeps my skin looking youthful and supple and I would not go anywhere else for my skin care needs.

I was skeptical at first. But upon trying this spot out I would recommend it to you. I have never tried sugaring or had a Brazilian wax. But now that I have I cant see shaving again. They were amazing to work with both on the day of my wedding but also for my makeup trial. The makeup was beautifully done and Hailey and Jami were perfect to hang out with while getting preped. Having them in the hotel room was fantastic. Highly recommend for a bride looking for makeup but remaining very natural and true to themselves.

This place has really great estheticians on staff that do excellent work. Ive been going to see Jamie, the owner, for my sugaring needs for many years. I refuse to go anywhere else. They also offer high quality natural makeup and skin care products and often hold events in their store from product representatives that allow you to become familiar with them while trying them out. Everyone is always friendly, pleasant to interact with, and very capable. They have a very loyal customer base. That says something!

I absolutely love Jami! She is professional but warm and I always leave feeling great! Ive gotten massages/facials and some waxing done with her and wouldnt even consider going anywhere else anymore. Came in to buy a makeup remover and got a good recommendation from the staff member there. Havent gotten any services there, but it seems like a clean place and knowledgeable staff.My only qualm was the expense. The product I bought was a little more than I intended to spend (which in the end is my own fault as I could have turned it down) and the prices of the services seem quite high, although I am not familiar with the area, so these may be in the competitive range for the location.

She understands the soil the plants were grown in, how they were harvested, and which types of skin need specific products.Parking is ample around their Portland location, Echo Natural has a great feel inside, and they have a Berkey water filter so you can enjoy fresh, filtered water and tea during your time there. That right there tells you that they understand full body health when it comes to facials.
