Anita, is very professional and loves her job. She is very determined and knows what she does as a very good service to her customers. She has very good vision how to shape eyebrows in very suitable way to suite the face and eyes. She is friendly lady and always her smile shows the good personality. I moved to Portland from Ohio 10 years ago & it took me about 2 years before I finally found a place that could do my brows the way I like. I absolutely adore Anita, but all of the girls are great. I have think light brows, and after I get them threaded & tinted they always look so full & fabulous. I will never go anywhere else as long as this place still exists. I never have to wait long , prices are great & the service is the absolute best!

I was originally going to go to the other eyebrow place because I wanted my eye brows tinted and waxed since I grew them out a lot but they lost their costumer for being unprofessional and being gone for over 30 min from their salon. The girl at studio 7 did 3 or 4 people in the time it took me to walk and wait for someone at Bollywood and come back she was free and needless to say she did an amazing job. Definitely not trying any new places and I am going to keep coming here I never have a bad experience.

I have been going to this place for years and always been very happy about my eyebrows. The staff is professional and friendly, and they listen to their clients needs to ensure everyone is satisfied with the service they get. The only people I trust with my brows. Any of the threaders will hook you up, but my favorite is Anita. I can tell her my concern and she does her absolute best to make sure I feel satisfied. The wait is never too long and they treat their regulars well. Highly recommend.

Always get my brows done here. Only place that gives me great results and just what I want every single time. My go to. I had to edit this a couple years after let me say that yes I do love getting my eyebrows here because of a particular women, she been at this kiosk stand for a while. Every time I’ve been seen by her she does an A+plus job, I always ask to have my eyebrows “shaped and keep them as thick as possible.” And she does just that. She’s an older women. I cannot remember her name, but next time I go I will get her name. The younger women that work here on the other hand have always left me eyebrows thin/ pieces of hairs still randomly here and there. I’ve been here multiple times to try and give the others a try, won’t do it again. Only come weekdays, that’s when my main girl is here🤗

Awful place. I love my thick eyebrows and I get a bad reaction from wax. So I decided to get threading. This person didn’t understand I just wanted a clean up around my eyebrows and she took so much off and made me so upset. My eyebrows were thick and now they are thin. I would recommend not going here at all. It’s a terrible place, with terrible customer service. It doesn’t even deserve one star.

I loved coming here and it was my original place when I started threading. I knew them before they had a actual location and it was just chairs and a spool of thread. Recently they have become really horrible customer service and they leave my eyebrow looking the same except with a bunch of cuts. I’ll be looking for a new place to go! I rather leave with a good shape and no blood. I never thought my first ever review was going to be a bad one.

Horrible customer service. We got here 20 minutes before “closing” time and the lady working there said she couldn’t squeeze two of us in. Walked over to Bollywood brows here in the Washington square mall and had two people ahead of us, the gentleman fit 2 of us in after them and . This place lost two regulars and the other place gained 2 regulars.

I went this weekends and i didnt see Anita working there she usually does my brows, so the other younger lady with long straight hair did my brows horrible i have nice thick nicely shaped brows she made them very thin and uneven plus she made a cut right where my eyelid now i have a small scar there.

ESHA go to ESHA!!! She saved my brows. After having a horrible experience down town this morning esha fixed me brows! Esha made them look flawless after I had a horrible tinting experience gone wrong she threaded my brows and offered sound advice with no judgment on fixing them. I will post before and after photos if I can! Once again go to esha she is amazing and will not fail you!!!

First of all, the lady with the orange brassy blonde hair that did my eyebrows was the WORST customer service person Ive ever come across. She didnt even say one word to me besides the price of what it cost to do my eyebrows at the end. I said thank you so much and she grabbed her phone and walked away. Not only that, my eyebrows were very uneven and she left all the hair on my face and just set the tissue on my shirt. Her attitude is disgusting and I will never be coming back again. In fact, the whole family is stuck up and need a reality check. If people are paying you for a service then you need to go above and beyond by making sure they feel comfortable. I do not recommend this place at all if this is your first time or if you expect a friendly person to be touching your eyebrows.

Not only were the employees hostile and stuck up, they took about 1 minute on my eyebrows and I have incredibly thick eyebrows, they left them unkempt and unshaped, worst eyebrow experience ever, I gave it a chance because the place I normally go to moved locations and I deeply regret taking a chance on this place. Dont make my mistake, find somewhere else, your eyebrows will thank me.

The older lady was doing my eyebrows while talking to the other girls and she cut some of my eyelashes off and still charged me 15. HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER.

It was my first time going there and it was the worst. I do not recommend anyone going there. I loved my somewhat thick eyebrows and they ended being really thin, with no shape!!! Plus, there was bad customer service!! My experience was really bad, i am never going there ever again!!!:/

I have had my eyebrows look amazing and on the flip side absolutely atrocious at this location. The stylist you choose makes all the difference here. Choose the much older women. They know what they are doing. Upside. They are clean, fast, and its fairly painless on eyebrows but upper lips hurt so bad. I shed a tear everytime.

Ive been going there for 4 years now and Ive had them done hundreds of times. Most the time they were great but recently every time I go I get horrible threading. I even describe what I want and show pictures and they mess it up every time. Im so over this place. Specifically a few ladies there. The origanal workers are very good but the new ones just dont understand what Im saying or just arent talented. I dont know what it is but Im finding another place tomorrow.

If you I could give them zero stars I would but yeah so anyway the orange blonde hair girl she always does my brow in the past she was nice and friendly but now she’s a stuck up and horrible customer service THE WHOLE FAMILY NEEDS A REALITY CHECK !!!! I’m so done coming here! 😡😡🖕🖕🖕
